I was staying at the Hampton Inn across the street and just wanted something fast and easy---within walking distance of the hotel. I happen to agree with the people on this, slow, terrible customer service, employees don't care at all. If I could give it negative stars I would give it a negative ten. I mean come on I saw three- to four people working I don't know how many more they had in the back but still I understand I worked in food but try to act like you care. I just visited this subway today and my service was one of the worst I've experienced. The guy was was wearing his mask around his chin, not covering his mouth or nose. He was walking around making sandwiches and addressing customers sitting at the tables still not wearing his mask. I placed an online order and arrived in drive through a couple minutes later knowing I may have to wait,but I also wanted them to know I was there when it was ready. I sat in drive through at the speaker for 2/3 minutes before saying "Hello." I said "hello" again a couple minutes later both times without an answer. I then pulled up to the second window and sat for about 5 minutes without anyone noticing me. I knocked on the window and 2 employees looked over at me and gave me a dirty look and still did not come to the window. I sat for another 5-7 minutes then knocked again and a woman came to the window and told me there were people in front of me inside then they would be with me. I told her I had already been waiting for almost 20 minutes and I just needed to pick up my mobile order. She scoffed at me and let the window slam as she went back to what she was doing. After 3 more minutes a young male came to the window and gave me my order (which was just 1 sandwich and that's all). I asked him for the store managers name and the GM's name,both of which he wasn't sure of but gave me two names anyway. I then asked if the drive through speaker was working and he said he didn't know. He had zero empathy or customer service skill,as did the woman who came to the window. read more

I do really enjoy subway however this experience was not so good. The person that waited on me had to wait for another employee to make her sub for her break, before he was allowed to make a customer sub. The tables were all dirty, the trash was overflowing, there were wrappers and miscellaneous items on the floor below most tables. One employee was taking a break another employee was sitting with her, that was not on break. Leaving one person behind the counter no one cleaning, no one picking up trash. read more

How can you mess up a sandwhich? Well, come to this subway, they got you covered. Came in at 7pm to get a meatball sub and they didn't have Italian bread, well, they did but advised me not to eat it as it was hard. No biggie, let's try something new. They were out of meatballs so the sandwich artist goes in back to get more. He then proceeds to microwave them in front of me. I don't freak out because they are probably normally nuked where you can't see them. I take a bite into my sub and it is cold. I had them make it again and it was still crap. I would've wrote this review earlier but I was too busy cleaning up the foot longs that fell apart all over the seats in my car!I had ordered two footlongs that were to be cut into thirds I had got three sandwiches cut into halves. After waiting 35 minutes for my food to crumble in my hands. I ended up receiving a replacement sandwhich with stone hard bread and cold chicken. It seemed like the best thing from this uneventful trip was the cold sweet tea. But on the positive side the hard bread made my sister's loose tooth come out. It was honestly the biggest waste of nearly thirty dollars since a Katy Perry concert. Never returning to this restaurant again I hope the owners are reading this review. read more

Been here on business for the week and we've visited Subway each day for lunch. It was extremely busy the first day but the workers seemed un-phased, moving quickly with a smile on their faces.
