They described in mouth-watering detail how good it was. I forced them to take me the next week. We have been back many times since then. The tacos are always good, and we have tried quite the variety. The barria tacos are a favorite of both my adult-ish kids (19 and 17). The tortas are fantastic. We haven't had a bad meal. The hot sauce is perfect. Service can be a little slow, especially if they are busy filling to-go orders. Silver lining... food is freshly made and hot! The restaurant is always clean and quiet.

But Fill N' Fly is by far my WORST habit in McHenry County. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time but I can never get a photo of the burger before I absolutely demolish my meal xD I cannot recommend the Fix Mix enough with fries and some boba tea. The price for the food quality is very reasonable! $20 for the best burger around, crispy and well seasoned fries, and a killer boba tea. I could go a block down to McDonald's and get half the quality for a higher price. This restaurant is small, I wouldn't recommend it to a group larger than three adults or maybe some parents with a couple of kids for dining in but that's okay :) This is more of a take-out restaurant anyhow, just like the rest of the establishments in the strip mall. There's usually only one, maybe two (TOPS), people working the grill and register so it's not super speedy but the food takes a reasonable amount of time, ESPECIALLY with the quality you're getting. If you can avoid the nighttime rush (say maybe 5-6pm) it's usually not too busy. This restaurant is family owned and operated, everyone is extremely friendly and grateful for their customers. Seriously, try this place out. I implore you to find a better price for this quality :)
