Horrible service. The sandwich is your usual greed so little toppings. I came in and asked if they accept coupons. The lady just said it's at the front. I would usually ask first because some subways dont accept coupons and I would end up paying for the full price of a sandwich which isn't worth the price. The lady doesnt look like she wants to work because her attitude feels like she wants you out ASAP. I noticed she didnt ask for what type of cheese and asked me what veggies I wanted. Told her to add the cheese which she forgotten. At checkout, scanned the coupon and it didnt work. It scanned but wouldn't give me the discount. This is not the first time subways have done this. Other places have done this as well. She told me it doesnt work for my sandwich which I showed her the coupon which excludes items. My sandwich was not one of them. I asked if she can do something about it, which she said no. I worked as a manager before, and could easily just fix that problem, which she didnt. She brushed it off and told me to use it next time. Super weird experience here... went in, asked for a cold cut combo, it says it should have salami on it.. as the girl is making the sandwich I can SEE she only put 2 meats on it.. This store manager is a thief. I mistakenly ordered a sandwich there that I was buying for a homeless man near my work. I immediately noticed I ordered at the wrong store and called them. We were told that the Supreme Meat wasn't applicable to the promotion (even though it was the more expensive sandwich for which we were willing to pay) because it was considered to be a "monster" sandwich which did not apply to the BOGO. This place is horrible. I ordered a sandwich. The employee went in the back and took a frozen roll out and put it in the microwave for about five minutes. Yeah, nice and chewy. She proceeded to cut it and it was so hot it burnt her hands. She blew on her hands and then put her hands back on the roll. That's disgusting. I have an idea, bake some bread when you get there so you don't have to pull frozen bread out of the freezer and microwave it. This isn't your house. Needless to say I told her to forget about the sandwich. Not only did she do that, she had plastic gloves on and then put her hands in the oven mitts to take bread out of the oven and then put her hands back on the bread without putting fresh gloves on.
