I had to write a review on this one. I ordered last night on the app and went to go pick it up when it was ready. I arrive at 9:10 and the door is locked when their hours say it closes at 9:30. We were told that the Supreme Meat wasn't applicable to the promotion (even though it was the more expensive sandwich for which we were willing to pay) because it was considered to be a "monster" sandwich which did not apply to the BOGO. This place is horrible. I ordered a sandwich. The employee went in the back and took a frozen roll out and put it in the microwave for about five minutes. Yeah, nice and chewy. She proceeded to cut it and it was so hot it burnt her hands. She blew on her hands and then put her hands back on the roll. That's disgusting. I have an idea, bake some bread when you get there so you don't have to pull frozen bread out of the freezer and microwave it. This isn't your house. Needless to say I told her to forget about the sandwich. Not only did she do that, she had plastic gloves on and then put her hands in the oven mitts to take bread out of the oven and then put her hands back on the bread without putting fresh gloves on.
