Went to Deli Delicious on Blackstone today and received a large sandwich roll cut in half with virtually no meat, cheese, nor mayo with a cup of au jus that tasted exactly like water. I ordered a salad from Deli Delicious through Uber Eats. Salad was good but the establishment was too cheap to include utensils to eat it with. Which resulted in another 20 minute delay while someone ran around looking for a fork and knife since my food has to be cut into small bite sizes. I could barely fit a bite they had so much meat. With the inflation they Overinflated their prices, and started the trend of less quantity. For their price they should have kept stuffing them. I never come here because they don't have fries. But have a deadline at work and offered to grab food so me and the accountant could eat at our desks. I will never ever come here again. Sold me the worst sandwich ever... 1. The deli didn't have olives I should of known better. Ordered Dutch crunch received plan wheat. 2. I ordered a pastrami, salami and pepperoni sandwich . The meat was going bad... it had a very rancid taste. I could only take one bite I called the store and they want me to come back and return the bad sandwich as if i wanted to eat a sandwich with bad meat . They were more concerned about making getting a refund like an obstacle course then the fact they are serving people bad meat ... spoke with the district manager and he was more focused on me returning the food then the food being bad . It was 30 mins to closing time and I could tell the gal that answered my call was annoyed because after being on hold for 5 minutes she wanted to remind me they close in 20 minutes. I told her we were almost there. She took my order . Picked it up 10 minutes before closing and never checked. I ordered a full Caesar salad and added red onion and pickle. The best part about the salad is the croutons which were left off. I'm sure it's sounds minor but I gave a 15% tip and wanted a 3 ingredient salad with 2 extras. Very slow service, the girl at the register unfortunately do not have the right customer service skills to make a good impression, her face looks like she hates her job. Ladies prepping the sandwiches were also slow, it was not very busy but took more than 10 min to complete a sandwich. The workers are very rude. There are workers in there that talk bad about customers in front of other customers. I keep trying to give this shop a chance but even if you try and put a order in they will not answer the phones. I've heard them say, "I'm not getting that" to each other.
