Nothing but Great things to say. First, it was Sunday, Dec 14. It was pretty busy as to Christmas…read moreshopping, & Santa Clause was in the building. The service was awesome. I was greeted as I was approaching the counter. I asked a few questions about the menu and was answered on all my inquiries. I ordered 2 meals, and paid. Most Mexican Restaurants I have been to(more than my share) cook the what would be atleast the main item of the meal(in my case both were shrimp) fresh. *Side Note, this may be the reason I've seen other reviews complaining of waiting.* I personally am happy to wait for the quality and flavor of my order/food. During this waiting time, although busy as they were the gentleman that took my order made firmly, kind small talk, ending with my order being ready and wish me a Happy Holiday/ Merry Christmas. My family got home(we only live in town) and sat and totally enjoyed our food. Everything was delicious. I haven't an unkind word or any complaints what- so- ever. I would recommend Fiesta Mexican Grill to all. It was a totally enjoyable expirence start to finish. Cheers.

Was very hesitant to try Mexican food in Gettysburg, especially at an outlet mall, but since the…read morefood court had limited choices I thought I'd try the least complicated item on the menu- a tostada. Pros: What a nice surprise. The food is made to order so took awhile but the result was lots of well flavored carnitas topping a tostada that was flourished with an avocado slice. Sour cream, cucumber and lime slices were presented on the side. I asked for hot salsa and was accommodated. Cons: horchata tasted powdery. Hard pass. I asked for a water cup and was told 'no.' The cashier pointed at the bottled water that I could purchase in the case. The Tortilla in the tostada could have been fried more to make it easier to bite into and get a clean bite- I was tearing it apart so a few more moments in the frier would have made it crispier. During my wait I saw food coming out that looked very good. Color me surprised! 3.5 stars.

It has been quite some time since we last stopped here at TGI Fridays in Gettysburg…read more We only stopped because of an email we received from the corporate office if you buy two drinks and one entrée you got the second entrée for free . Our server was absolutely perfect such a friendly individual very attentive and really explained everything about their menu and what items they no longer have or no longer available . So we do the server and service five stars However, the food is the downfall , we ordered the whiskey burger with fries, which was perfect. Well presented extremely hot when served..... We opted for an appetizer which was the potato skins at a cost of $11.29 and that was extremely disappointing. They had somewhat of a rubber type consistency. When you chewed it you can tell that they were just microwaved. There was no appeal to them. The other main entrée was the sizzling chicken and shrimp. It was served extremely hot, but the chicken was extremely small and the shrimp was somewhat disappointing and the potatoes had no flavor. For the price of $20.29 you would assume that you would get a decent size chicken breast however it was smaller than the dollar menu at McDonald's which does not say much. The bathroom had to be desired. It had a bad smell and is a need of an upgrade, and there were two other folks dining near us, and they asked to move to another table because of the smell coming from the bathrooms. The inside is your typical Friday well decorated, and the floors and tables looked clean . In regards to the latest news about them starting to shut down some of the locations, we can understand why now the menu is no longer fun and diverse, and the food is questionable .

Service was fast and friendly. This was my first visit in a very long time. The menu has…read moredefinitely changed. I wanted jack Daniel's chicken and shrimp like I enjoyed in the old days but it was not on the menu here. The burgers we ordered were pretty good. Artifacts lined the wall like an old Atari system. My son enjoyed his first visit to a tgif. It's a great date spot for those of you looking for some place loud and fun.

It's been quite a while since my wife stopped here to dine... probably 5+ years…read more I've noticed that in the 17 years I've been in Gettysburg y this restaurant is #1 still here, and #2 continues a level of food service that both the locals and tourists enjoy. My wife and I both had the shrimp baskets and two soft drinks for lunch. The shrimp baskets were $17 each and the soft drinks $3 each. With tax and tips the total bill came to $50. The shrimp were obviously pre-battered and frozen but they were pretty tasty. The french fries had some kind of a nice crispy coating and were excellent. The coleslaw was pretty tired. The service was cordial and quick. The decor is as I remembered very nice. There is free parking behind this restaurant, but not many people know it is there. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I think that the cost of the luncheon was a little more than it should've been for what we received. Had the shrimp been coated with a batter and fried from scratch (instead of being taken out of a frozen bag) I might've been able to award five stars. But... All in all this restaurant continues to hold its "very good to excellent" reputation for food and service over many years. I would die there again and I would recommend it with no reservations.

We were there on a busy Saturday; they were clearly slammed and probably understaffed, and it took a bit over 20 minutes after ordering to get our food. Other than the wait for the kitchen, the service at the table was very good. It felt a bit pricey at about $62 for two with tip. Cheesesteaks were good but on the small side for $17 and $19 (the latter on a gluten‑free bun), and a little light on the Cheese Whiz. That, plus a cider and a Coke, left the overall experience somewhat underwhelming.
