As I went to pay, the screen asked for a tip which I also thought was odd since its all counter service like a standard fast food restaurant. The clerk was friendly but its kinda rude to expect your customers to pay additional when theres no additional service being provided to warrant a tip. Got home and opened the bag and found out the pimento cheese was missing from 1 sandwich and the other had no lettuce or tomato, just the chicken salad on the bread. Also was missing a pickle spear that was supposed to be included. The food itself, was ok, but nothing really stood out. Just all very.... average.
