I love me a good meatball sub and this location is pretty damn good. It's one of the cleanest locations, with friendly staff. It got another face-lift and has a nice sleek look to it if you're dining in. It used to be super easy in and out, but with the new HEB across street, you just have to be cognizant of time of day. But ordering online, food comes out quick and is hot. It's one of our favorite locations when subs are on sale. read more

Today the service was nice and quick, and I got my food fast! The rainy weather made me crave subway!

I don't know how to feel about what I just witnessed on my visit... the store was clean and only one person was eating when we entered, the young man making our lunch was very quiet but kind. Our lunch was delicious so no complaints about the food at all but the female staff member standing in the center of the dining area had the most aggressive and uninviting body language and actions I've ever witnessed inside of a subway. She seemed to be stocking chips and/or breaking down boxes of something right there in the middle of the room but was noticeably upset that I was waiting at the register for two water cups. She didn't make any eye contact whatsoever or smile after I thanked her for getting them :( As we were enjoying lunch a guest walked in and she didn't stop doing what she was doing and acknowledge them, she immediately turned her head towards to line and yells "GUEST" and then shook her head and made a face as the young man didn't return to the counter from the back area immediately. I feel bad for the young man and the owners, not an inviting first visit. read more

At first I thought this old white woman that regularly works there just generally has a crappy time during lunch rushes, and I understood that to an extent--working at a food service job for your primary income with low wages isn't necessarily "fun"--but then I noticed she would do that every single time. Her signature "what do you want" in an annoyed manner and how she'd throw up her hands whenever she'd ask "ok what kind of bread"--as if the customer was doing her a disservice by asking for a sandwich--is just unnecessary but today was when I realized that it might be driven by prejudice. As a worker in food service, you need to understand that not every customer is fluent in English, and while you don't need to learn multiple languages, it's important to be kind, patient, and refer to visual explanations for them. A group of Spanish speaking men were in front of me in line and she was incredibly rude to them, and she was rude to my friend and I as well; however, when it was the turn for the white man in line behind us, the worker became incredibly sweet and normal toned. She repeated this behavior with other white customers, before switching over to aggressive behavior again when serving people of color. I thought that maybe I was going insane but she was NOT subtle about it. read more

I visited your cheek sparger location around 11:35 on February 26th. As usual, I had started my order online. While building my sandwich from the line, I explained my actions to the sandwich maker, Billy. However, she overrode me, raising her voice and insisting that I place my order online first. I was trying to clarify that I was already doing so. This isn't the first time my husband and I have encountered Billy's extreme rudeness and prejudice. I believe she even crossed the line into racism. As I left the store, exhausted and disheartened, I noticed Billy glancing at the customers behind me in line and exclaiming, "See?!" It seemed as if she was attempting to portray me as an angry black customer. I deeply regret the treatment I received and believe disciplinary action is necessary against Billy. read more

In the past I've loved this subway. Recently I visited it for the first time in a long time as I've moved away from it; my boyfriend bought us both footlongs and a cookie in the app and when I went in to get it they didn't find the order, the order that was already paid for and had used our reward points on. I waited outside the busy restaurant after placing the order on the app, watching through the window for when the order was ready. About 40 minutes later, the line was empty and my sandwich wasn't on the stand so I went in to investigate. The worker was new, they were short handed and he was by himself. He was very polite but had to make the sandwiches we ordered on the app based on me calling it out, after waiting all that time, because he explained their WiFi was spotty and they must not have received it. Because of this, he made my order and neglected to tell me I had to pay for it A SECOND TIME when I was leaving because he couldn't confirm I paid on their app, saying I could call the manager in the morning for a refund. If they knew they were having problems, they should've turned off ordering from the app to prevent this problem. I waited for over an hour in the end for our sandwiches that I had to pay twice for (because it was late, I was hungry, and either way it seemed we would have to pay for a meal again). So I called the next morning as he instructed and the manager doesn't know how to help me; I travel for my job and I had to be present for the refund. She said she would contact the owner after 9/10am because he was in meetings, she would get an answer and call me back. I waited patiently all day and haven't received a call back, nor a refund. The manager tried telling me maybe someone else picked up my order, but I was there the entire time since placing it on the app and never saw a sandwich make it to the online order pickup window; not to mention the worker mentioning spotty WiFi: SO NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR ORDER, AND APPARENTLY NOT OUR MONEY EITHER. I do not recommend this location; not to mention there were massive cardboard boxes in the dining room making it look like a construction zone while customers wait in line. Color me utterly ticked off about this experience (not to mention I tipped the sandwich maker both 2$ on the app and 1$ in cash, even after having to pay a second time). read more

I moved over to colleyville 6 months ago and this location is 0.3 miles from my new house. I am more than pleased to say that Billie the store manager is always exceptional in making me the perfect buffalo chicken sub 2-3 times/week during every visit. There has only been one hiccup in the past 6 months when I went there and unfortunately the southlake location manager had to pick up her shift. She was more than rude and unprofessional and would not EVER recommend visiting the southlake location that she said she managed. Come here for professional service but do would not recommend visiting the southlake location unless you want below average service! Keep rocking and rolling Billie you're a superstar! :) Go colleyville location do NOT waste your time at the southlake location and don't forget to tip Billie after an exceptional experience! read more

I don't know if this is a private owned store or not, but Subway the brand would be highly upset by the poor representation of its name here. I will say the guy working tonight was very nice, but that's the only good thing to say. They had 2 types of bread out of the 7 they carry and believe it or not, one was NOT white bread. (Being I'm sure it's the most common) The only veggies they had were lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. ( lso I couldn't get the salad I had came for) Although we got a sandwich and it was okay(o' no spicy mustard either) its a far cry from what Subway has to offer and to be told "we don't have that" on multiple things we wanted, it didn't leave a great desire to go back to this location. read more

I've been going here for about 2 yrs now. Today was the worst food quality I had here. This young guys toasted my bread to the point when I tried to eat it, I felt like I was eating rock. I love me some Subway subs, but I am now also a fan of their salads! They have so many fresh choices at this location. I ordered the salad at lunch today with grilled chicken and baby spinach. For about 5 bucks you get a huge salad with your choice of whatever fixins you want. I got cheese, black olives, pickles, added some lettuce and tomatoes and topped it off with lots of oregano and a little bit of oil and vinegar! I think this place may be my new spot to get my salad fix! Perfect filling lunch! I go here at least once a week and it's always consistently GOOD. read more

I'm a bit surprised from my last visit. This was my 3rd time visiting this store, I met the manager and she was a very nice person. 2nd visit I bought a family member to enjoy a meal. The lady behind the counter was abrasive, pushy, and rude, very rude. No smiles, no friendly greeting, nothing? I brushed it off and sat down to enjoy a couple of sandwitches with my family member. My 3rd visit was interesting to say the least. The same young lady was there, with a very angry and abrasive attitude. I won't go into full detail, but let's just say, to anybody wanting friendly customer service, go to another store, this gal is bad news all over. Its very disapointing to a company thats going down the toilette anyways, due to bad press that customers get bad service. Now for the food. The bread tastes stale. Ordered 4 subs for delivery. Delivery was great, but without a courtesy call, email, or text, I assume the store was low/out of tuna and meatballs, since our (4) foot-longs arrived with less than 1/2 the full serving of meat on each. We literally scraped the meat off of 2 foot longs and put it on the other 2 to make (2) whole sandwiches, the. Split them between 5 of us. Tried calling 15 times and no one ever picked up. This seems to be a common occurrence at this location. Phone is rarely answered if ever. Icing on the cake...The last time we tried to order here, the lady behind the counter told us they ran out of bread (it was barely 5:30 pm!). Will not return here. read more

Billy gave the utmost customer service when ordering 2 giant subs for my daughter's first birthday party this past week. I was just over my 24 hour notice mark for ordering and she so kindly said she would take care of it. 5 minutes before pickup I received word of more attendees so I called to order additional footlongs that I could cut at home and she said no problem and took care of it. All was ready when I arrived to pick up and there were plenty of side items/condiments for my guests included as well. Love this Subway location. Been here about a dozen times. Always have a good experience. People are friendly, efficient, and do a good job making the sandwich. Also, it's usually never crowded, so never a long wait, and the location is clean. And, best of all, it's the only Subway location I know of that has outdoor seating. They have two tables and chairs outside the store. It's in a little shopping center with a nice view of trees and not a lot of traffic in the shopping center. So it's a pleasant experience to sit there. read more
