Mind you I've got a 4 different times of the day. I've gotten to the menu and ordered my shake. Told me to pull up to the window. Waited in line about 18 minutes just for them to tell me the shake machine was down. Why didn't they tell me this when I ordered and before I had to wait 18 minutes. This happened twice. Both after 12am. Third time around breakfast I ordered the shake through the app. Again at the window they saw my online ordered and told me to pull up. After 12 minutes of waiting they tell me the shake machine is down for cleaning again. Why couldn't they tell me this at the menu? To make my day better they told me they can't refund me at all that I have to call customer service to get a refund. The FOURTH time I try and order this shake I call the store ahead of time and let them know how many times this has happened and asked them if their shake machine is up.
