The app had glitched and my mobile order hadn't gone through. When I arrived and saw I had been charged but they had no record, they proceeded to make my entire order without hesitation or question. Let's get one thing straight: I don't like Subway unless it's an emergency situation (as in all other restaurants are closed). The bread is fine, as are the vegetables. But I can't get over the meats here. Pre-cut and generally low quality in my opinion. My kids on the other hand love the place and this location is closest to our home. Generally polite and efficient staff. Clean store. Worst parking lot in town (you'll tear up your car here). - Like so many other Subway stores, you'd be wise to skip the drive-thru and just go inside. Alright so of course subway is great with ingredients, bread, blah blah blah. Let's face it they are all basically the same. The reason I chose to review this subway is because I ordered from them for a friend for Valentine's Day and had it delivered through Waitr. Not only did she say the wrap was great (I got her a turkey bacon guacamole wrap on the tomato basil tortilla) and just the right amount of ingredients, but they had the food prepared when they said they would. PLUS, I asked if the restaurant would write a sweet note. And what do you know? They did. They wrote a note exactly as asked on the wrapper and even added a little heart. This subway sandwich is horrible!! this might have been the worse experience Ive had at the subway on gilmer road. the people working didnt know what they where doing, their menu said they have gluten free bread but they claim they dont carry it, their sandwich making skills are horrible ( they couldnt fold it right), they over did the tuna, didnt ask for it to be toasted, add to little lettuces, added to much mayo, and coudnt even make a salad properly. my friend said that the mustered was the best part of the salad. they dont even know what salad dressing was so they gave us mustered..... they also rude! when we asked for the gluten free bread they said that they dont have it in the rudest way possible. and when i said that it was on their list of bread they said it once again in a ruder tone. read more

Was in the establishment in line, someone came in and proceeded to order and the attendant started to wait on him, mind you I was next in line. I think this is poor customer service. I am discouraged by this place today. I ordered a cold cut combo foot long on italian herb and cheese. The guy that was dealing with me seemed slow. Which that was ok. But he only put bologna on my sandwich. I tried to tell him bologna isnt the only meat that comes on the sandwich, he completely ignored. I was on lunch and didnt want to make a scene and get ugly with a restaurant full of people.
