I don't understand the poor reviews. Out of all the Subways I've visited, I have always received excellent customer service here. I just went again tonight for dinner and once again I was treated to extremely well made sandwiches (even a flatizza). In fact, the woman behind me remarked "wow" when she saw the sandwich. I believe the title "sandwich artist" truly applies to the workers at this particular location. This store is always clean and the workers are always busy doing stuff like re-stocking or cleaning when they don't have to wait on anyone. I'm always greeted pleasantly, and thanked for my business. I have even witnessed them being pleasant to very rude customers. I have recently been to the one by Pearlridge theaters, and I will never go back to that one again. Girl was rude and I felt rushed. Serves me right for not returning to my favorite Subway store at Stadium Mall! This Subway rocks! read more

Normally, I wouldnt review an in-and-out place like Subway -- but I normally dont get as good of service that I received today. I walked in to Subway (Salt Lake blvd -- stadium mall) and was quickly greeted by Tonya. There after, I was being helped by someone behind the counter and when I stated my order, Tonya turned around to say "Whoa. Changing it up?! I thought you were going to order a club...with avocado", and proceeded to name off my usual. Not only did this catch me completely by surprise but I was thoroughly impressed. If that wasnt fantastic enough, when I said that my veggie delight salad was all I was ordering, she continued with "Oh..not ordering for your other half...oven roasted chicken?" WTF?!? I eat here often becuase I work in the area. A majority of the time I don't get greeted. The cookies are usually hard. And I get looks from pretty much all of the workers that aren't rude but not particularly welcoming or nice. The food is good and made nicely. Customer service needs to be worked on. read more

2 footlongs for $10.59 ($11.09 w/ tax) everyday after 3pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Good deal, but what is up with the 2 dudes behind the counter? ok i know its subway, but i really have to write about how BAD the service here sucks!! i went to this subway a while back. I had a really horrble experience and wrote a email about it. I'm really not a complainer, but being in the Navy and have had some real time invested in subway i felt they needed to know that they were striking out big time, and not to mention this location is down the street from base! So i got a response and the Owner was really upset about the service i had. She sent me some free coupons and said that i needed to give them a second chance on her... well i did, and lets just say that this time it was worse!! I am not kidding! i was shocked! it was like me being there to get lunch was a huge bother!! attitude!! and the quality of ingredients was just not there! yeah... im bitching about a free sandwich!! but its really the service that will keep my money out of this particular location! not to mention the other free sandwich coupon....will try to be used at a different subway!! read more

Went to use some coupons. It was difficult to understand the girl that helped us when she asked us questions. She started to put my sandwich in the toaster and I told her that I didn't want it toasted. She proceeds to mutter that "I asked you if you wanted it toasted and you said yes, you wanted it toasted." Funny how I could understand that! lol. This subway is the closest to our house but we'll be driving further to another one that has better service. read more

It grosses me out when I go to a Subway & they dont use gloves. I've seen where some of the Subways have new glass covering their food (which is good) but for those without...THEY NEED TO INVEST IN THEM!! Their service is never the best. Although their food is alright, & is not the worst...their service sucks. It's usually people that barely speak English & don't understand what you're telling them. Wow...... came in just to be a little different for the morning routine, and was greeted by a server with the most sour attitude I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Beyond her sour, short attitude this has been the worst constructed sandwich I have ever gotten at a subway or anywhere as a matter of fact, it was sloppy and everything was just blobed on the bread. From now on I think Jack in the box across the parking lot is a better bet.... and that really is not saying much. read more

Good healthy sandwiches. I always get the meatball, crab , steak or Italian bmt. Prices are reasonable and sandwiches are good.

Tried the corned beef Reuben sandwich. Not totally awful; but pretty close. Guess I'm used to the NY deli-style Reuben with 2 inches of corned beef, 2 inches of sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on real dark rye bread. The Subway version is two layers of processed corned beef, two mini-scoops of sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing. I didn't expect the NY deli-style Reuben, but I didn't expect this bland, processed version. Never again. read more

I'll be honest, I only stopped here for breakfast because it was near my house and they turned the power to my neighborhood off to repair something. Other wise, I'd make my own breakfast. The sunrise morning flatbread was pretty good and the coffee fair. The workers here didn't have attitudes, but they are so focused on getting you in and out that they forget to be personable. They never smile at all. They had one person making bread, one making the sandwiches and one girl in the back that would cone up to ring people up. Even when a line formed, they did not deviate from the "assigned" tasks. As soon as everyone was helped, all the workers disappeared to the back. read more

I usually go in the afternoon for lunch because the lunch time workers know my order by now and they don't even ask what I want because I usually get the same thing and very particular on how I want things put on my sandwich.Great customer service at this location read more

I've only been here twice, and I refuse to go back anymore. The last time was a few months ago, but I decided to review the place because its still been irritating me. The two employees were chatting with each other and let me stand there for a few minutes while they finished their conversation. When they finally decided to help me, you would have thought I had killed their dog with the attitudes they had. Oh, and they were sold out of cookies. If I had to take a guess, with superb employees like that, I would just assume they didn't bother to make any for the day. read more

Occasionally, I received such bad service that I'm compelled to write a compendium of how bad it really was. Today I went into subway in Salt Lake shopping center at 10 o'clock to order 6 sandwiches for 12 o clock. Not only did the ladies not start my sandwiches until 5 after 12, but they said sorry as their only excuse. And because I wanted them heated, I did not make it clear to them that they were to start them anyway. Avoid the subway at all costs, because they can't follow simple instructions. Right down the street to the Navy Exchange and have great food with better service. read more

Satisfy your sandwich craving ELSEWHERE. Other than a good product for a reasonable price one of the hallmarks to a quality and sucessfull business is among other things, fair business practices, good customer service and consistency. We found none of that here. We ordered (2) sandwich meals utilizing the subway app for this specific location and when we went to pick it up we found that particular store undergoing renovations and were barked at by the contractors that "thats not us" & "to come back tomorrow"! Weve ordered from the app long enough to know that we should have received a prompt notifying the customer that the order could not be accomplished due to store services being suspended. Long story short we went back the next day and was told we couldnt retrieve our already paid for purchases due to the manager not being there till tommorrow! In the end we never got our food an explanation or apology and had to call our bank to stop the purchase. Bottom line..This place, the staff, location and management is garbage and boderline criminal. Dont learn the hard way.. go somewhere else. Thanks. read more

Absolute worst customer service!!! Repeated my order more than 4 times & I spoke loud enough, even the others in line heard me. The sandwich that I ordered TOASTED started falling apart more after putting the 2nd vegetable choice, they replaced the wheat sandwich UNTOASTED with everything I asked falling out of the sandwich UPSIDE DOWN. And disregarded the way I ordered it. Noticed a couple customers left after seeing the next customer behind me having the same problem. Our drinking cups had holes in it & they again disregarded it! The lines began to get long, up to the door but after a couple customers seen what happened to not only myself & other half, a lot of them left. Even when they got busy, a worker there didnt have the initiative to come out & help out, instead she stared & went to the back as if she didnt see anything. She didn't look like she was on lunch either, so she COULD'VE help out the customers that were in line. I've saved the receipt & will make a complaint. This is NOT the first time this happened to me. Sad thing is, its the same location as last time. Wanted to give this place a second chance but I was wrong to do that. Avoid this place as much as possible UNLESS you want your order messed up or want horrible customer service. Deserves NO STARS read more
