The pictures seem to be up to date but the prices have increased since the last time the menu was photographed. You order a burger was the bottom section then select the type from the top row. You can order a combo meal or à la carte. I ordered a burger with tater tots and requested that they double fry them. They came out perfectly crunchy and filled the bag size ordered. The burger was also well flavored and juicy. They quoted 10min and that seemed about right. One of the servers offered me one of the in house sauces, ask for that as it was really good. Took longer for our food to come (which was ok since there were more people than usual since we were a little later than usual. When we got our food, my burger was only luke warm (and my onion rings, too). I ordered it medium rare and this was the first time it was almost medium, and not any all juicy. Busy place as when we arrived they were having some fun Trivia. Burgers were good and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the tots as they were crispy (nothing worse than a soggy tot). Service was fine as you place your order and they call you when it's ready. One of our orders I guess was running a little late and they brought it out to us which was nice. She was very friendly and helpful. The customer service provided by Rachel was great ! If you are dining in or waiting for your food you are allowed a free refill . The place was clean . It looked like a great place to have a burger and beer so I'll come another time if I want some drinks . The fries were nice and garlicy and the onion rings were crispy. The only thing we didn't care for was our soda. There was construction right in the front that seems to have affected their restroom. Customers were given a key to the Center's restroom, near Central Pacific Bank and behind the stairs. Inside, there was a construction project, but it wasn't active while customers were present. The area is usually spacious with a bar area and a self-service station for drinks and utensils. Went for a weekday lunch. For two combos, it came out to over $50. I had the Volcano (which has jalapeño and things that make it spicy) and I had fries with mine. I got the single burger with the 1/3 pound patty with tomato, lettuce, pickles, onions, and special sauce and my friend got the double burger with 2/3 of a pound patties with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and special sauce. Located in Aiea in the same plaza as Kim Chee 7 and 7-11. The restaurant is nicely lit and clean. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The food is always cooked fresh and has never disappointed. If you're dining in they have unlimited fountain drinks which is great. Not a lot of places are like that anymore. Burgers were cooked to the right temperature and super tasty. Tater Tots are a must with the special sauce. Fries were also very crispy. As far as dessert you have to take home a Dreamsicle shake. Super thick and one of our go to cappers. My husband ordered #4 Teri-Burger Combo with beer-battered onion rings. I ordered both burgers MEDIUM WELL where it should be a little pink. I was disappointed that it was MEDIUM RARE???? I'm assuming it was medium rare since I was never served a burger this pink. I dug out the middle but lost my appetite so only ate less than half the burger. My husband ate his because he was hungry but didn't like that it was too pink. The fries was nothing special, liked the onion rings and tater tots. Imagine going into a restaurant during there advertised open hours, about 20 minutes before closing, and they take your order and then tell you you'll have to eat it in your car..now imagine you're handicapped with a walker..when you're advertised as being open to a certain hour, they should serve you. If they want to close at a certain time then either have a take out only sign or set your hours an hour earlier than you advertise being open so you can close by the time you want to turn lights out. Extremely poor customer service, they could have said we're closing and it will be take out before you make a $30 order only to be disappointed. No matter how good the food, with poor customer service and poor communication about hours of operation, I'd absolutely recommend avoiding this place. read more
