Took longer for our food to come (which was ok since there were more people than usual since we were a little later than usual. I have been here a few times and the burgers never miss! I personally don't enjoy the fries, tots, or onion rings but 100% personal preference because my husband loves them. There was construction right in the front that seems to have affected their restroom. Customers were given a key to the Center's restroom, near Central Pacific Bank and behind the stairs. Located in Aiea in the same plaza as Kim Chee 7 and 7-11. The restaurant is nicely lit and clean. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The food is always cooked fresh and has never disappointed. If you're dining in they have unlimited fountain drinks which is great. Not a lot of places are like that anymore. Burgers were cooked to the right temperature and super tasty. Imagine going into a restaurant during there advertised open hours, about 20 minutes before closing, and they take your order and then tell you you'll have to eat it in your car..now imagine you're handicapped with a walker..when you're advertised as being open to a certain hour, they should serve you. If they want to close at a certain time then either have a take out only sign or set your hours an hour earlier than you advertise being open so you can close by the time you want to turn lights out. Extremely poor customer service, they could have said we're closing and it will be take out before you make a $30 order only to be disappointed. My husband ordered #4 Teri-Burger Combo with beer-battered onion rings. I ordered both burgers MEDIUM WELL where it should be a little pink. I was disappointed that it was MEDIUM RARE???? I'm assuming it was medium rare since I was never served a burger this pink. I dug out the middle but lost my appetite so only ate less than half the burger. My husband ate his because he was hungry but didn't like that it was too pink. The fries was nothing special, liked the onion rings and tater tots. Teddy's has been my favorite burger for over 20 years now. I hope today was just a fluke. To start off with the good things the girl working at there counter this afternoon was awesome! I forgot her name, whoops. The food came out reasonably quick. The same girl right after our food came out brought us hand wipes (messy burgers). All of the produce was fresh and the sauce was as good as it always is. Now for the misses the burgers aren't cheap and I don't mind paying for great quality however there burgers and tots were sub-par today. The tots were really dark brown and slightly bitter as opposed to the golden brown they normally are. The burger was ordered medium (slightly pink inside). These were brought out beyond well-done the bacon also burnt. And to to it of the grill really needs to be cleaned more often it had that old grill buster taste.
