My final straw was tonight I put in an online order as I usually do, which is another reason I get so frustrated with my orders coming out wrong as they have it written down, and when I got back home to eat, there was a note on the bag saying "sorry we were out of a lot of things :(". This on its own would not usually be any issue for me. The issue I had was that when I went inside, this was not communicated to me in the slightest. I have an eating disorder so eating is already very difficult for me, and going home to my food being made completely different than I expected with no heads up other than on the bag of the sandwich was really frustrating. I really do enjoy the food here even when it's made wrong but this time was really a bad experience for me.

The bigger issues came with the machines and upkeep. The ice machine barely worked, ice came out in clumps, and the manager actually had to stick his fingers up in the dispenser to get it to work. Later on, it happened again and I had to fix it myself because no one else was available because they were helping customers. Then when I went to pour the drink I wanted, the syrup was out, so that had to be refilled too. After we finished eating, I went to wash my hands, but the urinal wouldn't flush and there were cups sitting in the sink. Not sure if people were using them to flush the urinal, but it wasn't a good look. Even the front doors are hard to open, and the manager admitted the drink machine is old and going out. One thing we noticed on the way out is if you drive a Tesla or Rivian, this location has charging available while you eat, which is really a nice feature I've only seen at this popeyes location. The service itself was good and they fixed the chicken issue right away, but overall this location really needs some money put back into it. A few repairs would make the experience a lot better for customers.

I called about an hour and a half after placing my order and spoke with someone with a speech impediment (for identifying purposes in case the manager sees this) who said "oh yeah I see your food right here (confirming that it was never picked up). I don't know how to cancel it but I'll have the manager call you in the morning" never happened. I called five guys customer service and was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. Never happened. Got an email from the manager that said no refund because they said they dropped it off... even though it was not at my house or even the right food!! Tried to contact back and never heard anything. Called doordash, they apologized and issued a refund to the store for my $50 and took fault for the claim... the manager STILL did not issue the refund despite doordash giving them money to give me. Called the customer service number 4 times in total being told every time it would be taken care of until they finally said "it's up to the manager and if he's refusing there's nothing we can do". So... they stole $50 from and I never got my food. I even disputed with my CC company and was told they have to take the managers word. I never even got to speak with the manager directly. We proceeded to order our food and that's where the trouble began. We ordered two pepper jack bacon turkey sandwiches, a chicken sandwich and a burger. After a while the waitress came out and told us that the chicken sandwich and burger were ready but the kitchen just told her no turkey. Okay fine we ordered two other things and she brought out fries while we wait. The remaining food came out eventually. Food was good not great. Time for the bill. I ordered a 22oz Round Man American Lager. Listed on the menu and the website as $9.00. The bill came and they charge me for a 12 oz plus two size upgrades. The total cost? $13 dollars. I asked her about it and she said that because I got two upgrades. Consulted the menu again and saw that the cost for 22 oz was $9.00 to which she said the menu was wrong. Consulted the website since as we all know sometimes the printed menu can be wrong. Guess what it also states that a 22 oz cost $9.00. So after a bit of back and forth she finally agreed that the beer should be $9.00. The bill was corrected. 22Jun update: the manager Pete reached out and assured me that the menu has been updated to reflect the correct pricing. I was able to verify this on the online version. While my initial experience was not the best, him reaching out and fixing my primary concern was ethical and respectable. I encourage everyone regards of where you go to check your bill before paying.
