If you haven't been to the subway at 19211 Westlake Houston, then you are missing out. Normally I get the same subway sandwich each time I go to any subway. Ian, the young man who made my sandwich suggested I try something new. He suggested the BMT, which happens to be a salami and ham-based sandwich. I officially have a new sandwich and a new subway. I also discovered that this subway has breakfast subs, which not every subway does. This excited me even more so. After having eaten my subway sandwich, I am grateful to this young man for introducing a new sandwich to me. If you live in Atascocita or even as far as Katy Texas, take a drive to this subway and thank you Ian for introducing me to something new. read more

Hello, I placed my order online using the reward buy a footlong get free nachos! I had difficulty placing the order online and I never received an order number. It was stuck at your order is processing. This caused me to think that my order wasn't placed at the store. I tried calling the store but no one answered smh. When I got there it was a full staff so there was no reason for the phone to ring and go to voicemail. Food: the tuna flatbread was ok but the chicken nachos were very delicious. Especially since they were like $7 with extra meat and guacamole. The coupon discounted $5 for regular priced nachos without extra meat and guacamole. Y'all better go try them! read more

Thursday, October 9, 2025 I just experienced the worst customer service here at this location. I placed a pickup order to go. When I picked up the order and arrived home, the order was unsatisfactory. When I called the store back, I reached Ari. When I spoke with Ari, she was acting completely unprofessional, as if she didn't understand the things that I was saying to her. I had to repeat myself multiple times. To be honest, I don't think there was a language barrier. She was being intentionally difficult. She told me that there was nothing she could do and that she would give me the phone number of Edgar, who is in charge. Even when attempting to provide me with Edgar's number, she continued to be extremely difficult and speak over me while I was talking. When it came time to actually give me the number, she hung up on me. I called back and asked her if she had hung up on me, and she said yes, then hung up on me again. I called back several times, but she refused to answer the phone. I finally got through and reached a young lady named Angel. Angel claimed that she had no idea what was going on or what to do, but said Ari could give her the number to Edgar. Angel then gave me a number that wasn't even in service. Immediately after dialing the number that was out of service, I called the store back several times. Neither Angel nor Ari would answer the phone. When I initially spoke with Angel, Angel told me that Ari is the store manager. Imagine a store manager hanging up on paying customers simply because she's ignorant and unprofessional. I don't understand why Ari would tell me that she couldn't help me when, in fact, she could have. When I called back, I clearly explained that she had two options: she could either replace the items that were unsatisfactory, or she could issue a refund. Instead, she claimed that I would need to speak with Edgar in order to get that accomplished. I 100% will never go back to this location and don't recommend anyone else going to this location either. Based on the reviews, this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident -- it appears to be their standard level of customer service toward paying customers, which is unacceptable. You would think a store like Subway would be eager to provide quality customer service, given that few people even eat there anymore, and this economy. This will absolutely be my last time giving my time and money to Subway -- at any location, anywhere in the United States. This is not me being emotional; this is me choosing not to give my money to a company that disrespects me and provides both poor customer service and poor food quality. Ari is deplorable and has awful customer service. When I walked into the store to pick up my order, I had to play a game of charades just to retrieve my order. Ari asked me for my name, and I gave her my full name. I noticed that she was covering the receipt so that I couldn't see the name on the ticket and kept asking me to give my name again and to spell it out. What type of nonsense is this? I could understand this level of scrutiny if Subway were some high-end fine dining restaurant where meals cost $50 a plate, but this is Subway, for crying out loud. Just give me my order! I sure hope Ari got what she desired from hanging up on me, because not only will I be reporting this to Corporate, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and any other outlet necessary, but I will also be getting a full refund for my order and continuing to post reviews about this experience. I truly hope the loss of money and potential customers will be worth her emotional and unprofessional decision to hang up on a customer and refuse to address a legitimate issue. read more

I never take the time to review a business, especially something like Subway. I witnessed AURY (name on hat) provide horrible service to an older gentleman that was in front of me. She was very argumentative over a piece of bacon and ended up throwing his sandwich away. I would recommend a complete staff change at this location. The entire staff is Spanish speaking and will talk about customers to each other (I know Spanish), absolutely unacceptable. Many times there has been issues with the staff here. I asked if they could cut my meat balls in half and employee said oh we dont do that. Several other occasions they run out of meatballs. Walked in the other day and another customer was complaining of cold meatball sandwiches when he got home-employee said oh they been sitting out to long and they should be toasted to heat them up, and they were hesitant to replace sandwiches. I had an excellent experience at this Subway. I needed a platter for a party but didn't want to use the website as it is very cumbersome. I went in the day before I needed it and an employee took my order. I picked up the order next day and the same employee (Leona) went above and beyond to provide me the platter and all veggies and cheese on side as I asked. This is the grossest subway I have ever been to in my life. The food is old looking Everytime we've gone. The veggies are chopped horribly. The people are incredibly rude and angry. I will never go back to this subway again. We tried for about a year. It's consistently been awful. But it's close to my house. These freaking Hispanic workers put one scoop of tuna on my sandwich and when I asked for more they only have me half a scoop more and charged me for a fucking deluxe. Only one downfall; even though doors may say closing time is 10:00 PM I recommend arriving before 9:45 as that is when the door is locked and open sign is turned off. Where to began, I have been to this location 3 times in the past year or so. the first time some young punk behind the counter was being very perverted to my daughter than verbally threatening to me. The second time I went was probably 6 months later, this time they kept messing up the sandwiches apparently not paying attention or had no clue. Tonight I tried again for the third time, she started making our sandwiches and then said you cant have them because our card machine is down. This location to say the least is pathetic.
