It was so good they made my food fast and gave me a free cookie i will come here again

I use to like Subway but after yesterday's visit in King I will avoid this location. Ordered 2 footlongs and the kid making sandwich asked you want peppercorn or shredded cheddar on you Tuna subs? I said I wanted provolone. He said welll this is all we got. I declined the options given He was smug and gave vibe he didn't want to be working and I was a bother to him. Then as he added lettuce to sandwich (more yellow than green) a girl comes from back with a different cheese option. I asked her what kind of white cheese she was putting out which she replied was American. I told the kid I would like that added to my sandwich. All and all a bad experience and the old lettuce made me sick. read more

This Subway is one of the independently owned stores in this area. They DO NOT honor or take any coupons or offers that you will see advertised in the media. The staff has seemed to be bored or thinking about going home instead of giving good customer service. The food is still of normal Subway quality but I don't feel good about going here. I will try other stores in this area or maybe go to Jersey Mikes. read more

Pretty convenient location and parking lot with a view of Pilot Mountain. We were traveling with our dog on 81 looking for a quick healthy lunch. This is a new Subway, super clean and bright. Although my favorite (the Subway Club) has been off the menu for over a year, finding a replacement wasn't a problem. Wish they still had spicy mustard (WW low point condiment) honey mustard wasn't the same, it was more like a salad dressing. Hubby go th Italian and our almost HS grad enjoyed the steak and cheese. We got what you would expect from a Subway--sandwiches on fresh bread with fresh veggies but light on cheese and meat unless you want to pay more. My family eats at this location a few times per month. On our last visit (prior to temporarily closing), the service was not up to standard and the employee making our sandwiches was strange to say the least. After a long day of running around shopping for Christmas and I just wanted a good quick dinner to bring home. When I arrived in the restaurant there were only a few other people ahead of me. I ordered one of the sandwiches from the Subway Series menu. The person behind the counter took my order and made my dinner quickly and I was able to pick all of the ingredients I wanted. Please, if you're reading this review, take my word for it... go eat somewhere else. Read the other reviews, we're all in agreement on this place. If you are trying to eat healthy, get a salad at one of the other fast food places in town. You'll thank me for it. We have given this place a fair shake... three strikes, and they're permanently on our ban list now. There is always some crazy ish going on at this location. The first time, we tried to purchase a gift card, and no one working there knew how to process this transaction. The second time we wanted to try the new offering, and was told they don't have it yet. Here's the kicker... today we walked in at 2:00 pm and there were about 6-8 people in line. We thought it was unusual for that time of day, but ok. We got in line, and with the number of people in front of us, the line had snaked and doubled up, so we were standing behind the folks getting their sandwich made. As we were looking up at the menu trying to decide what we wanted, we saw the customer in front of us start banging on the plexiglass display. She was banging on the display because she was trying to shoo a fly off her sandwich as it sat unattended, waiting on the assembly line for fixins. I peeked around her and saw that indeed there was a fly taking a stroll on and around her sandwich. Gag. The sandwich artist finally got back to her sandwich and nonchalantly shooed the fly away (which then proceeded to fly into and around the sandwich fixins) and asked what toppings she wanted on her sandwich. At that point, I was like... we out. So we walked right out of there and don't ever plan on returning. I suggest you do the same. read more

During a recent visit, the store's computer system went down. Our subs were already made, and we waited 15 mins until we finally had to go. Rather than offer us the subs, they threw them away. I'm not looking for handouts, but that felt like a real smack in the face. Poor management and customer service. read more

We have eaten at this Subway for a long time and we have always gotten good service and food....til yesterday. We ordered the new ham and cheese grilled subs with double meat. What we got was a plain ham and cheese with no double meat and it was not as was advertised on the app. Now I know this business doesn't offer a lot of the specials Subway runs but if that was the issue I think we should of gotten a phone call stating that. We always have before. Or the worker could of told my husband at the drive through when he picked up the order. We paid the extra money for those grilled subs as they cost more than the regular foot-longs. And they charged us the price of the new grilled cheese foot long but that's definitely not what we received. I think we will try another subway next time. read more

I worked here in high school and if you only knew half the things that went on here you would not eat here. The management is rude and doesn't give proper training and the people who own it had a sign up if you went to them about anything instead of talking to the manager you would be immediately fired so how are you supposed to go to them about a problem when your problem was with the manager. I believe it they are under New Management now but I'm not sure. read more

Went to Subway in King today had some coupons. Well can't use coupons anymore on the good sandwiches like steak and cheese. Decided to try oven roasted chicken oh we don't have that but was on menu. This subway is a joke, staff is uncaring and act like they wish you weren't there, one girl is covered in tattoos all the way to her neck, ordered the new garlic bread and told we don't have it, we just use plain white bread and put butter and sprinkle garlic powder on it. Decided on wheat bread instead and girl had to go thur several loaves because bread was bad, this has to be the worst subway I have ever been to.
