While the employees may be polite the way they conduct buisness is not. They always want to pull you up to wait on your food and then by the time you get your food. There's nothing Hot about it!!! So let me tell you what happened to me today. We go through the drive thru sit there for 15 mins while they tend to the 2 vehicles in front of us. We finally get to the speaker and are told give us a minute sir and we will be right with you. (Right with you) ended up being 7 mins. So finally we get to order. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries. Not a large order at all. And The guy in front of us had ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade. Low and behold they pulled this guy forward for 1 Drink. So at the window guy comes tells us our total we hand him the money. He gives us the change and then says would you mind pulling forward. My response was yes sir I do mind. He shuts the window then 5 mins later he comes back with the manager. Offering us our my money back. We asked for what. His response because you won't pull up. So I responded with Iam not going to help your drive thru time when you don't have my order ready.. FYI if you don't know that is why they pull you up. Because there is a timer that counts while a car is in the drive thru. This time effects everything about the store. They are graded off these timers. Pulling people up indicates to this timer that they have successfully fulfilled the order and the customer is gone. So anyway his response to us was I'm giving you a refund unless you pull up. At this point we're fuming almost 30 mins at Burger King and we have to leave without our food all bc they couldn't get 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries out to us in a timely manner. PLUS the guy in front of us was still waiting for his frozen strawberry lemonade. SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT WE CAN DO AS A COMMUNITY TO GET BURGER KING TO GET THEIR CRAP IN ORDER. I would say everyone stop pulling up start saying No. They honestly need to get that store together and ran how it's supposed to be ran or to close it down. After all if we wanted to wait 15 to 45 mins for food we would be going to a sit down restaurant. Not somewhere that's called Fast food. Where there's nothing fast about the food. Or am I wrong???
