I've been here to this location a couple of times and each time it has been very nice, clean , and organized! the workers are always helpful and prepared. Good quality sandwiches here and they come out perfectly thanks to the great employees ! I love that the meat and cheese are cut fresh for each sandwich here, and you have to get the Mike's way because it adds that juice and flavor to the cold subs. I love the black cherry soda and the spicy pickle chips on the side to pair ! read more

I went close to opening time. I ordered 3 giants of the Big kahuna cheese steak, Philly cheese steak, and original Italian. The big kahuna has more flavor and was more balanced than the regular Philly cheese steak. The Italian is always delicious! They were helpful when using coupons. The store was clean. The food is great! Normally, I wouldn't make a review but I felt really off put during my recent visit. When I went up to order (mind you I'm the only physical customer), no one said anything and finally the staff looked up and I didn't know what to do so I just started ordering. He said nothing the entire time and looked upset. When he passed it on to the toppings, that staff member also just ignored and mikes way? He said it like it was a bother to him. Ordered a sandwich with chicken in it. I'm allergic to other meats so I only order chicken. When it came out it looked like beef. When I asked them what it was they said it was chicken but it was dark meet. Being the trusting person that I am, I took 1 bite and I ended up having a medical emergency and needed to use an EpiPen because I am allergic to beef. Tried to call in an order for pickup. Each time I spoke to someone who then TRANSFERRED me to another phone that rang a couple of times, then disconnected me. The cost has gone up at JM's. I had one Giant #17 cheese steak sandwich for $20.00 ( a Giant used to be $14.00) and a regular Turkey with cheese. Total $32.22. That's insane for 2 sandwiches and a lot of bread. And no extra meat or cheese. The food was good but won't be going back with these prices. read more

I haven't been to Jersey Mike's for well over a year but decided to stop in today. In the past, I remembered everyone being super nice but can't say that today. I asked for an extra slice of tomato on my turkey sub and that didn't seem to go over well. The turkey,cheese and fresh vegetables are good but seemed there was a lot less meat then I remember in the past and for $9.45 for a regular sandwich not sure I will be coming back. It was 11 am today so not busy customer wise inside but could have just been busy with online orders. If you have not tried getting your sandwich fixin's in a bowl instead of on bread - do so! The bowls are delicious and if you are watching your calorie intake this is the way to go. I have to say though I made a mistake and ordered my husband the wrong sandwhich, so as we were eating my husband told me the sandwhich was wrong. I went up to the counter and told them I made the mistake and needed to order the correct sandwhich ith intentions to ppay.the team said no worries we got you. I thought that was the kindest and sweetest thing for them to do in since I made the mistake. The brought out the new sandwhich in a rapid fashion. Went to get a tuna fish. They started making my sandwich, and the lettuce was brown. I pointed out to the young lady, making the sandwich that the lettuce was brown. I asked her if she had any green lettuce. Luckily, there was another bin behind her but they should not have brown lettuce That they are serving customers. I don't understand what is so confusing about lettuce being green. I'm not saying just a little brown very brown. If you're going to pay that much for a sandwich, at least have fresh product. Jersey Mike's has yet to disappoint me. I usually get the Original Italian or the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. It is a bit more pricey than a Subway or Jimmy Johns, but well worth it. They heat up the meat on the hot sandwiches on the grill vs subway that heats it up in the microwave. The white bread here is better than the wheat bread hot sandwiches. The wheat bread tastes a bit flaky and dry. Too many jalapeños not enough meat. I feel like I'm eating a jalapeño sandwich. I love cheese steaks but I wouldn't get this sandwich again or maybe it's just this location? I've been to other Jersey Mikes and have enjoyed my sandwich more.
