I went to this place overnight on 6/08/2019 around 2am and I guess I annoyed the hell out of the girl working that shift by just showing up to get a salad. According to her, her name was Alexis and she wasn't wearing any name tag. She obviously hates her job and got pissed that I interrupted her doing-nothing time. Her coworker looked like he was on break sitting down playing with his phone. When I noticed Alexis' extreme rudeness I asked her if I was annoying her which she mumbled something and went to the back. She actually went to the back twice while she was fixing my salad. She never apologized for anything and was just a nasty little bitch til the end. After I left I noticed her and her coworker started giggling, that's when I realized I never saw what she touched or what she did the times she went into the back and didn't change her gloves. I was totally disgusted and threw the salad in the trash. I went to the Subway headquarters website and sent a complaint. I'm curious to see how corporate will handle this. This Subway is a great location as the staff is super friendly and their bread is nice and fresh baked! They have the deal going for a $2.00 6 inch meatball marinara or cold cut combo sub so we got two foot long cold cut combos! Yum the toppings were fresh and generous and the bread which I tried was the parmesan cheddar bread and it was delicious! What a deal it only cost us $15 bucks for two foot long subs, two large drinks, two packs of chips and 3 fresh chocolate chip cookies! We will be back to this Subway location again for sure because it was a nice treat and they are above average compared to some of the other Subway stores around town! read more

I just walked out of this place, after receiving the worst customer service ever. My girlfriend ordered a BMT salad, and I ordered a hot pastrami on wheat bread. The young African-American kid serving my girlfriend had an attitude from the very beginning. His first comment to us was something along the line of: "I don't care what you want, I'm off the clock in just a few minutes". The guy working next to him, apparently aware of the kid's horrible attitude, told the kid to just make the salad. He must have relatively new, because he had no idea what size bowl to use to bake a salad. Then, he had no idea what went into a BMT, nor did he know that the meat went on top of the salad AFTER the salad was made. He also had no idea how to cut the meat, nor what kind of knife to use. The kid was not only poorly trained, but his attitude was completely unprofessional, bordering on inappropriately rudely sarcastic. Hopefully the management at this establishment will either train this kid properly; or if he is unable to be trained, let him go so that he can find a job more suited to his skills and interpersonal characteristics and qualities. Bottom line, this place was the worst Subway I've ever been to. We ended up going directly across the street to Wendy's, where Jermaine gave us excellent service. After writing my review, I realized there are several more reviews for this place that also address the issue of horrible customer service. Once customer service becomes horrible and is no longer a one time instance, it then becomes the fault of inept management to fix a problem that has obviously been allowed to fester and get worse. We decided to have subway for dinner...we were in the area and felt that this subway was the better of locations and choices. As we quickly realized was the exact opposite...here is my review...in the pictures is two I have uploaded showing my concern... The first thing I noticed was a gentleman spraying down the walk way infront of the store...I won't express the lack of education this is during busy..hot hours. If u look closely at the pictures u will notice he has no yellow wet floor signs out...very dumb..so he is spraying the water and it hits my car...FAIL! Now I usually wouldn't bark about this but my sister in law is pregnant and all we need is for her to fall due to this. Once was walked into the restaurant, the dang water hose was laying in the ground were customers could easily step on it and trip...this is also pictured.
