I was originally invited to check this place out through the Yelp Elite experience. I had a great visit and came back with my kids a few weeks after. The service was still amazing, the cookies (my favorite) are warm and our sandwiches and side salads is absolutely fresh and delicious. They're made to order and portion size is big. My youngest was excited that there's Shirley Temple on tap! I think that alone will have her asking me to come here at least once a week.

This is their second location located on S Rainbow Blvd. In front of the Aldi store And it is very spacious, big parking lot. They ONLY use fresh ingredients and also they bake their bread and cookies on the spot all day long!!! Which makes it extremely rare these days for the restaurant to make it everything from the scratch and everything is fresh- nothing frozen EVER!!! They use local ingredients and make healthy delicious sandwiches, bowls and farm fresh salads. They have a great selection of hearty meals , including vegetarian options too. The side salads served with those sandwiches are pretty decent as well. The real treat are their cookies ( available in several different flavors - my suggestion " white chocolate cranberry " MUST TRY ) and of course baked fresh daily and served warm and so soft and delicious! Honestly the best cookie that I've ever had! They also have a healthier version of fountain drinks " CRAFT BATCH SODAS " and they are even tastier than regular Coke or Pepsi products. We had their sandwiches and they were delicious, freshly made and served warm. Yummy The menu is diverse with a lot of delicious choices, whatever you choose from the menu is great, so you can't go wrong. The staff is awesome, very friendly and kind, providing excellent service always with a smile. The restaurant is very nice and clean, extremely inviting. Overall we had a delightful experience ! Great healthy food, wonderful staff and welcoming atmosphere!

I stopped by Urbane Cafe and tried both the Tri-Tip Sandwich and the Chimichurri, and wow, let me just say, the chimichurri sandwich absolutely stole the show. The moment I took the first bite, I literally paused because of how juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned it was. The chimichurri sauce is bright, herby, and super fresh, it soaks into the warm bread just enough without making it soggy. The meat was incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and had that perfect balance of savory and citrusy notes. Every bite had that "wow, I need another one" feeling. The tri tip sandwich was good too, solid flavor and well cooked- but the chimichurri? On a whole different level. It's the kind of sandwich that makes you immediately want to come back the next day. If you're debating what to get, get the chimichurri. Trust me.

My husband and I were out doing some shopping and decided we needed a quick bite. Stopped in not long after they opened and was pleasantly surprised how may healthy options they have. There are sandwiches, salads, and bowls. I opted for a sandwich meal that came with a side salad as well as a drink and a cookie. I had such a hard time deciding but ended up with the so cal. Chicken, avocado, pepper jack, lettuce, salsa and a Chipotle aioli. I did learn that they also fresh bake their bread and it shows. The meal was so tasty and I didn't feel so guilty eating it because it was quite healthy as well. The portions are huge and food came out in a timely manner. I also love the fact they have such a huge drink option. From pure sugar cane sodas to chili limeade. I don't live in the area but if so I'll definitely be back. So delicious!

First off when I was done placing my order everything like that online I wanted to give this place a two star due to the fact that online experience is the most horrific experience I have ever had when ordering. I ordered online and went to check out. It took me to the Henderson location. I backed out. I put the location on rainbow. I want to check out. There was no pay button. I closed it. I opened it again. The same thing happened. There was no pay button. They told me I had to create an account so I created an account it took me to their website. It told me I had to confirm my email. I confirmed my email. It took me back to the other website to check out and I couldn't check out it did this at least five or six times. So when I finally checked out like 30 minutes later, I know it's a long time to keep trying, but I really wanted to try this place. I drove down. It was curbside. They brought it out and I tried them, half of each once I got home. The first one was the Californian.... house marinated artichoke hearts, avocado, sundried tomatoes, pepperjack instead of mozz, green leaf lettuce, herb aioli. I purchased extra herb aioli on the side, just in case. The sandwich was so tasty. I don't know how to explain it. Honestly, it was filling meaty due to the artichoke. I know it's tasty. I love sundried tomatoes, but that aïoli put it over the top, it's just super flavorful Herbie. The sandwich was the Bella portobello which consists of: marinated portobello mushroom, mozzarella cheese, sundried tomatoes, basil pesto, vegenaise, mixed greens with balsamic dressing... now that I'm thinking about it, I didn't really taste the balsamic vinegar. The mushrooms I was weary of a lot of places, their mushrooms smell bad like they've been sitting there. These ones were fresh and they weren't overcooked. They still had to bounce to them when he been into them. The sandwich altogether was it was good was not a disappointment at all I did an avocado to this one. I would definitely come back. I don't think I would use their webpage again because it was beyond a hassle but overall it was pretty tasty.

Excellent! On arrival, my Togo order was ready and packed very nicely. I also ordered another sandwich to go when I was there and both ladies working were extremely friendly. The food is bomb! I got the turkey and cranberry sandwich, the turkey club and the Cobb salad with tri-tip added. The flavors and quality of everything is top notch. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The blue cheese dressing is soooo good and not thick. The white cookie... wow! Location is in a busy area, maybe bring one to Summerlin in the future?! :)

Great lunch spot with healthy options and plenty for a vegan lifestyle. The space is bright, clean, and open, with easy ordering through kiosks or at the counter. The cashier was very friendly and told us about their fresh daily focaccia. We ordered the salmon bowl with a cranberry white chocolate chip cookie and the enchilada soup. Both came with focaccia and were delicious. The salmon bowl was fresh and flavorful with generous toppings, and the soup was served at the perfect temperature. I liked the miso sauce on top of the salmon. They also have a nice variety of drinks, including craft sodas, dragon fruit Fresca, and lemonade. It does get busy around noon, so keep that in mind if you're coming with a larger group.

I'm so grateful to have a healthy and consistent option whenever I'm visiting town! The food here is delicious and the staff knows what they're doing! The space is clean and it's a great place to go when you're on the go as well. Whenever I'm in town I make sure to stop at Urban Cafe!

Cookie is doughy and slightly undercooked (yum!), but tasted bad.

I've been excited for this location of Urbane Cafe to open, and I'm happy to welcome a new sandwich place to the neighborhood. I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt since they're newly opened, but I feel like there are more than a few things that can be improved. First, the atmosphere is sleek and modern, almost with an industrial warehouse feel. The seating is uncomfortable, so this isn't a place you'd want to sit and chat or linger. The hard wooden chairs and metal accents really did a number on my back, even after a quick half an hour meal. There are also a majority of high top tables, which are really difficult to climb up in to sit. I was with my 75 year old mom and we had to wait to get one of the low tops since she could not get up in the high top seats. Since it was my first time, I downloaded the app for the free cookie offer. I also decided to order through the app to make things easier. We got a kid's sandwich meal and a regular sandwich meal, no drinks. This place needs a better pick-up system too. When I got there, my sandwiches still weren't ready even after about 15 minutes. Even worse, the pick-up shelf is in the back of the restaurant, unmonitored, and close to a back entrance. This means anyone could just waltz in and grab the food that's ready. I think that's a real issue. Not only are there tons of dishonest people, it's very confusing and I could see it being common for folks to accidentally (or not) grab the wrong order and go. The to-go packaging was quite nice, very sturdy with the sides separated (so no soggy sandwiches)! The kid's sandwich was a rather large portion, and the side of fruit was also big. I would probably eat the kid's meal next time, it was a lot of food! The fruit bowl side had mostly cheap fruit: grapes, melon, and pineapple with a couple of strawberries. The adult sandwich came with a side salad, which was absolutely gross. It was nothing but slightly wilted spinach, a sprinkling of what looked like feta, and a mandarin orange slice. I mean, no restaurant should serve a salad like that! It tasted bad and looked like food fit for a cow. The sandwiches were just okay. We both found the bread to be fresh and soft, but overly salty. I think maybe someone in the kitchen triple salted the bread that day, because we weren't able to eat it due to how salty it was. Salt just would crust and shake right off the top if you touched it. Bleh. I am not sure if it is typical for the bread to be this salty, but it was borderline inedible. The turkey and cheese seemed to be good quality, and I was enjoying my sandwich...until I took a bite and pulled out a wax paper cheese wrapper! I didn't tell the kitchen because they were so busy and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for a sandwich, but it was gross and I (understandably) lost my appetite after that. See my photos of the cheese wrapper that was made into my sandwich. Hoping the free cookie would save our meal, we decided to give it a go. The chocolate chip cookie was large and plenty to share, and it was slightly undercooked and doughy, which I love! Unfortunately, this wasn't a highlight of our lunch. The cookie tasted chemically sweet and just wasn't worth the calories. I love the concept of Urbane Cafe, but this location is obviously having growing pains. I am not sure when I will give it another try since it's a bit pricey, but I'm hoping things will improve in the coming months.

Plenty of parking out front, including disability parking, which makes arriving super easy. There are a few outdoor tables for dining and tons of seating inside. If the line gets long, you can conveniently order from one of the kiosks. The menu has a solid variety...sandwiches, salads, bowls, and a kids' menu. They bake fresh focaccia every 15 minutes, which you can definitely smell when you walk in. Customer service was great and our food came out pretty quickly. The drink fountain is actually impressive: they offer craft sodas like Shirley Temple, strawberry cream soda, blackberry, plus regular sodas, lemonade, limeade, and a Fresca option. What We Ordered * The Californian $11.50 A vegetarian sandwich loaded with artichoke hearts, mozzarella, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, and herb aioli. The focaccia was light and fluffy, perfectly toasted, and the melted mozzarella wrapped around the veggies beautifully. It came with a side salad that had two small mandarin orange slices. Fresh and delicious. * Kids Cheese Pizza $6.25 The little one ordered the cheese pizza. The bread was incredibly fresh--more soft and fluffy than crispy. She paired it with a bag of chips. Simple and satisfying. * Salmon Bowl $14.95 I ordered the Salmon Bowl, which came with a piece of fresh bread, roasted sweet potato, mixed brown rice, edamame, and kale. It was topped with about 6oz of salmon drizzled with a sweet chili aioli. The salmon was slightly overcooked for my preference, but everything else was flavorful and filling. We finished with warm chocolate cookies that had been sitting on a heat stone....soft, gooey, and the perfect ending to the meal Overall: Fresh food, fast service, great variety, and a comfortable place to dine in. Would definitely return.

Ate here with my son. He ordered the so-called chicken that comes with a side salad. He generally does not eat salads if I make one at home but he ate the salad at Urbane Cafe and said it was "pretty good" which means great. He said he would eat there everyday if he had money. It was nice and clean and staff were super helpful and kind. Definitely a place to check out. He actually just asked me when we would go again. It's been a week since our visit. That's a great sign!

came here for a Yelp Elite experience fully prepared to be underwhelmed, but the the cashier was so damn sweet! Like, genuinely Sweet as sugar! She helped me pick my items and didn't treat me like an annoying inconvenience cuz i was taking my sweeet a$$ time lol She was patient while I stared at the menu like... what this? whats that? No sighing, no eye-rolling--just actual help. Wild. food can be incredible but if the service is garbage then the entire experience feels like punishment. And honestly, even if the food is garbage, I'll come back if the customer service is great because apparently I'm loyal to suffering I guess. Thankfully, this food wasn't trash, YASSS lawwwddd However... I'm always suspicious of paying for things I could technically make at home--sandwiches, salads, burritos, quesadillas... the usual "I can do this myself" category. But this place proved me wrong in a way that felt .... offensive. The chicken bánh mì and the ahi tuna salad were actually worth paying for, which is not something I say lightly. I got two items, just in case one of them betrayed me. I like to hedge my bets at new places by getting two things. Shockingly, both were great. The universe must've been bored and decided to give me a win. YASSSS laaaaawwdddd!!! I also got the chili lemonade with cucumber. Not as spicy as Id hopes, but refreshing enough that I didn't feel lied to. And yes, they had Sriracha and Tapatío in the condiment section, which, as a California girl, is the bare minimum standard. wish more places would take damn notes! Overall, the experience was good. Dare i say... annoyingly good lol Now I have to come back and try more things because apparently this place knows what it's doing, and I'm stuck admitting that.

Skip the "Italian hoagie", there is never enough meat on it (though the homemade giardiniera is great)! Kyle's Chimichurri Beef is a flavor bomb in every bite! The homemade chips are great too. I wasn't impressed with the "Rachel" (pastrami sandwich) - perhaps the dressing and slaw wasn't dialed in. I'll try The Hat Trick next time instead - funny, since The Hat just opened down the road! I was happy to see that they have a restaurant as part of their offerings. One of the best burgers was from a similar set up in Kentucky. I was full so I didn't get anything today but am planning a visit. This store feels bigger, maybe the restaurant helps with that. A lot of things were gone/low, but the lamb was aplenty. Hailey helped me and she was very knowledgeable about the cuts, recipes, temperatures etc. I'm not a lamb eater and only knew of NZ lamb. Hailey turned me on to Colorado lamb and it was all of the same standards and quality of NZ. She sliced up 4 chops for me, I also got their best bbq burger patty and some sausage stuffed mushrooms. I marinated the lamb, cooked in cast iron and basted in fresh garlic and butter - plated with some Romano crusted potatoes, lobster a$$, broccolini and salad. I got back a plate with bones on it like there was never any lamb! The burger was ok, I didn't do it justice with the flame a bit too high, it had good flavor though. The mushrooms were delicious little balls of flavor! I'll be back. When I don't bring in the things I want from la this is the next place I go. The staff is always kind and accommodating.
