Yesterday, May 19, 2026 Togos at Diamond Plaza had me beyond frustrated with their promo code not working from the email link, on the app or website--after 45 minutes of trying. I was frustrated to the point of deciding I would NEVER deal with Togos ever again in life, but I decided to walk in to show the issue to an employee & there was Veronica, the manager, who saved the day & my faith in aTogos. She listened, took a picture of the promo, and applied the discount in-store. Not only did I get my deal, but her kindness and service were so great that I ordered drinks and cookies on top! We always go to the Togo's just off Blue Diamond in Las Vegas from Pahrump in Nevada. This last time we stopped off to pick up lunch was only a disappointed in that the people that were working on April 14th @ 11:08 were not the regular people at the counter that made the sandwiches were very sparse. I never had so much bread for 28 bucks in my life. The wrap had no dressing. Very DISAPPOINTED. We have a coup,e of Subways closer to our home. I guess it's back to Subway. I very rarely go to Togo's as a sandwich spot, but out of convenience of where I live, sometimes I go here to grab one to go to bring with me for my trips. My go to is the hot turkey/beef sandwich and I add on all of the extra veggies to make it jampacked. I always get the special bread which I would highly recommend over the regular classic bread. I've never updated a review before, but I feel Togo's really deserves it. My previous 1-star was given because the business was not living up to the standards that the other Togo's had always provided (I've been a Bay Area fan since 2010, my wife for her entire life). While I appreciated the owner asking me to come back quickly after my initial review, I prefer to come back when I'm not expected; I feel it will give me a more genuine experience, not a "we are on our best behavior for someone who wrote a negative review." I am happy to say that after two years, I have secretly visited Togo's for lunch four times and things have really turned around. The staff listens to my order and executes it without fail. Food is served timely, fresh and hot. I can confidently recommend that folks go to Togo's for a great sandwich made by hard-working, experienced, and friendly staff. Plenty of tasty options including soup/ sandwich and salad options and they have wraps too. My favorite is pastrami sandwich, really delicious and fresh. So fresh and delicious, the bread is fresh baked and you can taste the difference. They have delicious wraps too, if you want something more light. Togo's makes really good sandwiches. My lady introduced me to them a few years ago and now I'm hooked. Today we tried the new beef bbq sandwich that is on the sweet side. It comes toasted with lots of sauce, red onions, and very good pickles. I liked it a lot. My favorite is still the original pastrami. I was very excited to see a local Togo's while I'm in Las Vegas for a few months fixing up my condo, but when I called to ask about allergies (MSG and High Fructose Corn Syrup), they were *extremely* helpful in figuring out that I was ultimately playing with fire. I wish that the company would update their incredibly-delicious menu with products that have no MSG, and also no HFCS. (Who has mayonnaise with HFCS?). They were fantastic when I was younger and sans food-allergies! I give 4-stars because they were so incredibly helpful when I called to figure out if I should or shouldn't order from them, with hopes that they eventually remove the MSG and High Fructose Corn Syrup from every item on their menu. read more

I was ecstatic when I found out they were opening one up so close to my job, literally across the street. I can't leave my job for lunch so I used Uber Eats. I ordered my sandwich a bit early (around 10:30) to make sure they could get it to me in time. It was Christmas Eve and traffic was horrible. I got a regular size turkey and avocado which ran me approximately $20. The sandwich looked pretty and the ingredients fresh. Something was missing though. I don't know if I was supposed to ask for a sauce or dressing or something but the flavor was just okay. I will continue to order from here because I love women owned, small businesses they give back to our community. You can opt into using the self kiosk or you can order at the counter. The employees were friendly and they maintained a very clean dining room. It does have fast food ambience. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The sandwich itself was pretty good! The au jus and the sandwich were pipping hot. They give a generous serving of thinly sliced pastrami in the sandwich. I grew up in San Francisco and grew up with many local unique sandwich spots. Ike's would be another sandwich restaurant that has dutch crunch but i just want a normal sandwich. TOGO's gives me exactly what i want. Inside of the restaurant has many seatings, clean. They have two self ordering machine but when i used one of them to order, the card machine kept cancelling my payment. I end up needing to hop back in line and that was a little pain. Gentleman at the front taking my order was very friendly and i even signed up for the rewards. It's free to sign up, just need basic information like email, password, phone number, & birthday. Ordered a Classic Italian, California Club, and Ham& Swiss; all with dutch crunch bread. Everything came out to be $30. Got $2 off because i signed up for rewards! It has been years, but the last time I had Togo's was in California back in the day. Can't remember what sandwiches I used to order but decided to try them out again since I happened to be in the area. Went to their website and signed up for Togo's rewards since they give you $2 off just for joining. Decided to go with the California Club (#36). Placed my order online since it is much easier for picky eaters like me to choose all the options. I was even able to customize "Togo's Style" with no tomatoes, no onions and no pepperoncinis. Walked in a little earlier than the pickup time I was given. One of the employees greeted me right away and let me know that they would need a few more minutes. A line was starting to form for the lunch crowd, so it was good that I ordered ahead online. The tables inside the restaurant were very clean and I was able to find parking nearby, in front of Sky Garden. Overall, the sandwich was tasty. However, I would have preferred it to be toasted. I'm not even sure if they offer that for their cold sandwiches, but there was no option for it through online ordering. After eating about half of it, the bread got kind of soggy. I also should have opted for no mayo since it tasted kind of off with the avocado in there. On the plus side, they did not skimp on the ingredients and it ended up being a decent sized sandwich. I would say they are much better than Subway, but I do prefer Jimmy John's. If I ever come back, I will try one of their hot sandwiches instead. read more

Updated review/!!!! So I ordered another pastrami but this time I ordered extra pastrami and that made all the difference. On the receipt it said it was 2 ounces extra so they do weigh the meat for regular sandwiches. I was totally satisfied with my sandwich this time and it was just what I needed. I didn't get the bigger sandwich like I originally was and probably would have been too much for me. The pastrami was so tender and I got meat in every single bite. Still a little bit more dry than I like it since I like a little bit of juice but not too much so the bread won't get soggy. Speaking of bread, it tasted fresh and was good also. It had a little heat to it from the property Jack cheese but I don't remember any pickles like I requested. Hopefully they can get it right next time. I was starving so I didn't put up to much fuss but when you pay for something you expect it to come out like you want it. I won't be here at the rehab place too much longer but would probably make a trip across town when I wasn't a pastrami sandwich. read more

#36 California Club I was hungry for lunch so during my break from work went to Togos to get a sandwich and chip combo. Nostalgic for their fresh sandwiches, used to love getting their signature sandwiches when I used to be in CA! So, when I arrived a gentleman was cleaning the windows and front door entrance and opened the door for me. I went to counter and ordered a #36 california club togos style on sourdough bread with a bag of chips and a drink. While he made my sandwich, I went to self-service and got a soda with ice. I picked out my bag of chips and was called that my sandwich was ready. Ok let's get to taste, the sandwich was loaded with avocado turkey ham and was super good I ate entire thing in 1 sitting. Also, devoured my chips and soda. Thank you for excellent customer service and providing me with a tasty lunch I will be back again for another round! read more

Saw that Togos is finally coming to Vegas when I was in the area for Roberto's and Bonchon (same plaza as Starbucks), well at least to the SW Vegas (they have a location opened in Henderson already). I was so excited about this. Was hooked as a kid trying the hot Pastrami Sandwich in Walnut Creek, CA for the first time. Even followed their Instagram account and everything. Came by last week, but they were not ready for the public and was doing staff training in their spanking new restaurant. But updated Instagram posts/story alerted me to their official Grand Opening on Nov 3 (just happened to be National Sandwich Day!!!) and I had to just stop by. Ordering is fairly simple. The entire menu is on their display behind the counter. There are also 2 kiosk stations to place your order and pay. If you plan to be a regular, be sure to register for their reward account (Togos.com/rewards). To earn points, just input your email address or phone number (same one used in registering the Togos Reward Account) on the order confirmation page, just before paying for the order. After looking over the menu I ordered #32 Pepper Jack Pastrami Melt (Large, always order large!) and #16 The Italian (Large!!!). The wait time is minimal, plus it is Day 1/Official Grand Opening with balloons out front and everything, and happily waited for the sandwiches to be assembled. Anyway, got home and killed almost 1/2 the Pastrami sandwich before I realized the Pepper Jack Melt part was still at the restaurant. Grand opening kinks. The sandwich was still fantastic and sated my Togos Pastrami Sandwich craving of many many years. The Classic Italian I will save for after watching Antlers, which finally got released in theaters after watching that trailer for months. Apparently, slow service is a hallmark of this location. Restaurant was clean with plenty of seating and simple design. There was no ambiance. I've eaten a lot at Togo's in San Diego, but it had a much better interior design and customer flow. Ordering area was crowded with customers waiting for their food. We had to ask several people if they were in line to determine they were all waiting. Couldn't order on touchscreen as it only had basic menu, not entire menu. Nowhere to simply enter a sandwich number, drink size request/combo, and checkout. Service was really slow. Customers waited over 10 minutes for order fulfillment (they were waiting when we arrived; departed 12 minutes later with takeout food). While waiting for our food, I checked store's reviews. Apparently, slow service is a hallmark of this location. It took us 11 minutes to receive our order. No diet drinks. All diet selections on the only drink dispenser were "unavailable." I had a large Beef French Dip #47. How do I dip a huge hunk of bread...not even cut in half? Compare my sandwich photos with those on the menu. They're not even close!! The sandwich, though seriously lacking in quantity of meat, was flavorful with the Chipotle Mayo adding some spice. Bread was fresh, soft, and perfect for the beefy au jus. My wife had the Thanksgiving sandwich aka the #5. It had everything you'd expect. She loved it. The flavors coexisted nicely and complemented one another. Overall, the food was better than Subway and met the level of quality I expect at a Togo's. The customer service failed miserably. Would I return here? Only if it were during off hours, not during the lunch hour. There are too many choices in Las Vegas to have to endure waiting for your food. read more
