I doubt anyone is gonna read this. But, I'm still gonna write this review of The Worst Subway sandwich I've ever had. First off, if your specialty are sandwiches - it better be above average. The sandwich I had today was far below that. When the man grabbed the foot long bread. I should've known by the dark brown crust. I'd ordered my usual veggie sandwich, and expected it to be brimming with veggies. I asked for sweet onion and mustard for condiments. Somehow, only the former was dripped on. After completing the sandwich, he asked me a question. I, in turn, asked him if he could put lettuce on, because the sandwich did not look full at all. He replied he did, and revealed the bottom layer, of a single layer of shredded iceberg lettuce. I got home and opened the dark brown crusty, foot long sandwich. And my gosh, whatever slivers and slices of veggies inside, were dwarfed by the size of the almost burnt bread. They were so scant, I had to add my own veggies from home. And for the first time, even the sliced tomatoes were missing. And even after removing the dark brown, outer layer crust of the bread - the inner bread was still very dry - revealing how over baked the bread was, smh... It's not that difficult to make a good sandwich. But, at this Subway location, they've managed to make the worst sandwich I've ever had. read more

Customer service & kindness have left the room!! Subway always has great food and options. But some folks who run the franchise are not into Customer Service, nor do they care. There were literally no interactions between the woman and myself; no smile ,no hello, how are you, nothing... Just a blank stare. I tried to say, " Hello, how are you, but got a menacing look. It's pretty sad, but I guess nowadays it doesn't matter as long as they get their money. But I am never returning, that I can assure you. Avoid this subway at all costs!! Take the extra minutes to go to the subway location on Sterling Pkwy. Trust me, I'll save you disappointment. I already don't expect not much from a subway, simple, just go in and get your sandwich and out regardless if customer service sucks. NO, this specific location does not honor any of their promo signs that are posted in their store, nor do they allow their customers to sign into their MVP rewards to collect points. The workers rush you and only care for your money to pay. If I didn't have to worry about feeding my little sisters, I would have definitely left the place without taking the 3 sandwiches and paying just because their attitude needs a reality check. The man worker didn't want us to enter our number for our rewards. He wouldn't allow us to get the free cookie after I had just signed up for the MVP Rewards Program and bought a sub, the sign clearly says if you buy a sub and first sign up for the rewards you are guaranteed a free cookie. The man worker did not give us our free cookie and told us to" just pay " even though we were asking to put our number in for the rewards. Terrible service. read more

The food was horrendous The service took an hour and 30 minutes for a small sub. And the ambience was horrible and there was nobody in there. I went in the store and the guy I had a beer belly and he had no shirt on. And I like it sloppy but my meatball sub I think had a human nut in it. read more

So, as far as cleanliness, this place was great! Super clean... but didn't smell like fresh bread like most Subways do. But bro! The lady who works there, has ZERO customer service skills. To the point where it was kinda awkward ordering from her. First of all, when I ordered my sandwich she assumed I was getting a foot long. So she started preparing it. I told her I'm just getting a 6 inch and she looked so annoyed! All you did was split the bread open sis, calm down. Like, why are you mad that you have to get a different piece of bread?? Or better yet, cut this loaf in half and put the other half back. Not a big deal! Anyway, every item she put on my sandwich was done with such attitude. She even put the mayo and mustard on aggressively to the point where it was way too much put on there. Then when it was time to pay, she didn't even tell me my total. My food was good, But man, what's wrong with businesses and customer service these days? Woman who was working here must hate her job. No smile no greeting, not friendly. She stopped halfway through my sandwich to help this other lady to go grab some chips, DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES, and went straight back to making my food. This is by far the worst subway in Lincoln. Subway in general is not my favorite but it's close to the house so I thought I would give it another try. I paid over $11 for a sandwich that only had lettuce meat and mayo on it. I paid for avocado and of course they forgot it. I omitted a few vegetable from my order but apparently they thought that meant I didn't want any vegetables (even though they gave me lettuce). Also no cheese! I don't understand when you place an order through sn app. how they still get it wrong. I'm done I definitely will NOT be going to the subway again and I highly recommend that none of you do either! Unfortunately this restaurant does not honor any coupons or discounts that they advertise they offer. Went there with my son for a mother son date and tried to place an order for two sandwiches with a coupon they offered, they refused to take it, refused to offer a reason why they wouldn't take it, and then were not the least bit friendly. We go to this place often since it is closer, but the past few times we've gone in the lady making the sandwiches is super rude. She is rude, she looks super unhappy to be there but the worst part is that she does a crappy job at making sandwiches. Today she put all the mayo at one spot of the sandwich and when we asked for spinach she also put a tiny bit in one place. Anoop made me my three sandwiches like a deli wizard and quartered the 2 sandwiches for my kids like Edward scissorhands himself. He's definitely a sandwich artist, even though I'm pretty sure he's a wizard. Sandwiches were delicious again, thank you sandwich wizard. We usually walk here in the summer after a stop at the playground. I have 4 fighters and they can be picky- fortunately they have fantastic options and make the food fresh right in front of you. I'd recommend asking for 2 cookies over a bag of chips if you get a combo, but that's just my personal preference. Small combos are just fine if you are dining in because you have refills silly. If your taking it to go that's the only time I might recommend a larger cup. Also, tower mart is right there and has better deals on soda. read more

Placed an online order today and had my mom pick it up. Online for the drink selection we couldn't choose lemonade so I chose a soda, upon getting the drink at the location we tried to get lemonade and they refused to let us get the drink even though the drink is already PAID for I don't understand why it would make a difference. read more

I placed a curbside order and checked in/waited in the car as the website directed me to do. After waiting a while I called and no one answered. I waited a while before calling again and someone finally answered. I very politely tried to let her know I was outside waiting for my curbside order and she cut me off. She rudely said she wouldn't be walking my order outside because they were busy (which they were not extremely busy and my order was already ready and placed before any of those people walked in) she told me if I want my order I would need to walk up and get it myself. Then she hung up on me while I was trying to talk. Very immature and terrible customer service. I made a complaint with subway because they shouldn't offer curbside if they aren't going to actually provide that service. read more

I hate this location and not only will be leaving this here for others to stay away, the subway company will know how horrible they are. I will not be back. The woman making my sandwich today is rude, very soft spoken and refuses to speak up when asked. I had to ask her to repeat every sentence at least twice, she makes a horrible sandwich - globs on condiments when asked for "easy" and just says "oh, the hole is large and just comes out" (I literally had a mustard sandwich- no joke, took 2 bites and tossed it), she's very unhappy and doesn't have a welcoming demeanor and I think worst of all, she looks very unkempt. This is the second time she has made my sandwich and the third time I've stopped. The first time they turned me away 30mins before they closed one night excuse they had already put things away. I always love dropping by this Subway when I need something quick and healthy. The people behind the counter are always super friendly and crack jokes. They always pile my salads high with all the vegies and they are always fresh. Sometimes I can get 2 meals out of one salad. I am always thanked for coming by and invited again. I went in to order a footlong Hot Pastrami sandwich. I wasn't greeted by the young lady working the counter she only looked at me. So I ordered my sandwich and she proceeds to start to make it. She just assumed I wanted it toasted because she didn't even heat up the meat nor did she even weigh it out. She started to put it to the toaster oven at that time I told her that I didn't want it toasted. She then took it out of the toaster and started to put condiments on it. I asked her are you not going to heat the meat up? Her reply was "I was going to toast it but you didn't want it toasted" I replied with that kind of defeats the purpose of it being called a hot pastrami sandwich. At that point I was so over her rudeness that I told her never mind and left. I will say that as I was leaving she did say I'm sorry please come back but I was already done dealing with her. I will never eat at this Subway ever again and that's a shame because I live 5 minutes walking distance from this location. They act like they are the only subway in town. read more

The manager is very nice & makes great sandwiches. However the young girls that work here aren't as good. The sandwhiches are dissatisfying every time I get one from them & frankly they aren't very friendly. Disappointing because it's right by my house. So just hope you get the main guy.
