First time in Manor and I was already hungry after completing a 5k, so when I spotted the restaurant I pulled in right away. The drive-thru line was packed, no surprise for a new spot. Since I had already set up my favorites and my payment in the Chick-fil-A App, I placed my order and headed straight to the mobile pickup lane. No wait at all. Two minutes later my food was in my hands while everyone else was still stuck in that long line. So here is the tip: Get the app. Set up your fave meal and your payment method ahead of time. I've been wanting to try Chick-fil-A for the longest time, and I'm so excited that one finally opened in Manor! This location is in the Manor shopping center (still under development), but a few businesses--including this Chick-fil-A--are already open. There's a drive-thru, but I recommend walking in! While the drive-thru line was long, we were able to walk right in, place our order, and get our food in under a minute--super fast and efficient. The staff greeted us as we walked in and were incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process. The team member who rang us up was especially polite and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. We ordered: 2 Kale Crunch Salads 12-piece Grilled Nuggets Spicy Chicken Sandwich Large Waffle Fries We grabbed a booth in the spacious dining area--plenty of seating for all group sizes, plus a play area for kids, which is a great touch. The staff brought our food right to our table, but there's also the option to order by scanning a QR code if you prefer. Everything was fresh and lived up to the hype! I decided to come to Chick-fil-A after watching one of my favorite foodie nerds on YouTube talk about the new pretzel bun chicken sandwich. I decided to come to this new Manor location after the two other nearby locations had so many one star reviews that I decided to avoid them and come here instead. On my lunchtime arrival, the drive up was super busy, but there were three crew members assisting with the orders thus cutting the wait time. I always prefer to go inside, which gives me time to make sure my order was completed. Many past yelpers at this and other locations have complained about missing items from their order, so check your bag before you drive off. Some points of interest about this location is that they have outdoor seating, plenty of parking, even an enclosed indoor small play scape for the kids and one detail that really surprised me was the fact that no tip screen was waiting for me at the end of the transaction. Service was fast and great on my visit and I hope they keep the pretzel bun sandwich on the menu permanently because it really delivered! read more

Not going to lie..been over 15 years since a CF experience and it was pretty dang good...still pricey..but fresh and hot food....great service and very clean. The spicy chicken is a must...wish they had tenders as well. Waffle fries were delish....A great addition to the Manor area, and a return visit with the GD will be happening sooner than later. read more

Love the new location here in manor. It's a great stop before work for coffee and I love a convenient coffee stop. They have a mobile thru line which is the order ahead thru the app line. It's fast yall, esp compared to the lines this place has in the PM. This place is a part of a new shopping center so I can only assume it's going to be busy inside and out, there is outdoor seating. read more

I'm so glad that Chick-fil-A finally opened a location in Manor, and I had a great first experience at the new store, which opened four days ago. I need to for drive thru so I used the Mobile Thru option during lunch, which allowed me to place my order through the app and drive directly to the Mobile Thru lane, saving time. Like any Chick-fil-A, there was a line, but it moved quickly. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich and the Pineapple Dragonfruit Tea, both limited-time offerings. The sandwich was hot and fresh, and the tea was delicious. I look forward to visiting this location whenever I'm in Manor. read more

Growing Pains at the New Chick-fil-A Manor Like many locals, I'd counted down the days until Manor finally welcomed its own Chick-fil-A. The aroma of waffle fries and the promise of that signature hospitality had me smiling before I ever pulled into the drive-thru. Unfortunately, opening-week exuberance seemed to outpace opening-week training. My simple request, a classic sandwich dressed up with cheese, pickles, and tomato arrived plain-Jane and lonely, the vital accessories nowhere to be found. I suspect a perfect storm of brand-new team members and a stampede of hungry Central Texans eager for their Chick-fil-A fix. Understandable? Certainly. Excusable? Only once. Chick-fil-A's reputation rests on precision and polish; that "my pleasure" rings a bit hollow when the order's incomplete. Before unleashing enthusiastic but inexperienced staff on the public, I'd urge management to double-down on the thorough training program that made the brand famous in the first place. I'll be back, waffle fries have that effect on me, but I'm hoping my next visit delivers every last pickle promised. Growing pains are forgivable, indifference to improvement isn't. Opa read more

Let's start with the chicken. Nuggets so overcooked it was a new texture. Saved it for my dogs and they had to think about it. Ultimately chewing carefully like it was made of glass or something. It was pretty spiky. The breakfast hash brown bites were a mix of perfect with some soggy. The disinterested girls in the drive through did not put out a chick FIL A vibe. More like a " don't want to be here, why did you come" vibe. The girl at the door way who handed me my bag was really great. Exactly the kind of chick FIL A employee I look forward to seeing. We were so thrilled to have a Chick-fil-a coming to our area. But I write this review with a heavy heart because I have NEVER had a bad experience with Chick-fil-a. My husband picked up our mobile order. When he got home, he realized he did not receive his veggie wrap. We also realized one of the cob salads did not have nuggets. He called and the manager apologized and offered to rectify the wrong. He should have been compensated for the time and gas he had to use returning to the restaurant. Food is always great, and we love the inside with the playground, but their drive through is unorganized. They will have 2 lines moving, one for drive through, the other for mobile order. That's great except, if someone's order is wrong or missing, everyone ends up waiting way too long for the one car to move. They need to have cars circle back in line or wait somewhere else. I've worked at cfa for 4 years, and never have I had so many issues with a Chick-fil-A before. The first time I went they were very nice and friendly, however I was missing 2 items out of my order. I called and the manager seemed pretty upset to have to talk to a customer but I understood bc I've been in that position before. I went again a week later, and once again they missed my butter biscuit, couldn't get a hold of anyone. I went again and of course, I was missing food. I know they're still new, and still getting the hang of things but this much order accuracy? Is insane especially every single time I go, it's one thing for the bagger to miss items but it is the window persons job to double check the bag before it is handed out to the guest. read more
