Food was the worst I have ever had from subway and I've been dining for 30 years!! Burnt hard bread couldn't even bite into it. Chicken teriyaki sandwich was also dry and very little chicken. Customer service on 12/12 at 4:10 was awful. One worker was on her phone taking a personal call while one worker was taking orders. The lady working up front was trying to ask for help but noone would work up front with her. Took 20 min to order two sandwiches. read more

Took 45 mins to make 2 sandwiches, if you order online don't bother coming until atleast 30 mins after you order. Sad

This location is attached to a ruff gas station and shares a parking lot with a Mexican restraunt. Parking can be hard at times. They always have a pile of junk outside, suppose to be a drop off for donations but it's always just trash. Staff is okay but now that they, like all subways, have added the metal wall blocking you from seeing how old the meat is, how much they are putting on and if it's even the right one. I have had multiple mistakes in my sub. The price is just two high for lower and lower quality. Soda machine is always out of atleast two things. Bathroom is small and not clean. Staff do wear gloves but touch things they shouldn't without changing gloves. It's common now across all fields but subway is yet another of the giants not trying. Go elsewhere if possible. read more

This Subway is the Chick-Fil-A of Subways. Although it's set back in a gas station strip, this is my third time here, and the service is above and beyond. It doesn't matter if they're slammed or slow, they take their time, listen, and go the extra mile to help. When you place an app order, they do exactly what your comments say. When you place an online order, even if there are 10 people in line, they ask your name and have someone assist you with finding it when you walk in. This really is an incredible location, and the management and staff should be very proud of the great work they do. read more

Been here twice, as I was hesitent and still hesitent to stop due to the location next to a not so clean gas station. I ordered sandwiches to go both times. Yes, it was a teenager taking my order AND making my food, but that teenager was curtious . He made my sandwiches correctly. The food was fresh and good. I didn't check the dining room for cleanliness...as I knew I wouldn't ever eat inside (I live down the street). It's all about staffing. Please keep a proper staff and you will succeed in this less than fortunate location. read more

We just moved from CA and have been so disappointed in a lot of the Subways here in TX. This store is a gem! Very clean, well staffed, and friendly service. We were passing thru the smaller town of Melissa on 121 and were hungry late in evening. We called and were told they close at ten. Great! It's 9:50 and we are two min away! We walk in and get strange faces from the young man and young lady working there. We are briskly informed by the girl with an attitude that they were closing early and have been told they must close at ten min till close and be out of there by ten. Oh, but all the food is still out. Well we ordered after telling her that in Dallas/Plano closing at ten means serve til ten. Also, why say they close at ten on phone just two minutes prior? She was smug and acted bothered the whole time. Asked for regular size paper cup for water to go and was told she would have to charge me $1.80 for a regular size cup. Really? I guess y'all get soooo much business out in Melissa that u can be contrite and penny pinching about a water to go when I bought two sandwiches, two chips and one large soda. Hey, when a business acts like that to me or in a city like Dallas Plano or McKinney...they lose business and eventually fail. Seen it time and again. If that's the attitude of the subway owner and their employees they can just keep their meat and bread and I will go to sonic across street next time. Young man was polite to us on way out. But that should be the norm. And a business shouldn't think they r doing us a favor by staying open til close time. We r doing them a favor by purchasing from them!! I went last night around 9 pm because of our hectic day and we hadn't had dinner yet. I ordered the $9.99 deal for two and got up to the window and paid. After paying I say there for close to ten minutes waiting (I was the only car there) and for about 2-3 of those minutes our food was sitting on the table and nobody did anything with it. The girl that took my payment disappeared to a truck at the back of the parking lot while I waited and she never came back. The girl smoking on her break came back and gave me my food. Not a huge deal but left me annoyed. I got home and we started eating. I took a bite and the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles were ice cold. I kept eating and then was talking to my wife about how the cheese wasn't even melted when I touched the burger patty and it was ice cold. They literally gave me a hamburger out of a refrigerator or something instead of cooking it fresh. The tots were a bit undercooked too. This place lost me as a customer forever. This subway is absolutely awful. I walked in and my existence wasn't acknowledged until five minutes after I walked in when I looked around the back and asked the two employees that were sitting there on their phone if anyone was working. One of the employees wasn't even dressed in a uniform but had his name badge on lol. While one of the teens was making my sandwich he started coughing on my sandwich which I wasn't having, you best believe I got the sandwich for free. After I got my sandwich and sat down to eat the same teen started counting the drinks in the fridge behind me, the door was falling on him and he looked like it was bothering him. I held it open for him and midway through counting he turned around and said "ok you can get the fuck out." Worst customer service ever, the other teen just started laughing. I work at a nearby business in Melissa. My coworkers & I frequent this Subway quite often since there are limited food options in this little town. The Subway employees are great! They are always helpful, polite & friendly. The food is always fresh & I have never had a bad experience there. I read the main review that comes up on this site & was shocked by it. I have to believe that this was an isolated incident & that someone was having a bad night...not sure if it was the review writer or the Subway employee. read more
