Ordered a sandwich, drink, and chips and only received the sandwich. When I called, the employee was rude and confrontational, said they were closing, and claimed there was nothing she could do. When I asked for a refund, she snapped at me and said to do it online, then hung up when I asked for her name. I called back and she said her name was Joanna (not sure how true that is). This happened Monday 2/16 around 8-8:30 PM. Completely unprofessional behavior. Management needs to address this. Won't be back. read more

As I walked in the blazing heat hit my face! I don't know how the poor employees can work like this. It felt like I had just walked into a sauna! As I approached the manager was getting upset at the employees then he stopped and continued arguing with one of the employees. Needed to buy a lunch sandwich early in the morning for a bus trip leaving at 9:00 a.m. Found the Subway on Wilcox and Via Compos , which opened at 8:00 a.m. The service was quick and excellent! Today Wednesday 2/25 I placed a mobile order at 5:54 pm for pick up at 6:50 pm. I show up at 6:50 and Joanna the employee said " I was not able to make your order because I was slammed with customer. Okay so this has been my local subway for years and every time I go the employees are always super nice and friendly, there hasn't been a time where I've went and felt like I've had bad service. The interior is really bright and glaring though, I do miss the old subway design that they switched from. The ingredients they have feel fresh and are never out of a specific bread and I hope they never get rid of the fuse tea on the fountain machine. All and all a very good subway read more

This is a local subway that I normally go to when I feel guilty after a long week of Yelping. I like to come to this one because the customer service is a lot more consistent compared to other places. I usually don't care about customer service but when I have to verbally create my own sandwich at Subway I have to rely on service. I also appreciate that a bit of conversation can get me a decent serving of meat compared to the all veggie meat subs that I get at other sandwich shops. Looking for something light and quick I made my way over to a nearby Subway. I ordered a Footlong Pastrami on wheat. I might as well have ordered a veggie sub because I couldn't even taste the pastrami as I was eating it. Most Subways have the containers that are pre-made for those who order Pastrami as well as a few other subs. Point is, this one lacked organization and the sad amount of pastrami made me never want to return to this location. Not only did my sub suck! But they took forever making it and added a topping that I clearly said not to add. (I made him remove it, what if I had been allergic?) I don't know if these employees are new? That's the only thing I can come up with. Since it was completely empty and no one seemed busy it wasn't due to the stress from the high demand. And gee I wonder why no one comes to this location? I had never had such a terrible experience at a Subway since they make it the way you want, but this location decides what they put on your sub for you. I will stay away at all costs even if I'm nearby, I will drive a few minutes longer just to save myself the headache and actually enjoy my dinner. read more

Its Friday and it's been a long day at work. Just wanted to come in for a sandwich but Im so tired, I didn't even know what I wanted. Tommy came out with this huge positive attitude and woke me up. He made a bomb suggestion of an Italian BMT toasted with Provologne. Damn. That's exactly what I wanted. I come here once a week or every other week because its so close to my job I walk here all the time and the ladies probably know me by now and there so nice ! Today was there buy one get one free and their service was amazing they knocked out at least 40 people within the first 20-30 mins I was there. Friendly and fast and never messed up my sandwich!
