Let me start off by saying the location is always clean and staff are always nice and attentive to customers. But recently i have noticed the meat patty very slim and smaller than usual with that being said tatse is good but the rest of the ingedients over power the hamburger and i can barely taste the meat patty. Came in last night for a late meal and what better place to hit than In-n-out. It was around 10pm and the place was packed as always which is a good thing. We were going to dine in but it was cold in there so decided to eat in the car. Our server was Mariah PA and she was really nice, professional and made sure our order was correct. This In N Out location is great. They got all workers there working efficiently as a team. My experience there is always good. They never get my order wrong and are always consistent with their delivery. I always get a double double with chopped chili inside and it always hits the spot. The noise level inside can be loud at times just depends what day of the week you go. Parking there is easy to find, i've never had a problem with parking. The Drive thru line is also really good. I don't like that the straw wrapper is being removed and placed into my drink at the drive-thru. It feels very unhygienic and defeats the purpose of having the straw wrapped in the first place. If this is a new procedure, I hope it's reconsidered. read more

My patty was COLD! I hate to be that guy, but I have given this specific in n out so many chances but they cant seem to nail one of the biggest selling points of this chain... consistency I have gone 5 separate times each time craving the nostalgic double double and fries. That is it. To my dismay, I was met with disappointment each time. There is nothing worse than being on an empty stomach and being disappointed by something that resembles the good ol in n out but tastes like cardboard. Simply betrayal! You name it, hard bottom of the pan fries, burnt stale bread, not following the order. More than being mad my frustration comes from a place of sadness. When root causing the issue, I believe the lack of consistency comes down to this chain's management. Please spend some more time training your employees. To everyone else reading the reviews, dont knock it till you try it. I see plenty of good comments, so in my heart there is a part this would still like to write all my experiences off as a fluke. 07/24/2023 Came by for lunch a few weeks ago after shooting at FT3 Tactical. We ate inside, I got 2 Cheese Burgers with raw onions and 1 Cheese Burger and Fries for my daughter. It took about 10 minutes as the restaurant was very busy. Our friend had cheese sauce on her fries, wow I didn't know that was a thing. I prefer Diet Pepsi, but they had Diet Coke meh.... Oh wow they have Zero Sugar Lemonade great!! Food was fresh and hot, took 4 bites and one cheese burger down. My daughter said the fries are great here crispy, not soggy like McDonald's. We sat by the window and can see the long drive through lines packed with cars that goes around the building, those poor guys. read more

It may look overwhelming when you see the line but it moves fairly quickly. Staff is very friendly and always stands outside to take your order and help the line move right along. You can never go wrong with the number one. Double double, fries and a drink. Double double with onions, lettuce, tomato and spread. You can get grilled onions but I always go for their whole onions. You can ask to have those grilled if you'd like. Meat is always cooked to perfection with a little pink in the little and always very juicy. Fries are good depending how you like them. You can order them well done which makes them a little crunchy or just regular which at times can be a little soggy. For the most part they are crispy on the outside and just the right amount of chew on the inside. Of course with a Coke on the side. Can't go wrong with that. Mother in law treated us to in n out tonight. She brought the order home (we live 5 minutes from in n out). The order was correct and the burger was to my liking. But the fries and my anticipated vanilla milk shit tasted off. Normally when I order fries with no salt, they come out fresh and hot. When I opened the bag for fries they were room temp and sad looking. I put my milkshake in the freezer because it didn't feel cold when i got it. They really need to do something about the Drive-Thru line. It's always blocking traffic on the Main Street (Whittier Blvd) and would sometimes get into the right turn lane of Rosemead Blvd. Very inconsiderate of them to block the roads for their business. This also creates a blockage for those trying to get by in the parking lot. It should really be wrapping inside the lot instead that way those trying to enter or exit out pass the entrance and get get through. Other then that the food is great and fast. They just really need to fix that line, and have their employees show customers where the line is forming this way no one is fighting about who was next in line or trying to pass to use the exit/entrance to get onto the main streets. Telling others who aren't there for their business to go around is very rude and selfish. Along with causing traffic on the main streets, especially during traffic hour. read more
