Obviously upset but really concerned about double ordering and being charged twice, 100% my own fault, I called the Wappingers location and the man on the phone was like "oh nbd, we'll just phone it into Newburgh for you". It's a little thing but it makes a big difference in terms of service. It literally made my day.
