Went back a few days ago with some friends. We used to go here once a month years ago. Glad to say we'll be doing that again now! We had no issues with the service so that's great. (Friday 3pm) I absolutely loved it! Service was beyond amazing! Explained to us the options and the steps since it was our first time there. Ambiance was very open friendly and casual. Definitely can see myself with a group of friends here. Portion size definitely depends on how much YOU want to eat. They have two plate sizes; small and large (Mongolian) Each pound (1lbs) is $7.99. They have Chinese food or Mongolian, can do both if you choose. I will say this place needs more decor and a bit more of ventilation but besides these minor details I highly recommend!!! What a hole in the wall gem of a place! You pick out your items in a bowl and take it to the grill where you can pick your sauces! I like the garlic ponzu sauce the best. Teriyaki one was a bit sweet. The fire dragon sauce is like black pepper. Try all and see which one u like! After it's cooked, you take it to the register and you'll weigh it and pay. As of the date of writing this, it's $7.99 a pound. You can also get Chinese food by the pound, they have like honey walnut shrimp, char siu, fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, etc. The place is very clean and well maintained! My family and I have been coming here since they opened. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The self serving area is always clean and fully stocked. The food is great, they have different options of protein like, chicken, pork, beef and shrimp. They have lots of veggie options to add to your plate. We started going to Panda several months ago. We used to go when the place was previously under different ownership I like the new concept better. For the Mongolian BBQ, the bowl is a bigger size than previously. However, I am not complaining. The set up is great as a self serve process. Meats and proteins first followed by a great array of cut up vegatables. It's hard to limit the selection and I have to sample almost all items. the price point at $7.99 a pound seems reasonable compared to other similar restaurants including Chinese buffets. The staff is friendly particularly on entering. Great location and great food. Hope you prosper read more

I came to try out this place because I saw that the store has changed owners and changed into something completely different. I was so excited to try this place out, especially with how great the marketing was about their promotions and menu items. I have been here quite a couple of times already previously to this, so here are picture references to what I've bought: Mongolian BBQ and Orange Chicken Fries! I always do the build your own per lb. with the #4 Dragon sauce because I think it's the most flavorful. Every other sauce is good as well, but I just preferred #4! This place is very self-explanatory--you get a bowl and you just stuff it with all the things you want. And if you need another bowl for noodles separately you can do so and they would still cook it altogether for you. The buffet area goes by $7.99/lb, same concept as the previous, but pre-cooked and all you need to do is weigh at the end and pay. The owners and the staff are all so generally nice! The middle aged man and woman that's usually upfront is always so so kind and happy to see new and previous customers which makes the mood so much more pleasant and not as unwelcoming. There's lots of seating areas with warm lighting to sit so you have plenty of space to chill. It's always so clean when I come in and that's something I think says a lot about this place. 100% recommend you to try out this place and if it's not your thing, at least you said you tried it! I love the atmosphere here. We have our go-to table. We have our go-to orders and every single time they have really nice staff that always care and try to make it a good experience. The food is amazing. They have a hot section and they also have the raw section. Highly recommend going to the hot section and getting some coconut shrimp and some wings. For the actual food itself, get a ton of meat because it's light and just keep going with a lot of protein and then you can fill up on the other stuff as extra. Remember it's $7.99 per pound so you can get a lot of food at a cost-effective price and it's delicious. I highly recommend only one sauce. You should also give the orange chicken fries a try. It is delicious and always comes out very hot!! Come check this place out!!! read more

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but my recent experience eating here was very disappointing. I found what appeared to be a cockroach in my food, which was extremely concerning and immediately made me unable to continue eating and when I told them they just brushed it off and made a new one but I was not interested in eating it after that. On top of that, the food itself tasted stale and not fresh. The experience did not meet basic expectations for food safety or quality. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed, because it was not acceptable for a restaurant. read more

I really want to leave a great review for this place. There aren't many restaurants around here that serve Mongolian stir-fried noodles, so this is one of the few options nearby. When I arrived, I noticed their price is only $7.99 per pound, and they weigh the food after it's cooked. Everyone knows ingredients lose a lot of water during cooking, so honestly the restaurant probably isn't making much money that way. The staff was also very kind. They recommended their self-serve section, which is also $7.99 per pound, and even encouraged me to try different items. I packed a small box with some fried shrimp to go. When I went to pay, the owner noticed I had an IV in my arm. She was incredibly thoughtful and told me the shrimp was free, and she also gave me 20% off my Mongolian noodles. With all the food I had, the total only came to $12.50. I honestly felt like they were being way too generous. The food tastes great, and the kindness they showed really meant a lot to me. 5/5 Panda Mongolian BBQ exceeded my expectations! The orange chicken fries were absolutely amazing fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and some of the best I've had. Every bite was delicious, and the presentation of the food was excellent. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Amazing place! Our first time here and 12/10. This place was so good. There is a variety of voices and they are all fresh! Everyone in my family had something different. Shrimp, beef, chicken and vegetarian. The kids loved that we could add fried rice as an option too! Will definitely be back...at least once a week! The owner gave us a tour and showed us what to do. He is so passionate about this place and honestly the best customer service we have received in a very very long time. Watching him with all his customers was a breath of fresh air. Fresh taro mixed with real tea, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would literally come here just for the drinks. If you love boba, you need to try them. Just be prepared to wait because this place gets BUSY. Lunchtime was packed, and we came around 3 PM and were lucky to get a spot. Everything was so satisfying without feeling overly heavy afterward. Definitely one of my new favorite finds and a place I'll be coming back to again and again.

I would say the only thing about SUP, is unlike its sister restaurants, it doesn't have as much of a rotating menu and their limited/seasonal items are a bit hit or miss (personally). But I don't mind because I think their base menu doesn't need much straying. The service is top notch like all of their restaurants but the restaurant itself tends to be a bit loud (like all of their restaurants). Nice, modern, casual place to eat, good for all ages.

Awesome and delicious food! I loved everything and specially the cream cheese wontons ! They were boom! The food was super good and so tasty. I could eat all day. The staff is super friendly and also work hard to give us a great service. Even though there's some negative reviews about the staff I think they're great. They always keep checking up on our table asking for refills. Overall great staff and manager too.The price is great since it's all you can eat! I took my family there and they loved it. No complaints at all. When it got busy we had to wait a little since the grill where they cook the food is kinda small but the chefs were working hard and my food came out delicious. I want some now. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. Definitely going back again for more delicious Mongolia food! Totally recommend it. It's great for friends and family or just for yourself. If you're hungry this is the place for you ! And even though on the parking spot it says that it's not 10 minutes you don't have to worry about it if you eat with them your car is fine. read more

Be cautious, I've been here several times and every time I come there has been an error on my bill. Make sure you double check your receipt! The management and the waitstaff off all been trained to mess up on your bill! They overcharge and they add gratuity's that should not be there. They act like they don't know what they're doing and then tried to tell you that I cannot be corrected. I'm tired of having to be so guarded every time I come here. Sure the food is good, but I'm not sure it's worth the headache at the end. Also, I do not believe it is appropriate for The waitress to using vulgarities in her frustration. They also have some great dessert options here, although a small hole in the wall, it's really good food for someone on a budget. This place is awesome! I went with my family last Friday and we had a really good time. They provided five different meats and various fresh vegetables. They also have a source bar at the end of the tables, selection is huge. This is a new restaurant so everything looks news and clean. Definitely one of the best values I've had in a long time -- you get a ton of food for a great price. The service was also top tier. The girl working the cash register was super friendly, patient, and really helpful the whole time. She made the experience even better with how welcoming and positive she was. Great customer service like that definitely makes you want to come back. Overall: amazing food, excellent portions, great prices, and outstanding service. Highly recommend if you're hungry and want your money's worth.

Orange chicken was crunchy/crispy, so keep that in mind! Overall, I would definitely come back! Love how you can substitute with brown rice and make it a health to-go meal!

Who else orders miso soup in June? In 80* weather? Someone needing a small something not a meal... HOWEVER, my MIL ordered Kalbi shortribs. Two (2) shortribs, rice, salad, steamed veggie. For $14!! That is a bargain if I ever saw one. Plus it was GOOD! We had to kill time between Dr appts so we hung out for almost 1-1/2 hrs. Steady flow of diners sitting & lots of to-go orders. With the location in a semi-corporate industrial area they must be doing well. Decent price for good quality meals. Pleasant staff keeping the place very clean. I'm only knocking the instant miso soup. Yelp algorithm shouldn't be affected.

My only complaint was the service. Our server wasn't very communicative and came across pretty bland and uninterested, which took away from the overall experience. However, being the 4th time there, it's like pulling teeth to just get water refills or anything else. The front staff you can tell do not want to be here. They say welcome more out of routine then actually welcoming you to come eat. When refilling water, the new waiter was annoyed I didn't bring my glass up to get filled fast enough for him to stand by and do me the favor as he would rather go back to the counter to jump on his phone. It's the same with the main guy talker wears a hat. Both would rather jump on their phones then come check in on you or get you some water. They really should just put a water station or give each table a carafe of water and let us refill it ourselves if they don't want to do it. Being a relatively new restaurant, they should really appreciate all their customers coming in and make them feel welcome as these are the people who will keep them in business and recommend this to others. My suggestion is to find someone to be your host that genuinely likes to interact with people and make them provide an enjoyable dining experience. You can let the other 2 guys just bring food out and bus tables.

A crispy egg roll and cream cheese wonton that was really good as I dipped it into the accompanying sweet/sour sauce and hot Chinese mustard (comes with a little plate of fried noodle bits) - always a hit with me. The hot jasmine tea was very good as well. The old school menus could use a little cleaning but what the heck - I'm not eating off them! My question to myself is always will I come back again?
