Very frustrating experience. I was charged $15 for an item that clearly costs $3.99. When I tried to explain the mistake, the employee could not understand me at all and refused to remove the charge. Also spoke close to no english and thought the situation was funny. There was no effort to get a manager or correct the error. Ordered online, went to pick it up and could see the bag on the rack, ready to go, but the doors were all locked at 4:30 in the afternoon. No one answered the phone even though I let it ring like 20 times. 20 minutes later, someone showed up, so now my husbands hot sub was cold because it sat there. We ordered two sweet onion teriyaki subs at 6:59 pm. When we picked them up, we were surprised that the dining room closed at 7:00 pm even though the app noted that the restaurant closes at 9:00 pm. We were met by a surly employee who informed us that we couldn't eat at a table because the dining room was closed "to make it easier for [him] to close" at 8:30 pm (not 9:00 pm oddly). The worst ever sub in my life. I asked for pepperchinis, was told they were out. Then I said oh there is a few left....she proceeded to pick up the container and Dump it in the middle of the sub. Not sure what I did to make her mad. never stopping there again. She must have ripped open the bread with her hands, as I couldn't see because the lid to the meat was up. Service is interesting they tell you to stop leaning on the counter even if you have to zoom in to see was told to stop leaning on counter but I couldn't see the text till I got closer so Highly don't recommend just saying I couldn't see it till I got closer so don't yell at me for that . read more

As soon as I walked in I noticed a girl sitting trying to take her break but she couldn't because another coworker was out back doing dishes. When I was having my order made the person taking it did not listen at all. They also messed up my boyfriends order. The worker was also not very happy they were in a very pissed off mood. My dad and I went in and ordered subs. The woman was decent to my dad but seemed like she had a grudge against me for some reason. Very short with an attitude, especially when I asked for extra pickles and black olives, which I ended up asking for three times. She rushed to cash us out, and after just ordering my sub she remarked "Is that it?" like I was wasting her time even though she saw me getting a drink from the cooler. I have to admit, I ordered cookies just to piss her off at that point. When we got in the car, my dad mentioned about how rude she was to me for no reason at all. Will NEVER eat at this Subway again! The owners were working and made my sandwich without washing their hands between customers. She removed her gloves to cash person before me out then put on clean gloves with dirty hands (in the middle of COVID). Mask was below her nose and she kept touching it. Also she was very pleasant, I felt I like I was being rushed. She didn't put my sandwich in a bag, just rolled it up a gave it to me. Normally I wouldn't complain, but it was one thing after another and being that we're in the middle of a pandemic and this is a food establishment I was completely disgusted. I am officially boycotting this place. I drive from the Cape to Boston every weekday, and know basically every Subway and D'Angelos along the way. I've been to this particular location three different times. Here was the scenario: 1st try: I ask for the girl to put spinach on the wrap I'm getting THEN put it in the oven. I've never had a problem with this at other locations, but the chic claims that "it will fly around in the oven", so she can't. What, is the spinach gonna grow wings? Is there a fan blowing on the food inside so that every single leaf of spinach will blow off? But whatever, fine. 2nd try: I have a Subway card on which you collect and redeem points toward a sandwich. I order my sandwich, but then am told that, because I ordered the grilled chicken (which apparently is part of the "sandwich of the month" or some s**t) that I can't use my points. Again, I've never had this kind of shenanigans at other locations. 3rd time: Is the charm, right? After ordering two sandwiches, I attempt to use this buy-one-get-one coupon that I have. Apparently we're back to the "sandwich club of the month" b.s. again because the owner says that one qualifies as such; because of this, I am "not able to use the coupon". "Fine, just give me the one sandwich then" I say. "Well, you've already ordered the other sandwich, and it's custom made for you" the owner says. "I only wanted it because of the coupon. I'll pay the regular price on this sandwich of the month thing so I can get that one for free, it doesn't matter" I reply. But he insists that the can't do that, and that now he's going to have to throw the sandwich away, and how is he supposed to run a business if he's throwing food away? That's a bunch of baloney because I just heard him offer the woman in front of me a free sandwich because she had 2 coupons but only wanted 3 sandwiches! Weirdo. My son is a Subway faithful. We have been to many Subways. This Subway we visited early on Saturday 3/11/17 right before Pax East. It was so clean! The floors looked out of a show room, I felt bad walking on them. The young lady that waited on us was so polite and professional. I think she was on alone and kept quite busy but treated us like a priority. The sandwich was the typical great fresh fare we expect. read more

When I want a quick healthy sandwich I go to subway. Some are better than others. When I walked in this place sparkled and the vegetables looked amazing, so fresh and bountiful. No 3/4 empty containers with other veggies mixed in. It looked like an ad for subway. The glass on the case was so clean I thought it wasn't there. he said that keeps the meat and veggies the proper temp and fresher. I ordered the turkey everything on it extra pickles. This guy loaded every vegetable to the max. There was so many vegatables I felt like a farmer. It looked like he dumped a whole jar of pickles on there (slight exageration). That man knows the meaning of extra pickles. He could barely fold the sandwich it was so loaded. The bread was baked 2 hours ago not 2 days like some Subways. I asked him the hours and he said they close at 8:30 but if I call in my order he is there until 9:30 or 10:00 pm and he would make it for me. If I want to eat healthy this subway is the best. Second time is not the charm. We visited this Subway a year ago. Very rude. Treated a customer in front of us with disrespect. A lady with very long hair was making my sandwich and I mentioned to the manager that she should wear her hair up as it can get in the food. He told me that was his wife and she is an owner and can wear her hair anyway she wants. Went back yesterday thinking that it was just a bad day. NOT!. I ordered a chicken sandwich with veggies and extra spinach. Right in front of us this OWNER told the girl that made the sandwich that she put too much spinach on the sandwich. When I told her that is what I ordered, she said that it should be extra because spinach is very expensive. I told her that is they way I always order my sandwiches in other Subways and she told me "then you should go to the other Subways.
