Came in and got the $5 oven roasted chicken today and the sandwich was great , but even better was the gentleman who made it. He took extra care making it pretty much perfect lol He had told me he just moved to California from Chicago and we made conversation. I didn't get his name but he made this subway stand out . This subway is amazing! Not only do they have fast service in the midst of lunch hour, but the staff is extremely friendly! Myself and a colleague had ordered a sandwich platter at around 1130. We arrived a little earlier then expected but were more than willing to wait. As soon as we arrived and let them know that we were there to pick up a platter they immediately apologized and began to make the platters. The whole while we were waiting the staff was talking to us and engaging in conversations. Absolutely worst subway Monday placed an online order for Turkey Bacon Avocado Paid in advance and picked up . Only to get back to work and I am lacking the Avocado. When I called I was told I could come get a replacement . Made arrangements for Wednesday (today) when I called I was hung up on 3 x only to hear back ground of someone saying they can call back and then on the fourth try , asked to hold , while hearing the person on the other end discussing schedules and training. I tried going here to order a protein bowl. The lady behind the counter was short and very rude I ask if I can have only meat and cheese and she said no. Then I asked well haw about the one in the picture and she said what do you want on the bottom and i replied I'm not sure but I want it to look like the one pictured on the sign. This location is close to my work so I go here often. It's an okay location but gets busy, likely due to the UTI school across the street. My biggest gripe is putting in an online order. It's convenient and they have it ready most of the time but they almost always get it wrong. Sometimes they add extra veggies or something I did not request in my sandwich, or they get the wrong bread, or the toast it when I didn't want it toasted. I suggest if you have the time to wait in line then do it. There's another location not too far from here and I might try their online order to see if they can do any better. read more

Well..first time trying subway breakfast. TERRIBLE. not the taste, well maybe it was the taste maybe its because i could only taste bread.. yum huh? when you order a steak egg and cheese on italian with some creamy sriracha and tomatoes, with no egg, and the girl tells you well if you want it at the breakfast price and not at the regular steak and cheese price then you can only have a little meat, oh and rhats what she gave me. even the coworker asked her why it was so small, well on the SEC breakfast sandwich it only gets a LITTLE meat. so basically for breakfast i had bread. yum. NEVER eating there for breakfast again, i dont like eggs and i dont think that customer service was good, why would you make someone pay for that? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!This is the absolute worst subway that I have ever been to. The store is filthy, workers are lazy and very sloppy when they make sandwiches. If you come here after hours expect your sandwich to be made extremely half ass. The graveyard workers lack training and just have an "I don't care" attitiude. I started coming to this specific subway about three months ago after started my new job down the street, I've honestly never had much to say about subway, it's good but it's not amazing, just decent sandwiches at a decent price Atleast I think. Today though I had to write this review, i always get friendly service when I go for lunch but today was at it's best, only having a minimum amount of time for lunch I went to get a sandwich but their systems were down so they couldn't accept credit cards. After waiting for a couple of minutes the gentle man behind the counter told me to that it was on the house and even though I insisted on waiting to pay he would not let me. That is amazing customer service and I appreciated the gesture, good job to the team at this store for putting their customers first, good food isn't even half of what makes a thriving business, its customer service! read more

Went in this morning 8.9.2017 to get the same sandwich again. Different customer service person. 1 person ahead of me, waited 15 minutes while he bs'd with the customer. Didn't really have time to wait before work. While he was ringing up the customer he asked me if i was going to order a sandwich? Duh, why else would i be there. I went to your store today and from the moment I got greeted till when I left I was a very happy customer of yours. The store was very clean and felt so fresh. I got greeted right away and I got served in a timely manner. She was very quick and exceptionally cheerful, being that was early. Went in 20 mins before they closed. They had a little rush. A guy with long hair I think was the supervisor was very out going talked to everyone kept making sure if there sandwich was ok and he hustled to get everyone in and out.
