Not all customers have been brought up with the touch pads, cellphone apps. There are some of us that want to actually talk to a real live person when we want to order and interact with a live human being. The fish-wich sandwich is ridiculously small for what you pay for. More of a child sized meal. We weren't the only "older" customers who didn't understand how to access your order board. A business should cater to all types and ages of customers, not just assume that everyone is of the younger generation, and has to just accept that we have been left out of your person to person, face to face communication.
