i came in and ordered my food, two burgers and the cajun fries. I didnt bother looking into the bag because i thought it would be fine, like the other times we came by. i got home and my boyfriend told me they forgot one of our burgers, and he also said there was barely any fries in it. i was a little disappointed. i drove back, and i spoke to Dawn. i told her that i was missing a burger, and you know, i wanted my burger replaced too because it was probably too soggy at that point. she said sure, but only made one. which was the one they forgot. i asked for new fries, the cajun ones, but she ended up giving me regular fries instead. i was disappointed. ill probably be back, but only if the store gets better with their service and how they prepare their orders for people. thanks. read more

It's not like Five Guys buys billboards that say "MILKSHAKES." I would like to thank the manager for being OUTSTANDING and making me double my review to 2 stars by fixing the register guy's error. My wife wanted to come here for shakes (dessert), but when ordering they said "to do shakes costs $15,000 in gear and we're a franchise." (Wow, in our house they're $7 ingredients and a $39.99 KitchenAid.) So I ordered hot dogs and asked if they had anything sweet for dessert and the register guy said they have Coke, but I said I don't want that and he charged me for it and handed me a cup and I said "what's the cup for, water?" and he replied "whatever you want." So I said "I'll just challenge the charge with Citibank then?" and I got a shrug and I left the cup. I asked for the manager and told him about the dessert Coke story and he refunded it. Online Ordering Needs Improvement: I ordered online through the Five Guy's mobile app and when I arrived to the location my app notified me that my order was ready. I preceded to the pick up location and one of the guys working there said that they were just waiting on my fries. I waited for a while (about 10 minutes) and then I saw the people that came in after me get there order before I did. So I again inquired about my online order and another guy said that they we're STILL waiting on the fries. He quickly got the fries and finally the order was complete. My issue is that the online order was not completed despite the fact that the Five Guy's mobile app was showing that my online order was completed. So if you order online, don't count on your order being done in a timely manner. I don't plan on ordering online again because my order wasn't ready even though the app said it was. Fries were room temperature: Also, despite waiting on the fries, the fries were room temperature and some were cold. Mad dogging: One of the employees was mad dogging me (scowling) on my way out for no apparent reason. Politely inquiring about my order doesn't warrant scowling - kid better learn some manners. It's really hit or miss with them. My husband enjoys their food so we will go there a couple times a month and order food to go..I tend to order the same thing a bacon cheeseburger in one of those tins. I order it all the way and add jalapeños. It's a 50/50 crap shoot if I will actually get what I ordered. Making delivery drivers wait in excess of 20 minutes for fries because you think they're going to get to the customer hot or even luke warm is a joke. I lose so much money waiting at 5 Guys. I could see if you were making gourmet food, but this is not gourmet food. This is half a step above McDonald's. There's not much difference. For the price this place is below average. Meat is not Angus obviously and the burger was so wet I had to eat it with a fork. Online ordering, full control and selection of every topping on your burger, multiple sauce choices, and overall quality tasting burger. The portion size for burgers and fries is much larger than most, but employees are educated well enough to help inform the customer on proper portion selection. The fries are also a great addition. They are so much more than your run-of-the-mill freezer packed potatoes dropped into boiling oil and slapped into a cardboard cup just long enough to spill out the sides and stain your slacks. They taste good, they don't feel sinful, they are just right. The restaurant is bright and inviting, there are peanuts everywhere for the snacking. The store was very clean. I would recommend it to my other friends. The food was great. My dad's burger was a little red in the middle but the mistake was fix fast. We stopped in here last week because we had to try the award winning fries! My son and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and medium fry and drink, as well as a cheeseburger medium fries and drink. I thought the nearly 24.00 price tag was a bit steep for a burger and fries and medium drinks but these were award winning, so I figured that hype comes with a price. What we got was burgers so saturated with grease that my bottom bun had turned to dough, like it seriously disintegrated. Our fries were terrible! The fries were soggy, greasy, and had a flat almost burned taste. There was barely any salt and I am not big on salt but these were bland! Been wanting to try Five Guys for awhile now. The place is always packed so we've put it off until today. Not very busy, so we dropped in for lunch. I'm glad to see that they do not use frozen beef. My biggest problem with Five Guys is I DISLIKE WELL DONE BURGERS & soggy fries. The burger was good only because of the toppings on it. The fries IMO need to left down a bit longer. $22 is what it cost us for a double bacon cheese burger, little burger wrap, lrg fries & lrg pop. I think I'll stick to Culver's butterburgers & cheese curds when I decide to have a burger. read more

The hamburgers are huge!!!! Very tasty, but very hard to eat because of the size. Everything just falls out the other side. It was a mess to eat. Our fries were put in the bag upside down. They were all laying in the bottom of the bag with the empty containers laying on top. Go hungry and make sure you get lots of napkins. Pick up a fork too, if you can find one.
