I rarely go inside so I really can't give an opinion about the cleanliness and general environment there. One huge negative is that there is one person who works the drive-thru who routinely hooks their finger over the top lip of your cup when they pick it up to add ice or drink. The drive-thru staff is responsible for preparing your drinks and they never wear gloves. This person's finger goes right down inside the cup. I never order a drink if I know they are working. The rest of the crew is satisfactory from my observations. Some are very friendly and always bring a smile. I also have never had an issue with the freshness of the food.
