The cashier rang at three people including the guy let in and then asked me if I needed to order something and I told her I was waiting for a mobile order. She looked at the screen and said oh yes for Gregory. I said yes. She said she's working on it. I sat and watched her rolling numerous burritos and it turns out it was the guy let in the door after I place my order who had ordered two party packs. I looked down at the app and my order had disappeared. It took a bit of time to get an employee's attention but I asked about my order they had to pull it up from completed orders. That's when I clicked the lap time and you can see it took another couple of minutes to get the order done. Had I waited until after I had used the restroom walked back out and placed it for the drive-thru I would have been on the road again 15 minutes earlier. End of the story? I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell for a quick pickup while on the road. If you do, it's probably better to wait through the drive-thru. And if you order in the app for whatever reason, make sure to go through the drive-thru
