I grabbed my bag, a fork, and was on my way. I get to where I was and open up the bowl... there's spoiled lettuce alllllll over the place. In the picture is about 98% of the lettuce I picked out that was either soft or pink/red. This is absolutely unacceptable in my book (of course, because my standards are a little higher than a restaurant that serves probably hundreds of folks a day).
