Always a go to subway for me. Never had a bad experience. They're under new management and let me tell you it's never been better. The bread is always baked fresh and the ingredients are never old. First time in a very long time that I place an order through the subway app and they actually get my order correct. I went in to pick it up a little earlier than the app said it would be ready and my items were ready. The only downside is that the soda machine always seems to be out of service, you can grab one of the bottle drinks as a replacement but selection isn't that big. Good morning Here is our unexpected experience with Subway! After our home delt with a loss in the family, we need food!! Not able to cook we ordered subway from 1555 palm ave. We know what to expect as our oldest daughter worked with the company for over 15 years. So No surprises.. unfortunately this was not the case. We ordered five sandwiches and every one of them there was an issue main issue was the lack of items on each sandwich the most shocking one was the veggie sandwich that had no veggies just Mayonnaise & bread steak sandwich approximately half of the steak that was necessary to make a sandwich no veggies no cheese and an insane amount of pepper. club sandwich had also half of everything that should be on the sandwich when unwrap you couldn't even see any meat or veggies just bread. Here are a couple pictures of the sandwiches.. I contacted Postmates as that's who delivered they were very understandable and gave us a refund of almost $18 on a $35 order which really wasn't necessary for Postmates to do as it wasn't their fault! when calling Subway to inform them of their mistakes all I got was excuses and back talk from the supervisor that was on duty Friday evening about 4pm no offer of a refund or replacement of any kind or sympathy for the mistakes that were made by her employees! Furthermore she decided to argue the point with the mistakes that were made on our border. With this being said I don't think there's anything else to say! read more

Ordered thru the app for the first time instead of ordering in person. Worst sandwich we have ever received. Order 2 times per week - kids play sports and it's there go to on game days. The least amount of everything on the sandwich ever!!!! Inquired if under new management since didn't recognize the employees - was advised "just for tonight"??? Did offer to correct sandwich but was in time crunch could not wait for remake. Guess will be looking for new subway location in IB. Disappointing. read more

How disappointing. We ended up going here in a rush for family breakfast before church on Sunday. Every iHop and Denny's was packed for our late schedule. But we might just as well have waited. I'm giving two stars solely because the food we got was as per expectation of any Subway and the place didn't seem dirty. But that's about it. The service was remarkable. If it had been slower, time would actually have gone backwards. There was only one artist in residence at the time, and clearly, his interest was not in getting our family of four in and out. I hate to blame him if this is policy (and if it is, its new or unique to the store), but making all three 12" sandwiches individually--to the extent of standing and staring a the oven while it heats a sandwhich rather than getting the next one started--was amazing to me. Perhaps I am harkening back to my days working at east coast deli's where three sandwhiches were expected to be made and made right in less than three minutes. But to watch with painful slowness as three of the easiest sandwiches to make (meatballs; bacon, egg, and cheese; and chicken and cheese) each slowly wound its way through a long process was just remarkable. I can't imagine we're the first or only customers to come to a Subway for reasons other than spending time soaking in the artist's "craft" while having a leasurely meal comforted by the ambiance of fine formica and chrome. The only reason I gave this place five stars is because of Jimmy. I had a mixup couple weeks ago came back to have that problem resolved only to have another mix up I was really upset but thanks to Jimmy for rectifying the situation. Apparently online orders are to be shut down 30 mins before close with zero warning on the the website or app. This affected the bottom line at the register and of course any deal during the pandemic is great. The big draw to this spot is the guy dressed as a bag of french fries dancing in front of the Rally's. He's got rhythm and charisma, but I'm not a Rally's guy. Sorry homie!!! This location tends to have shorter lines and decent service. Well, what can you say really. If you know what you want what can really go wrong. They've got their standard greeting, standard pitch to up-sell. I was 1 of 3 people in the place so I got a chance to really enjoy the experience without much distraction. Ok, I'm reaching... Anyway I'm working with the sandwich builder/artist, whatever and the cashier gives thee most lame "Welcome to Subway" greeting. Like barely loud enough for me to hear and I'm 5 ft away from the guy. This subway is my favorite place to go!!! I always love how they make my sandwich!!! Reason why I give them 3 stars is because I dislike about 3 to 4 employees who just have an " I don't care attitude" and this new girl that works there always messes up my sandwich!!!! The employee that I had was very humble but when I was ordering my wrap I had to tell her that I wanted my bacon and cheese cooked. When I told her, she was confused on using the oven. She also didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce or spices and just skipped that whole section so I had to tell her to go back. I think the managers should train the employees a little better to make customer service that much better. read more

Wow! So i couldn't sleep all night after my visit to this Subway. I usually stop by because it close from my way home. And when i go into this store, im always greeted by the most sweeties worker that works there. Her name is Christina. Always respectful and helpful and kind. Well yesterday i was so devastated!!! Well im going into the shop. This man is yelling and screaming at her. I found out it was her boss! The man screaming at her was her boss! I as a customer was so offended! And Disgusted! The disrespect he was using toward this poor woman. With tears coming out her eyes. I even started crying. After the woman left off her shift ! I asked the woman (Christina) if she needed any help. She was a type 1 Diabetic on top of that. And her blood sugar had just flow down. Due to the stress this man put her through. Workers said, he always treats her like that. It's a couple blocks closer than the other Subway but the service is usually so so compared to others. Today they let a mom and daughter go ahead of us while we are still ordering. Not only that, the people put their hands on our food to make room for theirs at the cashier. So we finally pay and our food gets colder since they messed up the order. I asked Andrea to explain letting others cut in, she mumbles something so I ask her again but the mumbling continues. I say nevermind and take my food and go. Not the best Subway around. read more

We had horrible service today! I order my son's sub, and right after I complete it with the kind of cheese to put on it, another family walks in... ok... but they decide to skip my husband and myself and go straight to this other family! WTF!!!! So, I'm like, excuse me? I have another sub to order for myself...and she is like...oh... Seriously? So, she continues with mine, while the boy...yeah boy! Takes care of the other family, and the other girl...yeah girl! Cause there was NOT! any responsible grown ups behind that counter...finished with my son's sub. So, then they put my sub in to toast it... and yep! THEY PROCEED TO SKIP MY HUSBAND! He has to step up and say excuse me, Im next!!! Yeah!!! WTF!!! Then they skip us to pay, they let the family who walked in behind us pay, and allowed them to put their nasty hands all over my son's drink sitting there on the counter waiting to be paid for!
