Noodles are my favorite carb, so that's what intrigued me to try it despite reading that it can be an acquired taste. While I didn't love it, I'm glad I tried it. The flavors were new to me and I can see how the gooey broth and texture can turn people off. The oyster was good too. She also kept the tables clean and walked around seeing if anyone needed anything. In-N-Out's service is hard to match, oftentimes surpassing some restaurant's services. They use an oil hot sauce, which my son and I prefer, over the powdered type other Ramen places use. The oil is spicier than the powder. My wife enjoys their Hawaiian dishes. She also prefers their mini size, since the regular size is too much. Her chicken was cooked nicely and she enjoys their Katsu sauce. Our service was quick and the staff are always friendly. Another solid meal at Ramen 101.
