Finally got to try this place out. Love that they have specials each day with different slices. I got the Hawaiian and another one without meat I forgot the name. The Hawaiian one was good very thick crust I wish there was more meat but overall the taste was good. Also got their spumoni ice cream and that's was delicious and they give you a lot too! Also got a ceasar salad to break up the flavor of things. Would come again to try their wings as well as other flavor pizza they offer! Customer service was nice they have stables but not a lot, pretty small space but decent for a pizza spot. Parking isn't that good since it shares with to trader Joe and Starbucks but you'll eventually find a spot.

There is a parking outside of the restaurant and nearby all around but it can get busy. The staff can be more friendly and welcoming. The service was decent. There's some seating inside but not too much. I appreciate how they warm the pizza for you for the slices displayed in the front. I got the cal italia and the purple potato which were both unique. The slices were big and filling. I felt the pizzas could have used more sauce and tasted dry. The crust was decent. It just tasted like cheesy bread with toppings. I expected a lot more for its price. I liked the cream of the canolli and it is on the sweeter side.

They should rename it to specialty slice of the day

Solid pizza especially for the area. While the area does have some good casual pizza spots, it highly lacks in NY... Detroit and generally east coast pizza. I've had pizza in NY and this was def pretty good. I think it was a lil harder and not as airy as warm as I would like but generally it was good. I liked the Detroit style better but that's me. For the flavors I tried the purple potato and the Hawaiian hit man. The purple was solid but nothing to write home about. However the Hawaiian hit man goodness gracious! So I actually came in expecting the purple potato to be a game changer but it was the Hawaiian. The sweet marinara paired so well with the pizza and it was so different from other marinara that I've had. The pineapple was also so different maybe cause it was fresh instead of canned chunks. It was honestly one of the best Hawaiian pizzas I've ever had. I'd highly recommend. Each slice was about 7 bux but they are big slices so about 1-2 and you are done lol. In one sitting I ate about 1 n a half. Overall, will def be back to try their other offerings and really wanna try the original location someday.

Went to this location since the Fremont spot was not yet opened. Great service. Loved the pizza. But limited seating indoor and out as well. I would definitely recommend the pizzas to try out.

Ordered a couple of pizzas for pick up on a Wednesday night. We got a Detroit style Motorhead and the take out special of an xl half cheese half pepperoni pizza that came with 3 meatballs and 2 chocolate chip cookies. It was our first time having Slice House. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable of the different menu items. We also got some cannolis which were great. The kids loved the rainbow sprinkle cannolis. The Motorhead was great. I really enjoyed the texture of the pizza and the thickness was perfect. The slices of the xl pizza were huge! We definitely had to cut those up to eat. The only thing I would say is that I wish there was more space to sit and dine in. Loved their takeout specials and the pizza flavors. We will definitely be back to try other pizzas! Thanks Slice House!

Slice House is such a cute little spot, and the fact that it's connected to the Turing apartments makes it super convenient. The slices are huge! Honestly, one slice can easily feel like two. They also have a deal of the day, which is a nice bonus. I can't remember exactly which slice I had, but it was really good...lots of meat, very hearty, definitely Americano style. They also offer Detroit-style pizza if you want something thicker and more pan-style. We also ordered the meatballs, and they were absolutely delicious. I might have enjoyed the meatballs even more than the pizza. They also have fountain drinks with free refills, which was nice. Overall, it was a really great little outing, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

Pretty good spot for pizza! We stopped by on a weeknight looking for a quick slice and this place hit the spot. Respect the CRAFT indeed! I respect it! There's a huge variety of pre-selected topping combinations to choose from. I got a slice of the New York style Tony Jack. The slice looks big but the crust is very thin, so it's more like a snack. That crust had an artisanal-bread like chew, so be prepared for a jaw workout! The ingredients all tasted high-quality - that creamy white ranch drizzle on top really complemented the salted smoked bacon pieces and freshness of the green onion. A little tickle of sweetness from the honey capped it all off nicely! Overall, I'd come back to try the other pizza flavors when I'm in the area.

We were excited to try this place due to the location, but were disappointed. We ordered a "medium" size pizza, which was around $26, but the pizza ended up being a personal size! The pizza itself was good with a crunchy crust. Okay cheese and sauce, but the prices are just unreasonable. I feel like the size was falsely represented.

Great place to get some good pizza! All the pizzas looked good in the display. I got a slice of the wiseguy and would definitely get it again. All the toppings went so well together - I liked that they add green onions to it. Crust is slightly charred, crispy exterior with a chewy interior. The slice is huge! It's pretty much the size of two "regular" pizza slices. Very clean inside. There are two TVs, so it's great to have entertainment while dining in. I appreciate that they place empty pizza boxes on the counter, so it's convenient to grab and pack leftovers. Worker was welcoming and friendly; checked in on all tables to make sure everything was good. Same plaza as Trader Joe's (great to grab a meal before or after a grocery run). Parking shouldn't be a problem, but I can imagine the outside parking gets busy and full during weekends.

Menu needs to be more concise. This is just eyesore to look at from a quick glance.
    Tom S.

It's the only thin slice to ever exacerbate my TMJ. They use a lot of cornmeal so the dough is a bit tougher. The pizzas look amazing but because they're thin and they also heat them up in a conveyor belt oven after ordering, which makes them become very well done and too crunchy. You know those parmesan crisp snacks they sell in stores? That's what my NYC Big Papa slice tasted like. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place. Their Detroit style pizzas are also way too thin. Also their menu is an eyesore. Way too much information to be looking at from a quick glance. It also ruins the first impression customer experience when first stopping by here. I'd like to come back but I would love if they reevaluated their recipe here at this location first.

    John N.

We had the Detroit style pizza. Very flavorful, meaty, with crisp cheesy crusted edges, perfectly baked throughout. There were quite a few other delicious looking choices that I would love to try next time and I'm positive they won't disappoint. The dining area is very clean with good amount of seating, nice staff, and parking is a bit limited.

It's good to see this Slice House location has finally opened! The parking was always bad in this tiny residential retail area. Now it will be even more insane. The inside of this place is small, so it holds about 25 people. One unisex restroom. I like the different styles of pizzas from New York, Detroit, Silicilian, etc and the carefully thought up ingredients! Support your local business.

    Erica E.

Parking is okay, shares a lot with other establishments, but came with a friend for a late lunch on a week day (around 2pm) plenty of seating, but also kind of a small spot! Also some outdoor seating is available. The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive! We tried 4 different slices which were around $7 each. Pretty good size for the price! They ask if we want it cut into two pieces and they also heat it up if you're dining in! We got the burrata queen - thicker dough and slightly sweet with pesto and burrata. The wiseguy - this one had green onions, Italian sausage, Tony's pepper hot oil, ricotta, and pepperoni! I really like that they have green onions as a topping; the Italian sausage had a slight kick and everything paired well with the ricotta (just wish it had a bit more ricotta). The Drunken Italian - the tomato sauce is really good on this also thicker dough! I can't remember the last one my friend ordered but it had onions, peppers, pepperoni and some other toppings (maybe it was the combo?) either way it was very good also! Def would be coming back to try the hot honey next

Fried Calamari- for only being a couple minutes away I wonder why the calamari was already almost cold when we ate it. It was pretty disappointing. Maybe they just had it in the box while they waited for the rest of our order. I don't know. Flavor was good. Pizza Primavera - It was good, I was okay with it. The pizza dough wasn't my favorite but it was fine. White Pasta - I honestly don't remember what the name was but it was an item my bf ordered. This was terrible. Like there was too much roux to make the bechamel. It tasted of flour. Not much salt, not much of other flavors. Not enough milk and cheese and butter. He took a bite and put it down. Overall, glad we tried it but we might not be coming back. With the economy now, it's disappointing when the food is terrible for how much we pay for.

The food was a bit saltier than our personal preference. The cream pasta substitution, despite the extra charge, wasn't anything particularly memorable compared to similar dishes we've had at other restaurants. However, the highlight of our visit was definitely the warm and welcoming customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel appreciated. We also appreciate that the restaurant closes for a few hours in the afternoon before reopening for dinner service. It's nice to see a business that gives its staff a break during the day. Parking can be a bit challenging due to the busy neighborhood. Be aware that street parking is paid, and most spots have a two-hour limit, so you'll need to keep an eye on the time. My husband tried the Kickin' Old Fashioned and I tried the Margarita Italiano, that was recommended by Manny. My husband enjoyed his drink and I loved the Margarita Italiano. It was so good! For our appetizer, Manny recommended his personal favorite, which was the Burrata Con Prosciutto. We decided to try it and I'm so glad we did. It was so delicious. He poured a bit of balsamic vinegar on top of the Burrata, and it really made the dish superb. The Prosciutto melted in my mouth and paired perfectly with the Burrata, balsamic vinegar and arugula. We will definitely get that again in the future. For our main dishes, Manny recommended the Linguine Mare Chiaro. I decided to try that and my husband ordered the Ippglosso Con Limone E Capperi, from their house specials menu. Our dishes arrived fresh and hot. My Linguine Mare Chiaro had clams, mussels, shrimp and scallops in a roasted cherry tomato and white wine sauce. It was delicious. The linguine was cooked perfectly and seafood portions were generous. My husband's dish, Ippglosso Con Limone E Capperi, was a pan seared halibut fillet with a lemon caper sauce served with asparagus and mashed potatoes. We both enjoyed our main dishes. Moments later, she added that she could possibly fit us in at 8:00 p.m., depending on the size of our party. A more courteous response would have been to let me know that reservations were full but that there might be a possibility of accommodating us later in the evening. I flew from out of town for a private family event with 80+ people, and I thought the place was cute and humble at first glance. Hold on... Who was the random old man in the room? And why is he walking around our event with a creepy look in his eyes and disrespecting my family with his unsolicited comments? Thats the owner. There are other comments that talk about him. Be warned. Zahir does not have a grasp on people skills and the tone of his voice switches from soft old man to grumpy old man without warning. He sat at a desk during the event with a judging side eye while my family filled in for a crew he did not adequately coordinate with. Made no sense that my family became the workers at their own event, and the venue lacked communication on how this event should flow. I did not finish my food, but it got the job done. Satiated at best. I preferred the appetizers that my family brought. The space is very humble and intimate and has a nice outdoor area that offered a break when my family needed a breather. The place is an older building so ventilation did struggle. However, Zahir locked a side door and told the guests that he would kick them out if they were seen using that exit. Fun fact, that side door was originally the planned enter/exit for this event. Parking lot is small but theres street parking available. A small Indian food truck took a portion of the parking lot and I would rather eat there instead of this place. Save yourself a trip. Book somewhere else.

We booked this venue for a family wedding and had a disappointing experience. The "open bar" was…read moremisleading--it ran out within an hour with no notice. We were charged unexpected cork fees, including for a broken bottle we didn't use. The event manager constantly hovered around guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Verbal agreements didn't match written contracts, leading to undisclosed charges. While the staff was helpful, the rigid rules (heavily controlled AC, forcibly closed doors) and lack of transparency made it difficult for guests to relax and enjoy the celebration. Unless terms are crystal clear and match all documentation, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a special event so you don't have to micromanage your guests just to satisfy the owner. When the bride is stressed about the impromptu rules more than the guest management should be a strong indicator of the level of service you would get here. Edit: I've learned from other guests that we were also charged a "service" fee for the help staff to open soda cans for soda WE supplied. Air ventilation is also ridiculously poor to the point where most guests hung out outside in the parking lot because of how hot it was inside and we were refused when asked to open the side doors or windows. Also should add that we paid until 10pm but Zahir pulled the bride aside to tell her the event ends at 9pm with NO valid reason. We also received reports that our guests were being threatened with being kicked out by Zahir simply by entering through a side door (closest door to the parking lot)

We were a a party of 4 adults, one of whom is 90yr old and has mobility challenges. I informed our hostess and asked for a round table near the front to accommodate his lack of hearing, vision, his need for a bathroom, and his mobility. We were seated at a round table in the back right of the restaurant. Upon sitting down, I noticed My bread plate had food on it. My mother's fork had food on it. Told the waitress who simply replaced our plate and fork with ones from a neighboring table, leaving the dirty dishes in its place. Two of the napkins at our table were paper trifold, the other two were bar napkins. Cloth napkins were placed at all the tables around us. When we asked our waitress why we didn't have cloth napkins, she told us it's because their order didn't deliver and refused to give us napkins, concluding that they weren't seating anyone at those tables. We questioned if we were supposed to use the bar napkin and she said yes. Once she walked away, I retrieved 3 sets of silverware from a neighboring table. The restaurant was not busy for a Saturday night-- we felt her attitude was absurd. Two orders of Focaccia arrived with 2 glasses of water, 1 Starry and 1 Dr. Pepper. After a few sips, I had to flag down our waitress to ask for ice water, as the Dr Pepper tasted like watered down caramel without carbonation. She acted as though it was an imposition to replace my soda with water. No appetizers ordered, but I ordered a fresh greens salad with my entree. The greens were drenched in vinaigrette. Every piece of lettuce was dripping wet, with a pool of liquid in the bottom of the bowl. Very unappetizing. Entrees ordered: 3 Shrimp Portofino, 1 order Spaghetti with meatballs and bolognese sauce. It took 45min for the food to arrive after ordering. All 3 Shrimp Portofinos lacked seasoning. The capellini didn't taste salted, and each dish was swimming in oil. Each of us remarked that our dish lacked flavor: garlic, salt, pepper, fresh herbs etc. The shrimp was bland. I found and counted 5 pine nuts in my dish, when the menu eluted to a dish filled with them. One person added a ton of table salt and pepper to their dish in order to eat it. My mother and myself ate the shrimp and pushed the capellini aside to see how much oil was in the dish. We ended up not eating it. Our server never came by to ask how are meals tasted or if anything was wrong. After she delivered the bill and asked us to buy dessert, we then began telling her how disappointing this meal was and had she checked on us, we would have told her and perhaps we could have had our order remade or placed a different entree. Our server acted as though it was her last shift and she didn't care. She asked if we wanted a manager and we said No, that we were just being honest with her about our experience. Again, she didn't care. This experience was by far the worst we've had. Next time we're feeling up to eating

We had kids with us and they managed to move things around for us to be comfortable. Thank you very much for the amazing service and laughs! The appetizers we ordered were pretty good -- bruschetta (fam favorite), burrata + prosciutto, beef carpaccio, and calamari (a little tough). I really enjoyed my spicy rigatoni! That was so good and creamy and just the perfect kick of spice. Everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs -- Milan fettuccine, Linguine Vongole, Beef lasagna, and spaghetti bolognese. Unfortunately the risotto was not the best, it was a bit overcooked and tasted more like salty rice than creamy risotto. Overall it was a great dinner and service! Hope to be back soon!

We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday, had a fantastic dining experience, and will definitely be back. To start, the complimentary soft bread was absolutely delicious--perfectly warm and fresh. For our main courses, we ordered the seafood linguine and the pork chop. The seafood linguine was packed with fresh flavor and perfectly cooked pasta, while the pork chop was incredibly tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. What made the night even better was the exceptional service. Our server, Jacob, was informative, attentive, and incredibly friendly. He even recommended a perfect Merlot to pair with the pork chop, which complemented the meal beautifully. We wrapped up the celebration with the tiramisu, which was outstanding--the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. Highly recommend checking this place out!
