Let me start this review by saying the food here is excellent. The issue I have with this place is…read morethe consistently poor service. I've been here 3 times, and each time, it was being run by a few clueless teenagers who clearly aren't there to actually work. Today's visit, my family ordered 5 sandwiches and we sat around waiting for over an HOUR. They told us it would be 15-20 minutes. And no, it wasn't packed. To top it all off, once our food was finally ready, we found out they forgot to make my sandwich. When my husband inquired about it, one of the teenage boys said "Oh yeah! Thanks for reminding me!" ... not a single apology or even a "my bad." As we were sitting and I was finally able to eat something, we had the pleasure of listening to two female employees gossip loudly about previous customers and other people they seemed to dislike. Very annoying - the back might be a better trash talking area as your customers shouldn't be subjected to your whiny mindless complaints. The food itself is great. This is the best, most authentic sourdough that you can get in Utah. I've never been disappointed by the food and it's the reason I put up with the poor service. It's just getting to the point where I'm seriously questioning whether the great food is even worth recurring trips. It seems like with every visit, the service goes lower and lower down the drain. I'd say this place is worth a trip maybe once a year. Just prepare to wait an unholy amount of time for a literal sandwich and always double check that they even get your order right, because every single visit, they've screwed something up on my order.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Ordered the #9 The Marine, which has turkey, bacon,…read moreprovolone, avocado, lettuce, tomato and freedom sauce. My sandwich was a bit dry, but I like that the turkey was pulled turkey breast instead of floppy turkey deli meat. Bread was soft and tasted better than Subway bread, but maybe I still like Jimmy John's bread better because of their crispy outer crust (I'm a former Jimmy John's worker so I'm biased). I got it as a combo with their house cheesy kettle chips and soda. The chips were stale so perhaps they've been sitting in open air for hours. But the garlic parmesan coating on them was delicious! Food service was fast, and prices are similar to Jimmy John's and Subway's. Overall, I could eat this again but Jimmy John's still ranks higher for me. Freedom could jump ahead if their bread crust is a little crisper, more sauce, and house cheesy kettle chips are fresher!

We let the staff know, and they kindly remade them. We appreciated the effort, but sadly, the second round wasn't any better. For the price, we expected something much better. With so many other smoothie spots offering better quality at lower prices, I can't recommend this place based on our experience. I was considering trying the food menu, but after this, I think I'll pass.
