My sandwich came out in less than 10 minutes, which makes sense since I was the only person there. I saw a staff member exactly once more after I got my food, and that was to give someone a Cinnabon. I must have sat at the table for 15 to 20 minutes and at no time did anyone come out to clean up the several dirty tables or to address the nearly full trash. This wasn't, by any means, the best visit to a Schlotzsky's I've ever had and the service was lacking, but it was a quick stop on my way to somewhere else.
