I like this place because I love subway, I see people saying that they never have stuff and that's never been a problem with me and I've always seen the same nice girl when I went; just two instances that she hasn't been there haven't been the best, the first time, I was in like for an hour while only two people were in front of me and the ladies excuse was that she was by herself, which they almost always are! The second time the guy seemed annoyed that I was in there, I thought they were about to close which I would've understood but they didn't close for two hours so I guess he just didn't want customers there haha read more

Can't give it a zero star because that option isn't available but I was told tonight when I came in to order my family of 5, 5 sandwiches and was told any orders 5+ were considered a catering order and required 24 hour notice per the manager. I have gone to this subway several times and the service has been just okay but NEVER have I been told this from any of their locations. So if you have a large family, just forget placing an order here cause apparently that's too much work unless they have a days notice. Bet they'll be out of business soon cause others were walking out too. read more

This store is under staffed and never has the ability to serve the full menu. Common vegetables, meats and even ice are constantly out of stock yet they charge full price. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired as well. read more

They could benefit on forecasting better by having more supplies they typically do not have enough meat. That may be a good challenge because they may be selling more than anticipated.. the problem is that this is consistent. They also typically get the order wrong. read more

I was here last week and Bryan was polite sweet and good customer service he make really good sandwiches!

This is the Second time we've tried this store we won't go back! Too be honest the food wasn't right. My daughter's sub didn't even have the right sauces on it and she got the hot honey chicken. She got my bread while my sandwich was supposed to be on the heart grain bread. There was so much pepper on it was inedible. My husbands was the same way! I tried contacting the store to get it fixed and all I was told was that they were sorry! I've went to the website and filed a complaint and still no response. Any other time I've tried to go in an order versus online I was told that they didn't have enough product to go around! This place wasn't worth the money I spent, my family and I will not be back! read more

Did a curbside order so that I could get back to work within my break time. Mobile order said it was done at 5:25pm went inside at 5:35 and meal was still not ready. Definitely won't be going back customer service was bad. read more

I know times are hard and there doing there best. I don't mind there's only 2 choices for bread but they have cut the meat serving in about half from what it was my San which was still good mind you but very thin as I don't get lettuce on mine or spinach. I'm writing this after as I have only 2 bites left on a full steak sub. The meat was spread out 2 small scoops on a 12" so maybe 1/4" thick it got lost in the onions, jalapeños, tomato, bell peppers and banana peppers. The flavor was on point with a little chipotle southwest and sweet onion sauces. read more

I want to give 1 star, but I'm afraid the point I want to make will be missed. I visited this restaurant on Sat June 30, 2018 (wasn't my first visit) at 6:45pm. There was a young man working, by himself. I went through the drive-thru because I had the baby with me and it was easier. The poor guy told me over the speaker that it was store policy to attend to the customers inside the store first (makes sense) and that it may be while before he could help me. I appreciated him letting me know and went into the store. The poor kid had 6-8 people in line, and one customer was being absolutely horrible because of the wait. The issue here is the management. Where was the manager on a Saturday evening for the dinner rush? I felt so bad for this kid. He was being professional and was obviously overwhelmed. I left, but only because the baby wasn't into the long wait in the small storefront. I don't know the kids name, but he deserves a huge thank you from whoever owns/manages this Subway. I could do without Subway, but outside of McD's it's the only drive thru near our house. We don't always have issues here, but a common theme is that there is never management present. They're lucky they have some honest, hard working employees like this one. read more

I love this subway, the people are friendly and have lots of patience and even when all goes wrong they hold it together and don't have inappropriate outburst. I went to my local subway, and I feel I was treated very poorly. I asked for 2 subs, and it took the guy 10 minutes to make them. When I asked for more lettuce, the other guy working made a mumbling remark, then I asked for a few more black olives, again he makes a comment. I'm already disappointed by the fact that subway is very stingy with their meat, but they acted like I was asking for too much because I like my sandwich to be a sandwich, not just bread. Both were young black guys and I'm a white woman, and I'm not a racist, but I felt like I was being treated unfairly by these two. I'm going to be a loyal Firehouse Subs patron. They know how to treat their customers and how to build a sandwich! This is not the first bad experience at this store, but I let the other one go, but enough is enough! You like your job, you like getting paid? Then treat your customers like they sign your checks! Without us, you dont have your job! read more
