Ok, Ok, I have to take some of my words back. My previous post mentioned the fact that there was no provolone. Well thankfully that has now all changed. In fact this location is now just as well equipped as any other that I have been to. Now, their new Hero is quite honestly the best sandwich they have on their menu. Now I am sure that this will cause some debate but that's ok, that's what Facebook is for!! I do wish that some of the condiments that make the ultimate sandwich for me, didn't disappear as quickly as it does, but that's what happens with the special sandwiches. Don't go if busyyyyyyy!!!!! Me and my mother wanted to eat here cuz it was sooo hot and it was not worth the waittt !!! We were inside for about 20 minutes then we decided to go through that drive through and omg the person before us were waiting for god knows how long. We waited 40 minutes to an hour and no one came to the drive through to help any of the cars !!!!! We left and got toco bell ... worst thing ever!!!! Skip if you can. 1. I usually don't do this. Literally couldn't believe how bad this experience was. 2. I don't want Alex to ruin your day. I pulled up at 7pm on a Saturday. All of the lights were off & there was not a single car in the parking lot. I pulled into the drive thru & pulled out my phone to double check the hours. Someone comes on & tells me to wait which is fine. The tone, attitude, and demeaning nature of the exchange was absolutely horrendous. I was shaking from anger by the end of it just answering questions. When I pulled up to the window, the person helping me was wearing a hat with the name tag Alex. Sweet Home Subway, do yourself a favor & give this person the janitor position or something that doesn't require them to work with customers unless you're okay with them driving away your customer base. read more

This has to be one of the more exceptional Subway locations I've been to. The staff is always friendly and they respect that the gloves they wear while preparing the food is for my protection and not theirs. The sub making area is kept very tidy and the food always seems fresh and at a good temperature. (No frozen tomatoes yet!) The building itself doesn't look dated and is kept very clean. I walked in (mask on) hungry for a meatball sub after a long day. There was a mom with two kids, and a couple ahead of me--and a few other people came in to pick up their phone orders. When the couple ahead of me paid and left, I waited while the sandwich maker restocked his veggie bins (while ignoring me--now the only customer in the place). I waited to be asked what I wanted, but no, they apparently got a phone order so the sandwich dude (wearing a headset) lays out FIVE foot long rolls without saying a word to me. So I stood there in disbelief for a minute, but not one of the four employees even acknowledged me. I'm 72 with severe arthritis and don't need to be treated this way--SO I LIMPED OUT! But still no one said a word! When I got home I went on the Subway corporate website and complained. The next day, the owner emailed an apology but gave me no assurances of speedy service the next time--and was TOO CHEAP to even offer a coupon to lure me back. So OK, bad manager/owner, I get that you don't really care about your walk-in customers. so I won't bother you ever again. And now you have your first YELP review. read more

We ordered over the phone. The first time I called I got hung up on. The second time I called the kid on the phone I couldn't understand him at all. And he was so darn rude. Sent my husband in to get my order and he got home we started eating and my brea was hard as a rock. I asked for mayo and there was none on my sandwich. I asked for vinegar and they were maybe a few drops. I also order cookies and they were hard as a rock too. Now I know why we don't eat there. Won't be going back there any time soon. read more

Rhe workers are nice and free every one that work hard on the sandwiches and get them done pretty quickly

We ordered 3 different foot long sandwiches and all of us were very disappointed in the amount of veggies on them. It's bad enough that you now have to pay for extra meat just to get a decent amount on it, but there was a 1/4 of my bread that only had 1 slice of green pepper on it. And maybe 3 or 4 sliced olives per half of sandwich. It was very sad for the price of a whole sandwich. So there are 3 of us residents that will not be going there again. And what makes it even worse is there isn't much to choose from to begin with in Sweet Home. My advice is don't waste your money. read more

We stopped for dinner been a long busy day. Asked for 2 sandwiches and a salad. They told us it would take an extra 4 min for meatball San. Asked for a drink after saying we didn't need anything with them, the young man said oh you need a Dr Pepper now.. got back with the food the meatball sandwich was completely cold like it had just been out of the fridge onto the bread.
