Well, the problem I was having the last time I went there with paying on the app was ok this time but yikes, this store is in serious need of help. 5 people waiting in line, one worker behind the counter serving all of us PLUS making app orders. And the web/app orders take precedence over in-store customers it seems. There were 2 people ahead of me in line today who didn't even have money to pay for their order - they had to go get it from one of the other stores (with an atm maybe?) There was also a guy in the store who was simply there to get some water from the soda machine on a hot day while he stood there shamelessly, having a very loud conversation on his cel phone. "Yeah, I'm here at Subway getting water....yeah....okay so what time do you want to meet today?" If this was my Subway franchise, he would've been shown the door after the first cup of water. And I would've been generous letting him have water without buying something else. But you don't get to disrupt my store with your personal phone calls. And if there had even been one other worker, the line could've been non-existent and I would've gotten out of there in 5 minutes, not almost 20 minutes. Ridiculous. The ladies here are the best! They k ow the menu items, they always have helpful tips to make the sandwiches pop with hidden combos. Very good place, clean efficient and fast! You learn to appreciate the care that goes into it. They never get an order wrong and they make sure of it. I appreciate that kind of attention to detail it's very important when it comes to food. wow, they do not take online orders and there is a national promo that was in my app $6.99 any footling, had a promo code next to offer, and said location was participating, I went to store and ordered and she said you have to order online to get promo WHAT!!!!!!! I sent an email to subway customer service which went straight to the owner of location where I went to who served me, it was a form letter that had nothing to do with what I said,. So what makes me give 5 stars is the customer service here! The food is the same. Good regular subway sandwich. But I went today for lunch and two ladies there, one making the sandwich and one cashier was super nice! They make small talk and also very patient. I saw one customer and it was her first time at subway but the lady was super nice explaining how it works and smile. The cashier seems to remember some regular customers which I thought was amazing. The guy who made my sandwich might have been new since he looked little confused and didn't wrap my sandwich the right way but that's ok! He wasn't rude or anything like that. Fast food places only get reviews when it's bad service. You can go 10 times and get your order as it was and the taste was good. But you get a dr. Pepper instead of Coke and here you go, going lose on Yelp. Well my 1st time here was the best experience I have ever gotten at subway and I go to subway 3 times a week or so as I work mobile and always try to find the closest subway to me. Walked in and the 2 staff members were so nice. Hispanics. 1 male & 1 female. The owner I think, was also there and she treated them so nice and respectful. I've seen otherwise at different locations. The older man did my sandwich. He was so good at doing it, it looked fake. I asked for extra chipotle sauce and he laid it out like it was his own sandwich. Like he cared how my sandwich came out. At the end he asked if it was for here or to go I said I'm eating here. I should've taken a picture of it. But he laid the sandwich out in a plate so nicely, the picture would've made you want to go get one for yourself right away. That's how good it looked. And while doing my sandwich the other lady would talk to me and the guy so nicely. Very welcoming subway. Whenever I am 6-7 minutes away I'm definitely going to this one again. read more

After going to this Subway location for DECADES, I will not be going back after tonight. Apparently, there's some idiotic new rule in effect that if you get a foot long sandwich veggie sandwich but want two different cheeses on each half, you get charged for two different sandwiches. A suggestion for training your sandwich artists... For people who dislike avocado, or have an allergy to it, having put inadvertently on their sandwich is not appetizing. I ordered two sandwiches, one for my wife and the other for myself. I had the guy make mine first to minimize the likelihood of a mix up in the sandwiches. My wife loves avocado, and gets it on nearly every sandwich she orders from Subway. I asked the guy to add avocado to her sandwich, but he hadn't cut or packaged mine yet. He cut up some avocado for my wife's sandwich, finished her other toppings, then proceeded to use the same knife to fold & cut first my sandwich, then my wife's. Great! California finds a way to force-feed me avocado once again. Lesson for today: use separate utensils for separate jobs. read more

Came here at 1am today. Inside is clean, but they have drunk- drugged- homeless people loitering outside. The female sandwich artist was RUDE. For every question she asked i had to repeat myself thrice. My husband simply asked a question about a price because it was being displayed on the register differently and she told him to calm down. She had to put two half breads together cause she didn't have a footlong of a jalapeno cheddar. When i asked for her to shave/ take some i.d the bread off, she proceeded to tell me that it's the only one she had as she turned her back on me with attitude to put the bread back. I told her, again, i do want the bread. She is now raising her eyebrow. When i asked for a second serving of jalapeno on the side and she told me not to rush her. So, when we got home, as i was eating my sandwich, the bread tasted sour, i couldn't even get halfway through my 2-part 6 inch subs. It was such an unpleasant meal, and now my stomach is sour. Wish we didn't waste our money here. If only the subway by my house was 24 hours i wouldn't even come here. Lesson: don't come back to this specific location read more
