Just stopped in for a chicken sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup is spoiled and the olives on my sandwich are bad so thats 2 out of 2 items purchased that I can't eat. Also the brunette lady working today was pretty rude. Upon arriving she greeted me and I asked how are you? And was completely ignored. The rest of the transaction went that way. read more

I hate businesses that do not let customers use the bathroom. Its not even like they dont have a bathroom. They just dont want their customers to use it. I am not asking for a public bathroom. I am asking for you to open your bathrooms to your own customers instead of telling them to use the bathroom next door. read more

Stoped in for breakfast. Service seemed fine. Veggies were fresh but, when I asked for a receipt after paying, was told I could not get one. Weird, I though all retail establishments were required to give a receipt especially when asked for one read more

24 hour subway! Couldn't get any better. Food is very good and most of my visits here have been pleasant. Except last time an employee dropped a stack of water cups of the floor, then picked one water cup up, wiped the inside of the cup with her sleeve and gave it to me. All this happened right in front of my eyes at the check out register. Sorry but I HAVE to take away a star for that last visit. read more

As far as Subway goes this one's been pretty good to me. Glad it's 24 hours as I work weird hours. It appears clean and the food has never made me ill. Staff have been generally friendly. I'll keep coming here as long as it stays this way. read more

NO ROOM FOR RACIEST MANAGER'S ( HISPANIC) I am NOT Hispanic. The Hispanic gentleman in line in front of me orders 4 sandwiches. One has avocado on it, the subway manager helping him, put A FULL 1/2 of an avocado on one sandwich. I made a few comments about the large portions on his sandwich. I she just looked at me and knew what she was doing. FLIRTING with this man who clearly had a wedding ring on. I ordered a Spinach Wrap sandwich, I ordered avocado on my wrap, she put 3 tiny little slivers on it and charged me $1.00 extra for avocado. When I was furious of this and mentioned it to her about the large portion of avocado on his sandwich and the slivers of avocado on mine, she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and turned her head. If you are a MAN they are NOT stingy with the toppings. No Wonder this store has POOR RATINGS - ZERO STARS FOR THIS SUBWAY. REPLACE THE MANAGER read more

The parking lot sucks! The dumpsters are a mess (trash digging) perhaps, I only come here because it's on my way to school but I try to avoid this place as much as possible, The ladies who work there are always talking to each other they really don't give you 100% of their attention if it's not the buzzer going off it's the phone ringing. The girl wearing bangles was inside on her phone listening to idk what wearing the sanitary gloves. Without removing them after touching her phone(people put their phones EVERYWHERE). Possibly the WORST parking situation I have ever come across....EVER. There is never parking and if you do find a spot chances are you won't be able to easily get out of this place. It's Subway so you get the same old Subway sandwiches you can get anywhere. The people are sort of friendly and the location is small and cramped. At first this subway was convenient as I work across the street! But after encountering poor service and nasty sandwich made by the "female" employees who not only did not know how to make a sandwich they had attitude and stank faces!! They are always great at this location. Parking can be tight, but you can usually get a space. This location is 24 hours since it's close to the hospital. The staff is always friendly and the location is always clean. read more

This Subway definitely deserves my praise. I have Subway quite often and I go out of my way to come to this location for breakfast. The two girls behind the counter in the morning are such a joy to see every day because they greet you with smiles and a great attitude. Not easy to make everybody happy when it is a small restaurant part of a chain. Had a sandwich here (after searching and waiting for parking), got no hello from the person behind the counter. Never mind, at least he can make a good sandwich. Not the best subway, but it will be enough for me when I need a sandwich and I am in the area. read more

My favoritte Subway in The Valley/LA. Clean, respectable workers, convenient, and delicious. Parking is always available and this subway doesn't overcharge like the Subway on Louise and Ventura. They also fill up your sandwhich unlike other Subways. Also, they're open 24/7 which is amazing. 100% recommended. read more

Parking is terrible here, very small parking area and location. The people working here don't know how to make subs! It's really annoying when they just shove everything onto the subs and it's messy. Once u open it everything is everywhere! They suck here. read more

Few subways out here understand what I ask for when I order a pizza sub. These guys are used to me ordering it since I live nearby. They got it perfect tonight! This subway is RUDE. My sister and I made a pit stop on our road trip to get sandwiches, we were really excited. They refused to let us use their restroom, even though there was no one there and we were buying food. Horrible experience, worker wouldn't give us time of day. SHE STARTED IGNORING ME when I asked if I could use the bathroom. We ended up walking out because they didn't deserve our money. Zero stars. Could not have had a worse experience. read more

Open 24/7 which is a major plus. Working in the medical field, I have non-traditional hours & sometimes I'm too exhausted to even think about cooking. This place always comes through....Really fresh ingredients and sandwiches at any hour. But most importantly, I'll keep coming back because of Carlos!
