Not a lot of decor and not very welcoming... just kind of odd. I got the hummus sandwich with pasta salad. The food was just kind of mid. The hummus was good, but the sandwich didn't have many veggies on it and the pasta salad was very bland. The restrooms here were also kind of grungy. Overall, it was just a very average place with odd vibes. Nothing particularly wrong with it, but I probably wouldn't return unless going with a group who wanted to try it. One good thing is that they do have plenty of vegetarian options and a gluten free menu (you have to inquire about that).

The chicken patty was about a quarter inch thick and deeply fried and could have been any kind of meat and you would not have known. I would not recommend ordering the chicken sandwich. My wife reports the chicken strips were mediocre. She shared one with me and I was glad I hadn't ordered the chicken strips either the meal was so bad. We didn't even risk ordering dessert. That's just my honest opinion and I would've been glad to say it was great if it was but it wasn't the location is absolutely stunning.

The building itself looks like it's out of a storybook. They were packed the evening we went. We had a party of 6 and luckily, we were quickly seated on the porch. Originally, we were going for the Strawberry Pie, in honor of our grandparents who had moved up here from Texas to farm strawberries, but that was already sold out. We ordered six different desserts and we tried them all. ALL of them were absolutely delicious!
