I had dinner here on a Thursday night. They were a little busy, but we were promptly seated and our order was taken quickly as well. We started off with the crispy dumplings. It came with a dipping sauce. It was a good portion to share. They are perfectly fried and had good flavor. I had the vegetarian Ramen, shoyuvege. I really enjoyed the amount of vegetables in it. The mushrooms were delicious and the edamame gave me the extra protein I needed. The tofu was perfectly crisp.I was not spicy at all. I did add some chili oil to it. The serving was large enough to be able to take some home. They have inside seating only. The day we were the ice machine was not working, but I don't think that's a typical occurrence. I have driven by this place so many times and ya can't help but notice the name. It definitely caught my eye! lol and I always have wondered what do they serve here? Well of course Ramen! : D And this girl right here has a thing for noodles This spot was previously owned by Sari Sari restaurant and Suck It took over approximately one year ago. Our server was amazing - authentic, honest, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The front of the menu had a large tea, smoothie, boba section which all sounded yummy, but I didn't want to fill up and not have room for my ramen. The menu had apps, ramen, bowls, and pho. Me, having a love relationship with tonkotsu, ordered the spicy Hakkasan ramen, their most popular dish. Beautiful! I have a high tolerance for spicy, and this was not spicy at all, I coulda added a little more kick, but this being my first time here, I wanted to enjoy the broth. Loved the soft cooked creamy yolk egg, seaweed, mushrooms, fish cake, pork, corn, shredded green onions; and the flavorful broth. Perfect. Room temperature ramen and tator tots that taste like it's been fried in with other things. I don't understand the good reviews for this place because the ramen is not good. It lacks flavor and depth. The corn, mushroom, and bamboo shoots are all cold and taste like it came from straight out of a can and it probably did. They also piled on so much that it just made the broth taste weird or maybe the broth was already weird. I absolutely did not like it and did not finish it. What a fun place! Tons of things to buy as snacks for later. Big menu. Very polite staff. Love the name, smart. Julia was great! Then the manager lady came out and ask me to go wait by the front door for take out. I mentioned that the cashier said I could sit at the 2 top table and wait for my food, and I was not a delivery person. There was 6 other tables that were empty. If that's how they treat guest and delivery drivers, that's just not very nice. I guess the customer service is a hit or miss. read more

Phenomenal! The service was amazing as soon as I walked through the door. The staff showed me the menu and gave me a breakdown of their fusion flavors. I got the Alamo Ranch ramen and loved every bite. This is the best ramen I've ever had. The flavor was fantastic, not too salty and had the right amount of toppings to satisfy every bite. We love this new location, perfectly close to our house :) The building is super clean and easy to find! Lots of tables, but seating is pretty close to each other. We sat at the "bar" area closer to the register which was perfect for my party of 4. We absolutely loved Suck it! We went around 11:30am, it got full very fast. But once you taste the ramen you can see so many people are there! I highly recommend Suck It! And we will be back! read more

Sean and I tried a new spot called @suckitasianfusion hoping their ramen would win our tastebuds and it did! The cashier was friendly and patient with us, and also suggested the pistachio milk tea (which was yummy!). We ordered the Hakkasan ramen and Vietnamese eggrolls to go. I thought the egg rolls would've been soggy and the noodles mushy when we got home, but the rolls were still crunchy. The ingredients for the ramen were in a lining of the bowl, so it didn't even touch the broth.... Kind of like those frozen steamable meals. The pork belly in the ramen was so tender and tasty and the noodles were perfect! They even had cute snacks and Hello Kitty drinkware! We stopped in for the soft opening, and we were very impressed. Currently, they are only open 11am-4pm Tuesday-Saturday. They have a limited menu but it was not disappointing in the least. They had a variety of appetizers, Ramen and Boba to choose from. We had the housemade Lumpia for an appetizer. We had the Hakkasan Ramen and the Spicy Chateau Ramen. We got the Lavender Milk Tea as well. They had a variety of Asian Snacks and other items available for purchase. We will definitely be back to try more.
