They offer a great smoothie/slush/coffee menu to fit whatever tastes. You can create your own or choose from their special menu. Fiance ordered the pachango (peach and mango slush) and I ordered the tropical paradise tea. I love the fact that they use fresh fruit! Drinks here aren't so sweet or artificial tasting. Besides drinks they serve snacks like popcorn chicken and waffle desserts. This is great hang out out/study spot. Plenty of outlets and can accommodate large groups. We met the owner and he reassured us if we weren't ever satisfy with any drink or food that they'll happily remake it for us. Yes! Finally a mom and pop boba place I can go to that's close! Everything about this place makes me happy. Location? Check. Decor? Check. Great boba tea and other dessert options? Check and check. The people working are super friendly and accommodating and the best thing is, their drinks aren't overly sweet. I don't know about you, but I hate custom ordering boba drinks at places where they make you remember half sweet, or 15% sweet, etc. Sucre makes it just the perfect sweetness and if it's not sweet enough for you, go home and make it yourself. You're probably eating too much sugar as it is, and Sucre is doing your body health a favor. I first ordered a fruit tea (Paradise Island Tea with apples, strawberries, and pineapples) which was delicious. It had a slight sweetness with a bitter tea after note. Perfect. My friend got the Wild Berry Tea, blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry. Delicious as well. They add fresh fruit to it and can add more in too if you request it. Since it was their soft opening, they were giving out free cute handled mason jars with our drinks so we had to get more drinks. I ordered a Thai tea. Again, not overly sweet. Thai tea is always too syrupy in most places. It should have a strong tea flavor. My friend wanted to try the mangonada, a mango slush with chamoy (made from pickled fruit) and tajin (spicy seasoning). It was the best mangonada I've tasted so far. They were also giving out samples of a peach mango slush (called the pachango) which was tasty. I can't wait to try the food options here next time! Just wanted to start out by saying, I love this place! My wife and I went here and ordered multiple items as we were both hungry and thirsty. We decided on mango smoothie with mango bits and boba and green tea matcha frappe with boba. Both drinks were really good, just the right hint of sweetness, exactly how we liked it (we can't stand overly sweet drinks). For food we ordered three baos, char siu, pulled pork, and bulgogi chicken. The meats were moist and the baos are soft just as expected. The real star of the food we ordered though, were the chicken bites and chicken and waffles, both were the best we've ever had. That's saying a lot since our previous favorite was the breakfast club in Houston. For dessert we ordered the green tea waffle with 3 fruits (your choice) with green tea ice cream and condense milk. Definitely hit the spot to capping off a great meal. The fruits were Delicious and fresh, we found a place we like better than java land for this dessert! Will definitely come back. Awesome flavors and incredible service! We heard great things about Sucre, so we wanted to check it out for ourselves. From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and hospitable. I saw a gentleman running around giving directions, so I assumed he was the owner, which he was. I didn't want anything with syrup or sugar, so I asked for suggestions. The cashier was unsure what would be best, but the owner jumped in and made some suggestions along with customizing my order himself while it was being made. He added extra fruit to the wild berry green tea. He had me taste it to make sure I was happy with it. And I was. It was a nice bitter and tart flavor, which was exactly what I wanted after a heavy meal. It cleansed my palate. The owner also offered us a sample of a citrus juice and honey mix that he was deputing soon. It was excellent. My wife ordered the matcha smoothie, which was bursting with matcha flavor and was the perfect sweetness. Lots of boba places just make everything sweet, but Sucre does it right. They are a little pricier than other places, but I think they make up for it with good customer service and good drinks. I give five stars, but there are two things I also want to note: -Be prepared to wait, I think it takes an average of 15-20 minutes for a boba smoothie. I think I wait maybe 5 minutes, 10 minutes max at other places. I hope they increase their staffing in the future since they are relatively popular. -They don't seal their drinks (no fancy sealing machine), so once in while some will spill out when you drink it. read more

Very modern cafe. I ended up getting the Peach Mango smoothie with strawberry boba, HOWEVER, THEY FORGOT THE BOBA :( and I didn't realize until I was halfway home. My quest for the best bubble tea house has led me here to Sucre. The bubble tea menu is limited compared to other spots but the flavors are on point. Came in and got the Mellow Melon, Matcha Green Frap, Wintermelon milk tea and a Jasmin milk tea and it was surprisingly good. The drinks themselves tasted very fresh and perfectly sweetened. I particularly love the Mellow Melon because of the fresh fruits in it. Each drink cost 4.95$ without toppings which is a lot pricer than other places. You can also get your drink in a mason jar if you want to pay for the higher premium but come on bruh, why would you want to do that. Overall, very nice spot. This cafe is a great study spot. The selling point of the place is that they have tables with outlets to sit and study and you can order food and drinks as well. I got the Vietnamese coffee but it was too sweet for me, the slushie I got which was the shamrock was better. I think I'll stick with bubble tea and slushees for this place. Wanted to see what all the hype was about. Nice clean interior, customer service is great as the worker asked if we had any questions. There was also a menu available with pictures. We went with a mango smoothie and Mangonada in mason jars and a milk tea espresso large. No boba as I heard they do not give a lot of boba. The mason jar portion itself is actually really small and I finished my drink within 10 minutes, but I wanted to bring home the cups. I'd recommend the large if you don't care for the novelty of the cup. The drink itself is delicious, one of the best mango smoothies I tried flavor wise. It was a little melted, I'm afraid they might have over blended it. It also did take about 10 minutes for the drinks to finish with not that many people in the store.. I'm not sure if I'd come back again with bambu being across the street, but for sure give it a try! I was skeptical at first since I usually didn't have good experience at a fusion restaurant but I decided to check it out anyway due to recent good review. I'm glad I did since this cafe was a pleasant surprise. We ordered multiple dishes to try: sizzling beef, kimchi fries, fried rice cake and stirring corn. All the food were seasoned well, the flour cake were crunchy and freshly made and the beef was really tender. The portion size was generous too as we still have left over corn to go even though there were 3 of us. I was disappointed that their coconut sugarcane drink is no longer available since I heard good thing about it but each of us tried a different tea and they were all good too. Average quality drinks for a slightly above average price. Either boba is getting more expensive or I'm just getting that much poorer. Probably both. They did have this cool "keep your mason jar" promotion going for a specific type of drink, but it does add a few dollars to your bill. Who wants to pay $7 for a drink that's non-alcoholic? Not me. Quality control is kind of hit and miss too. You can order the same drink twice and have it taste different both times. Shrug. In any case, this isn't a bad place to hang out with friends, but you won't be getting any work done here. It's loud and there are few (if any) outlets that are all relegated to the perimeter. We ordered the Marshmallow Lava cake when we stopped by on a Friday evening and shared it between 4 of us- 2 adults and 2 kids. I came here during grand opening. Staff is so nice and helpful. I tried the watermelon breeze and wildberry. Both are refreshing and made of fresh fruit. We also tried the jasmine green milk tea and coconut milk tea which were all good. Get coconut milk tea with almond puddng! Yumm... Been here a couple of times now and this place is for sure a 5 because of the scarcity of good boba in the plano area. Their coconut milk tea is my favorite among all the boba places I've ever been to and it goes great with their almond pudding.Lots of options include waffles, fried and breaded tofu, and jellies. The waffles are very good because of how much they load them with fruit on top, but the actual waffle is also soft and fluffy. The fried tofu is very simple, its very soft on the inside, but the breading is heavy so you get a nice crunch on the outside (just make sure to find a bottle of sriracha to add some flavor). Highly recommended for anyone that's a fan of boba in the north Dallas area. The decor is very lax and the staff is inviting and friendly. Definitely my go to place to study and get bubble tea. Great if you attend UTD or Collin College and need a change of scenery.

When they first opened, I visited a few times a week. The drinks were pretty good and it was really close to my house. I'd stop by after work and get the pachango slush with boba. I'm not sure what happened but in recent years, the quality has gone down. The shop itself has a great vibe, the food is lackluster. More times than not, when I order the chicken and waffles, it comes out not completely cooked. When I tried to alert one of the staff members, they told me that it was cooked fine (despite the obviously pink juices running out of it). When I asked to see a manager, they went into the back and never came back out. I watched as toddlers ran in and out of the kitchen for about 15 minutes before throwing away my food and leaving. The fried tofu bites are pretty good as well as the milk teas. However, I've noticed that the boba has been hit or miss recently. It's either way overcooked or under cooked. The last time I visited, I got a watermelon breeze and asked for no apple jelly. When I got my drink, it had apple jelly, which is no big deal. I drank it all and before I left, decided to get one to bring back to my roommate. I don't know what happened but as the girl was making my drink, a manager came out and began to berate her. I couldn't really tell over what but she was on the brink of tears as she handed me my drink. I don't know why a grown man would think it was acceptable to talk to a teenage girl like that. Overall, the drinks aren't half bad but I'd avoid any of the food. It's the only boba place in the area but I'd recommend going out of your way to visit somewhere else. read more
