Well I'm a long customer been going for over 11 years. How to incident with one of the workers she was a short non English speaking worker I don't know her name. She was very rude I washed my clothes and at 9:45 I put my clothes in the dryer last wash is 9:30 has been for a long time so I asked her because I noticed that she had the place cleaned up with help from her husband and son this was on a Saturday night. I asked her if it was okay with her I'm going to go to the store I will be back to get my clothes I put them in the dryer and it will be done at 10:15 30 minutes after I put it in the dryer at exactly 9:45 she said in Spanish well hurry because I want to leave already we close at 10:00 and I said I understand that I said but I just put my clothes in the dryer and 9:45 they'll be done at 10:15 so I decided not to go to the store and set by the window. While she was mopping I got out of the way went to get my clothes out of the dryer at 10:15 exactly and noticed she was being rude walking by me back and forth with a mop and told me hurry up because I have to walk and I said excuse me that's not how you speak to people it was an older gentleman on the other side of the dryer still drying and folding his clothes as well and I told her that's the how you speak to people so we had a little conflict. The next day I went to the laundromat to speak to the owner he wasn't in I spoke to him on the phone his name is Alfredo I had said can you have access to your cameras so you can see how rude the lady was towards me he said I already heard the story I don't play that customer against employee he's for his employees however she was so rude that rudeness rubbed on him because he was very dismissive laughed at me I said it looked like I wanted to fight the lady when all I was doing was complaining on how his worker treats his the customers. It has been my favorite place to go wash my clothes up until that day. Because of the owners dismissive comments laughing at me and just plain didn't care how the employees treat their customers I will never go there again. Very sad to me because he has seen my kids they're with me since they were little they're now teenagers the first time you seen my kids they were one four and five they are now 11 13 and 14. However I would like to add Heather on the other hand is very nice she goes above and beyond for his customers she has pulled money out of her pocket to help somebody with extra dollar if they didn't have it she's kind to everybody I've never seen her be rude not once that is what makes me sad I'm not going there anymore I see my friend Heather and also Yvonne she's very nice lady she's there in the mornings. But just the plane favoritism of those two ladies that he has higher there have not been there very long and so rude that they are their sisters short Mexican ladies ruin that place for me. But mainly the manager or owner Alfredo which I thought was the nicest guy and fair but he is not he carries a lot of favoritism and doesn't value the employees that make his business successful. read more

Worst experience ever, never coming back to this place. The lady working there in the afternoons is extremely rude. I was planning to wash there but noticed the lady watching over me getting quarters, when heading back to the car to grab my clothes she got near my window "apparently so I won't drive off" and when I opened my window to ask her what's happening she said very rudely that I wasn't able to take the quarters. Another tall man came out from the other side and demanded the quarters back and threw back the cash in my car. Drove off and took my business somewhere else. There were sooooo many machines not working and not marked that they were broken. We wasted a lot of our soap. I'm counting 3 of the big machines so there's that. The aisles are super narrow, it's hard to get through. There's a lot of machines and it looks clean but what's the point of all these machines when half of them aren't working and at that not labeled as broken? Won't be coming back. read more

My first time here and SO HAPPY that they accept credit card and Apple Pay. Most places in the area only take coins and with the coin shortage it's so hard to get coins now. I came super early in the morning so I didn't have a problem getting a machine, but by the time I was done my loads 2 hours later this place was busy. I took off one star because they should really have more large washers. The big ones was only two and one was out of service. The semi big only had two also. read more

I have to give this place a lot of credit. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for almost 3 months straight and have watched frustrated and disrespectful customers be dealt with in such a patient and understanding manner. Employees are constantly working, cleaning, and easy to find when you have an issue. Obviously, machines break from time to time due to high usage, but this place is really quick to get repairs done. Washing machine broke down & needed to get clothes clean for the week. On Sunday, quite a few people around 10am. About half of the regular machine out of order. Larger washing machines about a third out of order. Had to wait about half an hour for an open machine. Machine was efficient but had duct tape on it (repair?). Completed to wash loads (2hrs+)& dried at home. In a pinch, it worked but not sure I would regularly come to do my wash & drying. There was an gal attendant present for any questions. read more

Terrible place. First off it's like sauna in there no sort of ventilation or anything. The walkways are super small and half the people that go there are from the apartments surrounding the area and they are super rude pushing your kart away or even you and won't say excuse me. If you are a big person go elsewhere due to how small and cramped the spot is.Then while I was there doing laundry somebody from the office decided to light up an incense and it smelled so bad . I hardly ever write reviews but this experience with Suds and Bubbles laundry services was so extraordinary and special that I had to take the time out of my day to write this review. I've been using Suds and Bubbles for about 1 year and it's been awesome not having to worry about doing laundry and at the same time saving a bunch of time every week. But today, I realized that I needed laundry done urgently so I shot Suds and Bubbles a text message and within 10 minutes they were at our door picking up our laundry. If that wasn't amazing enough, I realized about 1 hour later that I left my wallet in one of the pants that I gave to them. I reached out and within 30 minutes one of the owners called me back and told me he found the wallet and was willing to drive out of his way after hours at night to meet me and give me the wallet back. That's an insane level of customer service. If you're reading this review or contemplating using their service, I would highly recommend it. Do NOT use Suds and Bubbles, they have charged our bank four times for our recent laundry order and refuse to bring our laundry to us, cause their credit card payment processor says all four payments they put though were declined. Our bank told us to contact their FRAUD Department once the payments clear (they are pending) so AVOID THIS BUSINESS. This is the second time this has happened. Zero stars! read more

This place was so close by for my family and I. We don't have a washer and dryer yet so this place was big and perfect to utilize what we need. There was a sweet young blonde lady working there and she was so helpful and had great knowledge on load sizes, time, power of the washers, and was so sweet about it. I will first say that this service is a life saver and almost too good to be true. I am a single mother and an ER nurse so having my clothes clean is absolutely essential. My washer broke and with the supply chain issues it was questionable when the parts or washer would come available. The booking of the service was easy, the driver was running late for pick up but the owner answered right away and got me answers. When my clothes came back less than 24hours later I was completely satisfied. I need to budget for this service ( working washer or not ) .... We needed to do a quick load on Friday morning before heading to the doctor's. We opted to sleep in a little longer and tried Suds & Bubbles based on Yelp reviews. Our usual spot is in La Verne, but it takes at least 1.5 hours plus drive time. Short drive and plenty to do nearby while waiting for clothes. Hot means hot here, washer and dryer; less time needed. Lots of new equipment, good lighting, clean, etc. AND no need to go get cash -- Cards accepted! This is Our new go-to. Can't wait to try their laundry services, too. read more

I recently use this place to wash my blankets. I like the fact that it has option to use credit card. This is handy when you don't have a lot of quarters on hand. I also like the fact that there is also a person or two (owners?) there whom you can ask questions especially if this is your first time. They told me for my big thick blanket i need only 30 minutes because the dryers here are very hot. It turns out another Quarter (5 minutes extra) would have been better so that it is completely dry. It was slightly damp by the time i feel it when i got home. You can't tell when it just came out of the dryer. Overall a clean place. I come here to wash my winter blankets that don't fit my washer at home. Prices are $2.25, $3.75, $5.75, $7.75 depending on machine size. Dryer is $0.25 for 8 minutes. The $5.75 size washing machine can fit those thick mink blankets with images of tigers or animals, mine were from korea so I don't know the name but it'll fit in the machine with room to spare. Great little laundromat that's super convenient for me. Has all the essentials and thankfully takes card and apple pay, and the workers here are also really nice. I haven't gotten the name of the lady that usually is around yet but she's very friendly and helpful (once had a pillow break inside a washer which made me panic a bit but she kindly took over cleaning it up before I even asked). The place is on the smaller side so it can feel a little cramped when it's busy, and there's not much as far as seating goes so I usually just wait in my car. There was only 1 hand written note on ONE dryer that said to not open the dryer's door when it is running with time on it or else you lose all your minutes (money) and need to pay again. If this is an issue on ALL the dryer, MAKE A SIGN FOR IT! A PERMANENT sign! Not a hand written one on ONE dryer. Gave it 2 stars for having larger washers, having a change machine for quarters and take credit cards. But if you don't have a tap functionality on your credit card, dryer will only take 1 charge at a time and that's 25-cents for 6 minutes. Imagine having to restart the dryer every 6 mins.... read more
