When an apartment complex looses their water in middle of doing laundry at their own complex what are ppl to do...go close to a laundry mat....welp only to get treated as such and was told "did you see the note on window...no drying only allowed here" as she gave the hurry and get ypur stuff out. The BEST place to get your laundry done! Super clean aaand they now accept cards for payment (so convenient btw quarters are so 2000 & late). I always use the huge washers for my plushies/squishmallows. Prices are great. The employees are all so sweet and friendly. I love it here so much! Place is clean and offers different kind and different load levels . The machines work well. The staff is always here to help. Takes less time to do laundry than at my apartment community. The washing machines are a bit pricy, but the dryers are cheaper, so at the end it comes to about the same. read more

so me and my family went washing here and this is a place we always wash because we loved the way the OWNER TREAT US WEN HES THERE THE EXTRA STAR IS FOR HIM on this day he wasnt no there it was two ladys one with red hair and one with white and black hair they were latino women so as get ready to get coins for my washer i put money n and the coins came out so as i go in to put my 5$ in for more coins it dont take so i go to the lady to as for ones because there machine didnt work the lady with the black and white hair tell me she couldn't take it because it was A baby rip at the bottom of it and because the bank don't give out money like that as if I was giving her fake money and mind u I'm an American woman so wen she said tht with an attitude I walk back to the coin machine to get the coin out frm the money I put in previous and there where gone like someone took my coins out the machine so now I'm getting a bit worried because as I go back to tell her someone took my money she goes to say well I didn't see u put any money and there mind u me and my family come here a lot and the male owner is ALWAYS SO KIND AND GOOD HEARTED N MAKE SURE AS WE WASH WE WELCOMED now back to the lady with the white and black hair she start saying well I didn't see u rolling her neck rolling her eyes talking loud as if I'm not the customer so then I'm telling her that I need my money back because why would someone seal my coins and why are u giving me sassy and being disrespectful to me by getting loud so the other lady tell me dont talk to her mom like that the lady with the red hair said that to me not professional at all and will neverrrrrrrr be coming back here it just felt so horrible and very unnecessary read more

The wash house is ok. The machines work well. The problem is the mosquito infestation inside and outside the laundromat. Literally within 3 min of loading clothes I was bitten 5 times. The manager has mosquito spray once she has seen your bites. It's a deal breaker for me. No exaggeration the ankle biting mosquitos are vicious here. read more

House plumbing went out and I was without a washer in swim season for a week. Yuck. These folks saved the day. They added vinegar to kill any mildew. I didn't know fluff and fold existed in the area. Glad to find them in the area. Clothes was clean and folded nicely. Highly recommended. read more

Unfortunately I need to leave a horrible review regarding their wash and fold service. I had successful orders. Everything was brought back and folded properly. How ever the last time I used them I am missing a substantial amount of clothes. My camera recorded me putting the clothes in the bass and outside for pickup. However when the items were delivered a whole bag of clothes were missing. I contacted them to check their cameras for what was brought in to verify that it was all washed. I still have not heard back from them. I personally was delivered someone else's items by accident. So I am aware mistakes happen but I have not heard back from them. This place SAVED me!! I needed clothes washed asap and they delivered even though it was the day before thanksgiving and I'm sure they were busy. I am originally from the Midwest, but I was out in the LA area for essential work and my time ran longer than expected. I had little time to get my laundry done myself. That brought me here to Suds & Bubbles. As soon as I walked in, they had Cheers on the TV, and two or three people inside greeted me as if I had been getting my laundry done there for ages. There were two employees in the back that I interacted with to get my wash n fold order set up. They were incredibly friendly with me and quick with weighing my bag and giving me my options. Another employee (I think he may have been the owner!) was working on folding up an order and talked with me a little about my day and how things were going with me while I was getting my ticket. I really felt welcome among the staff and the patrons with this being my first visit. I was in and out of there in all of about 5 minutes. Wow! I've never used a laundry service before, and now I'm hooked! I've been recovering from surgery, and the laundry was really getting ahead of me. Al and the crew came to the rescue! My clothes come back professionally cleaned and folded much better than I could've done. I have not used a coin service laundromat in 35 years but since my washing machine went out and I need to wait a couple of weeks for my new one to arrive i had no choice. So I googled laundromats near me and Suds and Bubbles came up with good reviews. I walked in lost and bewildered not knowing what or how to work any of the machines (there were quite a lot to choose from) the owner sensed my confusion all the way from across the room and right away asked if I needed help, I of course said yes. He came over and explained in great detail the sizes of the machines , the cost and advised what I should use with the loads of laundry I had- he made me feel at ease and gave me a huge sense of relief. Used their pickup service to get two queen comforters laundered while I was at work. They actually dropped them off a day earlier then I said I needed them (ended up being 1 day turnaround). Bonus points for not having an overly strong laundry detergent smell. I once had all my stuff smelling like lavender for two solid weeks after using a different store. Not an issue here. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in 25 years. Well I have a large washable area rug that was in desperate need of cleaning. Feeling like a fish out of water the attendant (so sorry I didn't get her name) was not only extremely helpful. In my opinion she went above and beyond in assisting me and even putting soap in the washer since I neglected to bring any. They had regular and extra large front load machines. Been going here regularly once a week for almost a year now. This place has an awesome wash and fold service run by a very friendly woman named Yvonne. She's great with our clothes and has many options for detergent and softener. Prices are really reasonable for the amount of clothes I bring in (week's worth for two people). We use the pick up drop off service and cant say enough good things about this company. Clothes are picked up when they say they will pick them up and usually come back earlier than we ask. Clothes are returned clean, nicely folded and packaged so that clothes stay folded. I have tried other companies and clothes come back wrinkled and poorly folded. I have never had that problem with Suds and Bubble. I am so grateful for this company and the time they save me! read more

My family and I just moved and came in with 9 bags full of laundry. This very nice lady named Yvonne I believe she's the supervisor or manager or at least seemed like it immediately came up and began to help me. Guided me to which washers would best suit my washing needs. She was extremely helpful and sweet. This laundrymat is very nice and clean. They have a variety of big washers for multiple loads. As well as everyone is social distancing and has face covers which during this time is a nice plus. Gotta say this was a nice find in a new neighborhood. read more
