The wash house is ok. The machines work well. The problem is the mosquito infestation inside and outside the laundromat. Literally within 3 min of loading clothes I was bitten 5 times. The manager has mosquito spray once she has seen your bites. It's a deal breaker for me. No exaggeration the ankle biting mosquitos are vicious here. read more

Unfortunately I need to leave a horrible review regarding their wash and fold service. I had successful orders. Everything was brought back and folded properly. How ever the last time I used them I am missing a substantial amount of clothes. My camera recorded me putting the clothes in the bass and outside for pickup. However when the items were delivered a whole bag of clothes were missing. I contacted them to check their cameras for what was brought in to verify that it was all washed. I still have not heard back from them. I personally was delivered someone else's items by accident. So I am aware mistakes happen but I have not heard back from them. I am originally from the Midwest, but I was out in the LA area for essential work and my time ran longer than expected. I had little time to get my laundry done myself. That brought me here to Suds & Bubbles. As soon as I walked in, they had Cheers on the TV, and two or three people inside greeted me as if I had been getting my laundry done there for ages. There were two employees in the back that I interacted with to get my wash n fold order set up. They were incredibly friendly with me and quick with weighing my bag and giving me my options. Another employee (I think he may have been the owner!) was working on folding up an order and talked with me a little about my day and how things were going with me while I was getting my ticket. I really felt welcome among the staff and the patrons with this being my first visit. I was in and out of there in all of about 5 minutes. Wow! I've never used a laundry service before, and now I'm hooked! I've been recovering from surgery, and the laundry was really getting ahead of me. Al and the crew came to the rescue! My clothes come back professionally cleaned and folded much better than I could've done. I haven't been to a laundromat in 25 years. Well I have a large washable area rug that was in desperate need of cleaning. Feeling like a fish out of water the attendant (so sorry I didn't get her name) was not only extremely helpful. In my opinion she went above and beyond in assisting me and even putting soap in the washer since I neglected to bring any. They had regular and extra large front load machines. The facility was very neat and clean. I will be back to wash my rugs on a regular basis and I highly recommend the Chino location. read more

We use the pick up drop off service and cant say enough good things about this company. Clothes are picked up when they say they will pick them up and usually come back earlier than we ask. Clothes are returned clean, nicely folded and packaged so that clothes stay folded. I have tried other companies and clothes come back wrinkled and poorly folded. I have never had that problem with Suds and Bubble. I am so grateful for this company and the time they save me! read more

My family and I just moved and came in with 9 bags full of laundry. This very nice lady named Yvonne I believe she's the supervisor or manager or at least seemed like it immediately came up and began to help me. Guided me to which washers would best suit my washing needs. She was extremely helpful and sweet. This laundrymat is very nice and clean. They have a variety of big washers for multiple loads. As well as everyone is social distancing and has face covers which during this time is a nice plus. Gotta say this was a nice find in a new neighborhood. read more

This is my first experience at a laundromat but this place is clean the attendant (who I think was the owner and son) were very kind and helpful. We washed a large double sleeping bag and it was $5.75. I was told this machine would accommodate two sleeping bags. They also do fluff and fold here. I was able to use my washer pods from home so that was nice. Will be coming back to wash other large items instead of sending to a cleaning service. They also have free WiFi and they would have gotten 5 stars had it been air conditioned but they have two fans and a swamp cooler! read more

I'm not very experienced at laundromats, but after being rejected by four professional dry cleaners I was highly advised by them to take my massively thick California King comforter to a laundromat in hopes of finding a washing machine that could accommodate it. And so I began this quest and the very first coin-op laundromat I visited seemed very outdated, not well-maintained at all, among other issues. To say the least, I was very discouraged because I really had no expectations on how a laundromat would be like. Aside from my unsatisfactory impression, their largest washer could only hold up to 60 lbs (6 loads), which was still too small for my SUPER comforter. Anyway, without being disappointed by visiting other laundromats I decided to do further research online for laundromats and this one was the ONLY one that had GOOD REVIEWS! I was relieved to see this laundromat wasn't too far to drive to, either. After my disappointing visit to the last laundromat, I was already preparing myself for another let-down yet I was hopeful simply due to the great reviews. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately by a staff member (Yvonne) - wow! This means a whole lot because I'm completely clueless at how to use these machines. Once I explained to Yvonne my dilemma she quickly directed me to the perfect washer... a 90 pounder!!! EXACTLY what I needed and was FINALLY able to wash my darn comforter! As soon as I got settled I was able to take a moment and realized everything I was seeing in there matched the impressive reviews I read about this place! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with excellent service by Yvonne (whom, by the way, was very friendly and kept busy keeping the whole place clean), noticed that the machines were up-to-date and very well-maintained, and I also happened to show up on a day when there were two people working on repairs - which was very promising considering the last laundromat had plenty of dilapidated machines. Needless to say, I was very impressed and WOW'ed by this laundromat. Now I am at complete ease knowing I can wash my XL comforter as often as I'd like to at this impeccable laundromat. I am IN LOVE with this place! I have a white fluffy 8x10 area rug that is machine washable but I thought I should use the carpet cleaner on it... WRONG CHOICE! It turned a lot of my rug grey and wet. I was really upset... Anyways, I called Suds and Bubbles and they said they could wash it, so I brought it over for a next day cleaning. The owners called me same day to let me know that it was done! Unfortunately I wasn't able to grab it as I was busy and live quite far away. When I went to pick it up, I was not really expecting much because I knew I messed up, but the results were amazing!!! My rug was white again!! They took really good care of my rug because all the fluff is still fluffy! (I definitely burnt fluff before by drying at too high heat ) I am so happy and will be a customer for life! Oh, the pricing is great too! TDLR: Owners are nice and friendly and KNOW laundry.
