First stop, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming for Bella to choose her birthday treat. She chose a cake pop, which I treated her to for her birthday. Don't worry...it was a dog cake pop. She also said she wanted a cold brew. Wait...what...a drinking dog?! Say it isn't so. Calm down...it was effectively pumpkin flavored water. Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is part boutique, part bakery, and part spa. A dog spa...really?! It was apparent to me that Bella is a spa regular. One of the key store attractions is the dog bakery. The dog treat displays are impressive, featuring handcrafted, oven-baked treats, decorated cookies, and custom birthday cakes. According to my friend, they use natural, high quality ingredients. Woof Gang also has premium dog and cat food, toys, accessories, and wellness items. Their grooming services include salon style and personalized baths to full grooms. A dog spa day...OMG...my friend's fur baby is treated better than humans. I guess there is no limit to treating your fur baby. Even to the point that we were told "her hair is just is such bad shape we need to shave her down to skin". What?! YOU'VE been the one grooming her! I had used Woof Gang for my Pom before he passed away so back to the professionals to work their magic. First was a consult to assess the condition of the pup's fur. You know what? It wasn't as bad as we were told at all! Thanks to review by a professional groomer that's been in the biz for over a decade our fears were calmed. A cut appointment was made and voila, this lil pup is now happy and looks healthy and beautiful after her grooming. They're the only ones that are grooming this pup. Ever!

Her nails were horribly overgrown and I was too nervous to clip them myself. On top of that, she doesn't like to have her paws touched too much (in hindsight, maybe they were hurting her because of her freakishly long talons). After dropping her off, I was fully prepared to receive a phone call about how unruly Sadie was being and that her nails couldn't be done. That particular call never came. The only call I did receive was from Megan letting me know that Sadie was ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe it. She didn't chew anyone's face off? She wasn't being expelled for bad behavior? Nope! I arrived and found my old girl soft and fluffy. Her nails were even ground down much shorter than I thought they could be! In a good way! I received a report card detailing everything that Megan did and how Sadie reacted. Knowing Sadie is sometimes a little rotten (but I love her to pieces anyway), I consider Megan a miracle worker for getting her to cooperate! Megan has a true gift! If you're looking for a fantastic groomer, all of these 5-star reviews don't lie! She truly deserves every bit of praise she receives, so you should stop reading Yelp and start booking an appointment!

The process would take 3 hours and I'd split it into multiple days because neither him nor I could do a full 3 hour session at once. I said all that to say that I wish I would've gone to Betty sooner! I got my dog Beast in 2022 and for some reason it was really hard to find a groomer--no one was taking on new clients. I scheduled my appointment online with Wholesome Doodle, answered a few questions and uploaded a few pics of what I wanted Beast's cut to look like. I was able to get aN appointment fairly quickly. Upon meeting Betty, she felt around for mats and helped me come up with a mat that would be best for Beast. Unfortunately, we had to shave him down pretty low during his first grooming appointment, but that was no one's fault but my own. Things got In the way and I didn't brush him as regularly as I should've and many mats formed. Following the appointment she provided us with a folder with care and maintenance tips for his coat. Betty is highly experienced and will explain everything going into the appointment. She does great with Beast and I recommend her to everyone!
