I was impressed and thankful that we found this place. Definitely would recommend it. They have good service. And they do good work. But most of all their honesty is invaluable and a rare quality in this day and age. I saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give their wash and fold service a try. ... Being from the NY area and here on work, I thought the price of ~ $17.50 (including tax) for a 10 lbs load was quite reasonable and a heck of a lot cheaper then using the hotel laundry services. So my wife and I dropped off about 10lbs of laundry around 7:30 pm. The lady who was working there said it would only be ready for pickup the next day, which was fine. But around 9pm she called to say it was ready. So we went back that night. The same lady was still working and took the payment and gave back the clothes. All the cloths are laundered and nicely folded and packed in a plastic bag for pick up. And taped to the bag was another small bag with $100+ in cash that we had accidentally left in a pocket! That was a wonderful and deeply appreciated surprise. We will definitely be back. read more

My girlfreind and i use this placebecause our apartment laundry mat sucks, this place is great, its super clean and there are always washers available, its close to ROMANS (mexican foo) which we love, so this is the best laundry mat in Costa Mesa by far. the rechargeable card is perfect. This is the place to go if you want clean clothes! The best part is you can just drop your dirty clothes, towels, bed sheets, blankets and even your delicate items off there with Shelia and she washes it all for you! You can usually come back and pick it all up nice and folded the next day! And yes that does excite me a bit! lol. I do not care for doing laundry so this place is great. I cannot rave more about this place!! I've tried other laundry mats in the area- this one is the best deal and nicest. Tip: -GET THE YELP DEAL! It's a no brainier. -Bring your laptop/tablet to pass the time Pricing wise- it was pretty average for the area but with the Yelp deal- it's a steal. One of the restaurants next door has wifi- so it helped pass the time. The lady who manned the place- was super busy but extremely helpful and pleasant. Other than the having to buy the card to use in their equipment, the place is solid, clean and not scary. Big TVS helps pass the time and the employee there on Saturday was awesome. She is nice and very helpful. There is another coin operated laundromat directly across the street. So if the buying of the card is an issue, that is another option right by this place. As I am watching the customers come in, I ponder why they are charging for the cards at all, as it is an issue with everyone I have seen so far. Maybe charging 50 cents or a dollar for the card would be appropriate, but 3 bucks for the card... They would still tie in the regulars, and for the out of towners or once in a whilers that would work too.. great place, wrong thought process on the cards, especially with competition across the street. read more

I love, love, love the ladies here that do the fluff n fold service. I have used this service every 2-3 weeks for the past year and have yet to have any of my clothing not returned to me. The women who work here take great care with your laundry, they even do little things that mean a lot such as hanging up your dress shirts and hiding your underwear underneath the other clothes so that people can't see your panties when you are walking out with it. All of the ladies who work there are amazing, and the owner is very friendly and personable too. They always do a stellar job, and I will be loyal to this fluff n fold service because it's as good as it gets! read more

Clean facility, free wi-fi, seats and tables to sit and do homework, an outlet to plug in my laptop, friendly and helpful workers... Convenient restroom located in the back which is also kept clean. I like the card system used to operate the laundry machines because it saves the hassle of using and carrying a bunch of quarters. Great place to do laundry. It is a clean facility with a decent amount of seating while you wait. I took off two stars because of the WiFi. I needed the internet connection for homework, and I specifically chose this place because it was supposed to have free WiFi. It only has a trial Free WiFi for 30 min, and the other two sources require that you have a TWC or some other Cable subscription already. read more

I used to come to this place back when I lived in the area, and it's relatively clean and well managed compared to other laundromats that I still drive down now even though I live further in the huntington beach area, today I step inside to do my laundry, and the thing about this place, if you ever want to use their restroom you have to ask an employee to walk over and unlock it, etc. So today I go In to wash up because I just left the barber and I wanted to wash the extra hair off my face. 30 minutes later I come back from my car to move my clothes from the washer to the drier and some crazy lady who I've seen before working here and who unlocked the door to the restroom approaches me and tells me I need to flush the toilet when I use it. Very disrespectful, so I'm thinking back, and I'm like I didn't even use the toilet, I just used the sink, but anyways, I hesitate for a second just because I don't even know if I want to start with someone like that, but I couldn't help it, and I say its just a button, just press it next time, so she responds by how it is not her job and i should flush next time i use the restroom, then she starts rambling about how its not her job to flush or clean the restroom, and then goes around asking strangers if they should flush when they pee, and everyone is completely trying to avoid her crazy mad behavior. Very rude, so that's my only complaint with this facility, this one rude employee, I talked to the other coworker and they told me her name is Claudia. also it doesnt hurt to make the bathroom coin operated if you have to, I don't want to have a conversation with your insane staff everytime I need to use the restroom. Reconsiderong using this facility again. read more

I have been here a few times when I lived in Costa Mesa. My experience was great each time. They have a vending machine and you can used your credit card if you don't have enough cash on you. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. There is a bathroom for customers also. read more

Laundry card and balance is refundable. Sadly, you must have $3 cash to get a laundry card. There are 3 tables for seating. One table has reasonable access to an AC outlet. Wi-Fi is available. The wifi info is on a Post-It note in the office visible through glass. read more

Personally, I think that having a card system versus coins keeps all the bums away. I feel safe here and I don't feel paranoid about junkies wandering in there asking for money or making weird small talk. People just come here for laundry, which is what it's for!! My washer broke and so I had laundry done at my local dry cleaner, but the clothes were rough and not folded neatly. They also do not have a nice scent. I called around looking for another fluff and fold service and found Sudz. They do a very professional job. The clothes smell good, are folded nicely, soft and smell good. Great Fold N Wash service - Dropped off Sunday late morning -was ready that afternoon - Great Service!

By far the cleanest and least seedy laundry establishment in the area. They keep the machines up well (I never had an issue with one breaking on me, unlike at my apartment complexes laundry room(s) - which I chose to use this outside venue over) The price is reasonable, and it's never SUPER crowded, and there's usually always parking. I wouldn't even consider any other laundromat in the area over this one and even went out of my way to come here instead of to the laundry room(s) at my apartments (for various reasons.) There's restaurants and a bar nearby which are a plus. I can't stress how much cleaner and more safe and less skeevy feeling this place is compared to other laundromats in the area. Really deserves all 5 stars. They also offer fluff and fold which I never took advantage of but it looks to be a fairly popular service because I saw lots of traffic coming in and out picking up and dropping off laundry while there. read more

A nice quiet and clean place to do your laundry . They have a locked bathroom that is clean and only opened for their patrons . this along with the use of pre-paid cards helps keep the laundry a clean safe place. They also have cameras thru out the property with a monitor in the office. Clean. Always machines available when I've gone. Feel safe leaving while clothes washing and/ or drying. I've even had clothes sitting in machine for an hour or so before I went and got them and all still there. The wash and fold is great too however they have a minimum charge so not worth it unless you have at least 10 or 15 pounds. read more

This laundromat was a life-saver for our family of 5 when we had a major washing machine leak and repairs and were without laundry machines for a few weeks. With an active, sports-playing family of 5, we are heavy laundry users. My kids also have severely sensitive skin, which requires special detergent and double rinsing. I would drop bags of laundry of with my own detergent and everything came out on time as promised and very nicely cleaned and folded, never any problems with my kids' skin sensitivities. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them and secretly wish I could just skip the washer and dryer at home and bring my laundry in for them all the time. read more
