The people working in the venue do not give a rats *$$ if your car is clean. Sure they will gladly redo it for you, but when someone has a more difficult vehicle, they make no extra effort to make sure its clean. I pride myself on being an honest reviewer, as do many others here on Yelp, so when I have to update a review like this, it's just a downright bummer. After my previous downgraded review, the owner reached out to me on Yelp and per his request, we went into their office to talk about the situation. The owner wasn't there, but we spoke to the manager. He was polite and attentive in speaking to us about our concerns and their process in the wash bay. After talking to us and explaining how things would have multiple scratches and so on and so forth, we took him out to show him the scratches on the vehicle. A couple of them he downplayed and tried to put back on me, stating I sat something on the hood, which has never been done in the few months I've had the vehicle. The other scratches were shown and he did say how they looked consistent with the machine and what it would do in this sort of situation. He took photos and had us fill out a piece of paper to make a claim to get it buffed out, on their insurance or however they chose to do so. That was 13 days ago, I believe... today I called to cancel the monthly membership due to having not received any calls, email or acknowledgment back from that day. The telephone was answered by the same gentlemen and again, he was courteous and said we could take care of it over the phone. After asking me my last name, it seemed as though he was nervous suddenly and questioned if it was indeed me that came in. He went on to tell me that after reviewing it with the owner, they were not going to do anything about it, that their equipment wasn't responsible for the damage. He then asked if that is why I was canceling and I politely said "yes, that and the fact that it has now going on 2 weeks and we still haven't heard anything back about it." He proceeded to tell me it was cancelled and the amount that would be returned to our card. He may have been intimidated or not knowing how to handle this sort of situation, but I thanked him and that was that. I'll go back to the touchless car wash we were using prior to this, even though it's not locally owned. I know without any doubts that it never scratched my vehicle and always got all the nooks & crannies clean. read more

Wow, I was worried about visiting this place after reading all the bad reviews but my wife loves it here so I risked it. I drove in my red pickup colored tan and brown from all winter - ugly think dirt over everything. I bought the $13 Spring Clean. All the dirt is GONE! No streaks! No problems! No scratches! Fantastic service! I only pulled into the car wash because it's one of the ways to get my son to take a nap. However, I forgot I had a bag of leaves and some 2x4 scraps in the bed of my truck. Those guys took care of all the trash and didn't even throw it through the window at me (I wouldn't have even been mad if they did). Warning! Do not go here! Wash is very aggressive and the service is poor. I was a monthly pass holder and the scanner didn't read my pass, so I sat there for 10 minutes with 5 other cars behind me and no one came out to help. I ended up having to buy another wash to get through and then the gate malfunctioned and still, no one came to help. read more

Pretty good place. I like that they do a pre-scrub on your car before it goes in the machine. The only thing I would add is it can be inconsistent with the guys doing the pre-scrub. Sometimes they do an incredible job and other times at about 50%. Either way it's still the best car wash in town. read more

Compared to the touchless car washes around town this one is the best I've been to in about all of the 23 years we've lived here! I like having live attendants give our truck a good scrub before putting us through the rest of the mechanical wash. It gets the truck so much cleaner! No, it's not spotless but it's damn near it. Which means I only have to spend a fraction of the time in my driveway touching up the few spots that the car wash misses. read more

This place is the best bang for your buck when it comes to getting a car wash around Eagle River. The workers in the bay actually take time to scrub the grime off of your vehicle before you enter the auto-wash, so when you come out on the other side you are as good as new; other businesses offer much less for the same cost or more. These guys are always hard at work and do a great job. If you come out unsatisfied they will run it through again at no additional charge. read more

They do a pretty great job. Just wish the dryer did a better job of drying. It's not bad but there are other car washes that get virtually all the water off but they don't do a very good job of cleaning. I'd rather have a good wash and do a little drying. read more

This car wash is the best combination of jets and scrubbing that I've found anywhere in Anchorage. With the grime that comes off our roads my white car get that road dirt that is easily seen and difficult to remove. From the prewash to the excellent air drying jets this car wash does an excellent job. The tire clean near the end of the wash makes tires shine, which no other place that is automated can do that. They even offer warm towel for you to clean ur dash while ur going through it. Love the monthly plan and I'm able to wash my car daily if I choose to. Would love to have more of these throughout town. As of right now it's only located in Eagle River. read more
